Astrophysicist Karel Schrijver, a senior fellow at the Lockheed Martin Solar and Astrophysics Laboratory, and his wife, Iris Schrijver, professor of pathology at Stanford University, have joined the dots in a new book, Living With the Stars: How the Human Body Is Connected to the Life Cycles of the Earth, the Planets, and the Stars.

Talking from their home in Palo Alto, California, they explain how everything in us originated in cosmic explosions billions of years ago, how our bodies are in a constant state of decay and regeneration, and why singer Joni Mitchell was right.

"We are stardust," Joni Mitchell famously sang in "Woodstock." It turns out she was right, wasn't she?

Iris: Was she ever! Everything we are and everything in the universe and on Earth originated from stardust, and it continually floats through us even today. It directly connects us to the universe, rebuilding our bodies over and again over our lifetimes.

That was one of the biggest surprises for us in this book. We really didn't realize how impermanent we are, and that our bodies are made of remnants of stars and massive explosions in the galaxies. All the material in our bodies originates with that residual stardust, and it finds its way into plants, and from there into the nutrients that we need for everything we do—think, move, grow. And every few years the bulk of our bodies are newly created.

Can you give me some examples of how stardust formed us?

Karel: When the universe started, there was just hydrogen and a little helium and very little of anything else. Helium is not in our bodies. Hydrogen is, but that's not the bulk of our weight. Stars are like nuclear reactors. They take a fuel and convert it to something else. Hydrogen is formed into helium, and helium is built into carbon, nitrogen and oxygen, iron and sulfur—everything we're made of. When stars get to the end of their lives, they swell up and fall together again, throwing off their outer layers. If a star is heavy enough, it will explode in a supernova.

So most of the material that we're made of comes out of dying stars, or stars that died in explosions. And those stellar explosions continue. We have stuff in us as old as the universe, and then some stuff that landed here maybe only a hundred years ago. And all of that mixes in our bodies.

Your book yokes together two seemingly different sciences: astrophysics and human biology. Describe your individual professions and how you combined them to create this book.

Iris: I'm a physician specializing in genetics and pathology. Pathologists are the medical specialists who diagnose diseases and their causes. We also study the responses of the body to such diseases and to the treatment given. I do this at the level of the DNA, so at Stanford University I direct the diagnostic molecular pathology laboratory. I also provide patient care by diagnosing inherited diseases and also cancers, and by following therapy responses in those cancer patients based on changes that we can detect in their DNA.

Our book is based on many conversations that Karel and I had, in which we talked to each other about topics from our daily professional lives. Those areas are quite different. I look at the code of life. He's an astrophysicist who explores the secrets of the stars. But the more we followed up on our questions to each other, the more we discovered our fields have a lot more connections than we thought possible.

Karel: I'm an astrophysicist. Astrophysicists specialize in all sorts of things, from dark matter to galaxies. I picked stars because they fascinated me. But no matter how many stars you look at, you can never see any detail. They're all tiny points in the sky.

So I turned my attention to the sun, which is the only star where we can see what happens all over the universe. At some point NASA asked me to lead a summer school for beginning researchers to try to create materials to understand the things that go all the way from the sun to the Earth. I learned so many things about these connections I started to tell Iris. At some point I thought: This could be an interesting story, and it dawned on us that together we go all the way, as she said, from the smallest to the largest. And we have great fun doing this together.

We tend to think of our bodies changing only slowly once we reach adulthood. So I was fascinated to discover that, in fact, we're changing all the time and constantly rebuilding ourselves. Talk about our skin.

Iris: Most people don't even think of the skin as an organ. In fact, it's our largest one. To keep alive, our cells have to divide and grow. We're aware of that because we see children grow. But cells also age and eventually die, and the skin is a great example of this.
It's something that touches everything around us. It's also very exposed to damage and needs to constantly regenerate. It weighs around eight pounds [four kilograms] and is composed of several layers. These layers age quickly, especially the outer layer, the dermis. The cells there are replaced roughly every month or two. That means we lose approximately 30,000 cells every minute throughout our lives, and our entire external surface layer is replaced about once a year.

Very little of our physical bodies lasts for more than a few years. Of course, that's at odds with how we perceive ourselves when we look into the mirror. But we're not fixed at all. We're more like a pattern or a process. And it was the transience of the body and the flow of energy and matter needed to counter that impermanence that led us to explore our interconnectedness with the universe.

You have a fascinating discussion about age. Describe how different parts of the human body age at different speeds.

Iris: Every tissue recreates itself, but they all do it at a different rate. We know through carbon dating that cells in the adult human body have an average age of seven to ten years. That's far less than the age of the average human, but there are remarkable differences in these ages. Some cells literally exist for a few days. Those are the ones that touch the surface. The skin is a great example, but also the surfaces of our lungs and the digestive tract. The muscle cells of the heart, an organ we consider to be very permanent, typically continue to function for more than a decade. But if you look at a person who's 50, about half of their heart cells will have been replaced.

Our bodies are never static. We're dynamic beings, and we have to be dynamic to remain alive. This is not just true for us humans. It's true for all living things.

A figure that jumped out at me is that 40,000 tons of cosmic dust fall on Earth every year. Where does it all come from? How does it affect us?

Karel: When the solar system formed, it started to freeze gas into ice and dust particles. They would grow and grow by colliding. Eventually gravity pulled them together to form planets. The planets are like big vacuum cleaners, sucking in everything around them. But they didn't complete the job. There's still an awful lot of dust floating around.

When we say that as an astronomer, we can mean anything from objects weighing micrograms, which you wouldn't even see unless you had a microscope, to things that weigh many tons, like comets. All that stuff is still there, being pulled around by the gravity of the planets and the sun. The Earth can't avoid running into this debris, so that dust falls onto the Earth all the time and has from the very beginning. It's why the planet was made in the first place. 

Nowadays, you don't even notice it. But eventually all that stuff, which contains oxygen and carbon, iron, nickel, and all the other elements, finds its way into our bodies.

When a really big piece of dust, like a giant comet or asteroid, falls onto the Earth, you get a massive explosion, which is one of the reasons we believe the dinosaurs became extinct some 70 million years ago. That fortunately doesn't happen very often. But things fall out of the sky all the time. [Laughs]

Many everyday commodities we use also began their existence in outer space. Tell us about salt.

Karel: Whatever you mention, its history began in outer space. Take salt. What we usually mean by salt is kitchen salt. It has two chemicals, sodium and chloride. Where did they come from? They were formed inside stars that exploded billions of years ago and at some point found their way onto the Earth. Stellar explosions are still going on today in the galaxy, so some of the chlorine we're eating in salt was made only recently.

You study pathology, Iris. Is physical malfunction part of the cosmic order?

Iris: Absolutely. There are healthy processes, such as growth, for which we need cell division. Then there are processes when things go wrong. We age because we lose the balance between cell deaths and regeneration. That's what we see in the mirror when we age over time. That's also what we see when diseases develop, such as cancers. Cancer is basically a mistake in the DNA, and because of that the whole system can be derailed. Aging and cancer are actually very similar processes. They both originate in the fact that there's a loss of balance between regeneration and cell loss.

Cystic fibrosis is an inherited genetic disease. You inherit an error in the DNA. Because of that, certain tissues do not have the capability to provide their normal function to the body. My work is focused on finding changes in DNA in different populations so we can understand better what kinds of mutations are the basis of that disease. Based on that, we can provide prognosis. There are now drugs that target specific mutations, as well as transplants, so these patients can have a much better life span than was possible 10 or 20 years ago.

How has writing this book changed your view of life—and your view of each other?

Karel: There are two things that struck me, one that I had no idea about. The first is what Iris described earlier—the impermanence of our bodies. As a physicist, I thought the body was built early on, that it would grow and be stable. Iris showed me, over a long series of dinner discussions, that that's not the way it works. Cells die and rebuild all the time. We're literally not what were a few years ago, and not just because of the way we think. Everything around us does this. Nature is not outside us. We are nature.

As far as our relationship is concerned, I always had a great deal of respect for Iris, and physicians in general. They have to know things that I couldn't possibly remember. And that's only grown with time.

Iris: Physics was not my favorite topic in high school. [Laughs] Through Karel and our conversations, I feel that the universe and the world around us has become much more accessible. That was our goal with the book as well. We wanted it to be accessible and understandable for anyone with a high school education. It was a challenge to write it that way, to explain things to each other in lay terms. But it has certainly changed my view of life. It's increased my sense of wonder and appreciation of life.

In terms of Karel's profession and our relationship, it has inevitably deepened. We understand much better what the other person is doing in the sandboxes we respectively play in. [Laughs]

Does Astrology Work? The Testimonial of a Scientist Turned Astrologer

Does astrology work ? It is quite a perilous exercise to write an article stating a few truths drawn from actual experience, a risky but interesting challenge for the author of this site. But without danger, where would the adrenaline be? It is so good to try to talk about astrology upstream, and not only to discuss how it functions, for a person who has spent a lot of time using its techniques.
This is what we have done for Astrotheme's visitors, trying to use everyday words devoid of technical jargon, with no historical or specialised argumentation, and with the only aim to reach to as many persons as possible, yet without proselytizing. Just a few judgments coming from experience, a pragmatic vision of this tool for knowledge, which is what astrology is all about.

Incidentally, this article was written in slightly more than two hours, with no preparation and no plan. For this subject, and for some reason which probably lies in my subconscious and comes from the desire for purity and complete spontaneity, I was most eager to express a sort of rough opinion, a testimony coming from… the guts and sheer experience; it is easy to realise it when a text is written as it comes, and for the author, it is a rewarding exercise because genuineness always has a unique sparkle. For the reader, it is also a token of sincerity.
Of course, the purpose is not to convince. Indeed, in politics as well as in spirituality, to change direction is a complex issue. As far as the quite bizarre field of astrology is concerned, irrational behaviours occur quickly, usually with a little disdainful smile from those who, obviously, have been beyond the naive propensity to believe anything, to dream blissfully, and to delude themselves about a necessarily silly system because it offers off the beaten path possibilities, which other human disciplines do not.
The list of the authors of scornful smiles towards astrology is quite long, just as long as the list of more open-minded people who, either have tried themselves to learn this tool which astrology is – which, like psychology or history, is not a science – and became convinced that it works or at least has some degree of efficiency, or because they no time or no interest, leave the door open, thinking "finally, why not?", after all, one does not know much, would it be solely in the area of the spouting of the thought – WHO handles thought at the moment it emerges... - or about physical laws for which the 21th century is mere prehistory, as all scientists know. Indeed, life is evolution, knowledge is not static, and the only mistake which must not be made is to gorge oneself with certainties, including that which consists in associating "too good" results with absolute scientific impossibility.
I believe that my experience is quite similar to that of everybody, i.e. that of a person who, a priori, before discovering it, was "against" astrology and considered it... crap meant for gullible people, or in the best case, an idle fancy with a tinge of poetry in which all the intellectual energy spent was finally used to create a nice virtual world and arouse pleasure.
Paradoxically enough, relatively few astrologers are interested in astronomy. This is not my case. I even dreamed I would become an astronomer when I was small, and nowadays I feel the need to have a telescope at home, even though... I seldom use it because, unfortunately, the sky above the region of Paris is too polluted.

As luck would have it, I was in the bookstore where I used to go several times a week to get all sorts of books according to my quite strong curiosity and my need to understand hidden things, and I stumbled on an astrology treatise, the famous one authored by André Barbault (André Barbault is a respected French astrologer and author who devised a computer-generated astrological portrait in the early '70s.).
As I flicked through the pages, I was a bit amused to see the natal charts of historical personages, quite rigorous rules, an apparently sound functioning, and I thought that for once, I ought to read an astrology book, and at least, this one does not seem too naive.
In addition, there were a few recipes for the compatibility of couples, and since I was in love of one of my school comrades, in that Terminale C class (In the French education system, the last year of secondary school with a maths option), I thought, well, I am going to have fun and see whether, according to astrology, my compatibility with this beautiful brunette, the sight of whom would pierce my heart, is good or not!
With a good dose of scepticism and quite negative preconceptions, I started to learn to erect a natal chart, interpret it, and become initiated into all the predictive techniques, synastry, and other relishes having the charm of that which is unknown.
Since this article is not a book, it is necessary to get to the heart of the matter. Actually, I realised quickly that among the concepts of signs, houses, planets, houses in signs, planets in signs, rulership, aspects, nature of the planets, etc. it would take some time before being rewarded, venturing into uncertain territory alone, and interpreting charts without opening astrology books every thirty seconds.
Indeed, to my view, the first obstacle for anyone willing to get an idea about astrology is the huge contrast between serious astrology on the one hand, and on the other hand, the ordinary media and its horoscopes by signs or by decans – which are of no value, it is necessary to say so, absolute void, and the biggest hoax because a natal chart cannot be reduced to the position of the Sun in one of the zodiacal signs. Absurd columns with equally stupid predictions – here again, and it is difficult to refrain from giving names, be it to quote people who saw Kerry as the winner of the American elections in Telestar (A popular French television weekly) or in other magazines, or in general a little bit everywhere because it cannot be repeated often enough that there are two types of astrology, that of horoscopes in magazines which are nonsense, a mere commercial lottery. From this perspective, it is easier to understand the disdainful smiles of those mentioned earlier, and I particularly think of Guy Carlier (A French TV presenter and humorist), whom I nevertheless find quite pleasant, and of Alain Gillot-Pétré (He was a French TV meteo presenter), a declared enemy of astrologers. I remember for instance a TV programme featuring Paco Rabanne (He became famous as a fashion designer. He is not an astrologer but a weird visionary, also quite nice), and gorgeous Elisabeth Tessier (A professional French astrologer whom the late President François Mitterrand consulted. The thesis she defended at La Sorbonne University was the subject of a hot controversy) who was castigated by Guy Carlier... Thus, there is a big discrepancy between junk astrology and genuine astrology. The latter consists in extracting information from an exact natal chart based on a date of birth and location, and whenever possible a time of birth, and to deduct relevant results from this chart.

Indeed, commercial astrology and horoscopes published in the media are nonsense and above all, unfounded, but genuine astrology, which includes several schools and requires many years of learning, is difficult to grasp.
Therefore, a lot of time is required because without learning by rote numerous dozens of basic notions, it is very difficult not to get lost. Of course, one can have fun, but if one expects some degree of proficiency or just wants to be able to follow the rules of this tool, one will have to spend several months studying.
I shall briefly address a few other obstacles which claim so-called scientific bases and may prompt doubts, discouraging people who are curious about astrology even before they get a chance to start studying it. I think for instance of such a statement as "astrology is bullshit since everyone knows that owing to the precession of the equinoxes, and when one says that the Sun is in Aries although in fact, it's been a long time since it has left this constellation." This is obviously stupid because by definition, in astrology, signs do not represent the constellations bearing the same name, but they refer to the immutable cycle of the seasons. Thus, the sign of Aries corresponds to the spring equinox in the Northern hemisphere, and not to the stretch of space occupied by the constellation of Aries.
But I will not elaborate any further on these technical details because they are not the focus of this article, the purpose of which is only to give a testimony and to state that astrology works, in the light of an experience and a practice which cover a span of thirty years plus.
So, after a few weeks, astrology became clearer for me. Actually, I understood that finally, there were three essential functions and a fourth one as the wild card, if I may say so. First, there is the astrology which analyses the personality, the character, the motivations, the typology, and the behaviour. Then, there is a second astrology, well-known, which checks the past and analyses the present by superimposing the positions of the planets at a given period on the planets of the natal chart, using various techniques such as transits, solar revolutions, progressions, etc. Lastly, there is the astrology which compares two charts in order to understand the relations between two individuals who may be more or less compatible.

The sensation of the infinity of time, the research of the causes, and the voyage back beyond them necessarily makes a normally constituted human being feel dizzy. Such vertigo arouses a stronger desire to understand the meaning of all this and therefore, the commencement of spiritual quest.

These three types of astrology, or rather, these three functions of astrology, are the three major sections of this discipline. The fourth one, which I referred to as the "wild card" earlier, is mundane astrology which forecasts or explains certain global events such as wars and peace between countries, periods of growth or periods favourable for the evolution of a given area – science, humanism, religion, spirituality, etc. - assassination attempts, natural disasters, inventions, etc.
For all four sections, it is clear that people don't have the same propensity to "believe" or not. Many people have no problem acknowledging that astrological portraits are mind-boggling because they are so accurate. I leave out the cases which present no problems, i.e. most of them, or the cases of people of good faith, again the majority, and I address only the case of sceptical people.
Regarding forecasts, it is slightly more delicate. Recalcitrant people are usually more numerous, and there are even some astrologers who want to limit astrology to the functions of personality analysis and are adamant about this. The good-looking and talented Françoise Hardy (A famous French composer and singer of the '60s. She authored a book on astrology) is one of those people. The other sections of astrology seem too risky or difficult to them, unless they deem them... impossible for x reasons known to themselves only.
Regarding couple's compatibility, also referred to as synastry, the subject is less known and better accepted because if one considers that astrology can analyse the personality, why couldn't it analyse two personalities and see if those two get along well or not...
Astrology is a mere set of efficient techniques for those who practice it and those who seek advice from it. However, although astrology and spirituality are disjoint, questions on human being, which the former necessarily indirectly arises, create... a bridge towards the quest for Reality.

Lastly, there is mundane astrology, which is the most difficult one. It must be acknowledged that using astrology to forecast global events equates to taking up an almost impossible challenge. Certain facts are mind-boggling, but I would only say that, to my view, this field pertains to research, and it is important that one does not believe what one reads here and there... Those who talk rubbish are definitely more numerous than those who really make predictions. Does this mean that mundane astrology does not work? Not necessarily, but there still is a long way to go. It is probably too early for our time, at least this is my opinion, formed after 35 years of experience and hindsight.
Let's get back to astrology learning. Once the two obstacles mentioned above are overcome, i.e. the venom of the ignorant mass and its bitter judgment, castigating with a conceited smile any effort made towards the shameful direction in which astrology is, and the fact that many long months will have to be spent to understand and master the concepts and the rules – actually, in my view, this is not enough, and I believe that after a whole year of reading and practice, one gets a good idea. After 5 years, one is able to make a few interpretations, after 15 years, one has good bases, and after 30 years, although one still keeps on learning, one has some good reflexes which enable to avoid making mistakes. It is after this period that amazement starts...
Bewilderment starts with the portraits. The hurdle lies in establishing the hierarchy of values and discarding whatever is superfluous. Indeed, the beginner tends to look at tons of details and get lost in a whole set of numerous meanings. Once this difficulty is solved, it is true that, if the sceptical person has paid the price and dedicated his time to learning, he usually loses his incredulity and the self-satisfied smile of the person who cannot be taken for a ride...
Having said this, unless one is particularly sensitive and vulnerable, getting to know oneself better, or having an idea about the meteorology, is rather helpful for evolving more rapidly. So, astrology would not be useless.

I wish to reassure those who are starting to learn. Actually, within a few days, as one reads the charts of acquaintances, one finds it mind-boggling. But once all the notions are well understood, one rapidly enjoys astrology and its batch of wonderments.
This is precisely what happened to me after a few months. Then, if one does not want to stop while on such a good path, one buys books and learn... during years. To me, astrology is a tool, and not a religion or something important. It is one discipline among others, such as history or psychology. Of course, it is more helpful and somehow prompts to ask questions upstream. This is what constitutes its charm, even though in no circumstances, does it answer these questions.
Astrology is anything except a spiritual path, a religion, or a moral code. It is just a tool which enables to understand our personality, our compatibility with people, and, with caution, to forecast climates, the meteorology of our evolution.
Some people have understood that astrology worked well and prefer… to avoid predictions. However, they are very few. There is indeed the auto-suggestion issue whereby the very fear of an unfortunate event might trigger it. Although there may be some truth in it, the amount of risk is minimal.

In my experience, right from the beginning, I observed that it worked. As everyone, one starts to read the charts of one's close friends and relatives, then one looks at the compatibilities, and above all, one plays at being God and analyses the future after having analysed the past. To understand the past, using the transits or any other techniques with a view to validating the rules, constitutes the best method.
Regarding this last point, my opinion is simple: forecasts work fine, provided that two major conditions, absolutely impossible to ignore, are met:

The first one is that when you analyse a period of time, many interactions or influences are noticeable. But all of them are far from being equally important. One thing that we must never hesitate to say is that "strong" events are obvious, even though the way in which they will manifest does not always exactly match what we think. Nevertheless, the general tendency can be described accurately, assuming the practitioner is seasoned enough.
Regarding minor, or "average" events, caution is required. There is a "scattering" of results, as if some people were more or less sensitive to certain transits etc. There are evidences that astrology should not be thrown out the window. The effects of very important forces at play are practically always noticeable. This is something I have observed on thousands, or perhaps tens of thousands cases, and each time, it is mind blowing because it completely rules out a vision at random of the period concerned. One must experience it to believe it: it is the number of disconcerting facts, totally incompatible with coincidence, which prompts to understand that one is not wasting time with this discipline. If one remains humble enough to accept that for less important events, or forces at play, there is some degree of uncertainty, and that one deals with probabilities of more or less favourable tendencies regarding such or such point, then, one remains on the safe side.
Does it mean that astrology is deterministic and fatalistic? No, definitely. Everything unfolds as if there was a "tendency", some sort of more or less imposed, yet partial, structure. It seems that free will enables to react differently to the planetary climates undergone, and as the old saying goes, "The stars impel but do not compel". Many questions obviously arise on this subject, but the purpose of these lines is to share my practical experience, in all simplicity, without starting to give a structured explanation for each concept addressed, which would require several books.

The other necessary and unavoidable condition, too often overlooked by many practitioners, is that our destiny develops only according to... what we are and therefore, according to what the natal chart describes, a natal chart which evolves, I need to underline this. Astrology obviously integrates this notion of evolution. There is no static state, no irreversible or fatalistic conditioning. A natal chart is mobile, and the human being is meant to blossom according to his basic characteristics, definitely with some degree of free will.
In plain words, it means that the astrological natal chart is fundamental. Predictive techniques use two charts, the natal chart, which represents our personality, our earthly self with its usual features: affectivity, intellect, capacity of action, inter-personal capacity, vitality, sexuality, behaviour, psychological facets, blockages, etc.

By superimposing the chart – or planets' positions – of the period analysed on the natal chart, one identifies the forces at play, in hierarchy and categories, which have an intrinsic meaning but which, at the same time, depend mainly on the natal chart; this is what is often referred to as "resonance" with the natal chart.
Let's take a concrete predictive case using transits for instance. One of the rules of thumb for predictions is to understand that transiting influences will fully manifest only if they are also found in the natal chart. Let's consider the difficult case of a transit of Uranus squaring natal Mars, with Mars in the 2nd House in Aries, and Uranus in the 11th House in Capricorn. These two planets are the most energetic ones, and at some time, their square triggers a blow-up in terms of behaviours or events, because the balance is too hard to maintain by the chart owner and meant to explode since the vibration does not correspond to his nature. Therefore, this explosive transit indicates that there is a probability that the financial area, or the way one earns a living, undergoes a very strong and unexpected jolt when the transit becomes exact or during Uranus' various passages as it retrogrades and squares natal Mars. This jolt may involve friends – it would be necessary to look at the rulerships. Now, there are two alternatives: if Uranus and Mars are connected in the natal chart, transiting Uranus will resonate with the natal chart, and it is most likely that important events, or the way they are felt by the chart owner, will be strongly experienced. The other alternative is that Uranus and Mars are not linked to each other in the natal chart, in which case it is clear that the effects of transiting Uranus, though violent, will have a less significant impact than in the first case.

Similarly, a stern, wise and sometimes slightly solitary Saturnian, meaning a person with Saturn in his planetary dominant, who has an upcoming transit of Jupiter passing over his Venus will not turn into Julio Iglesias or Rocco Siffredi during the few weeks of this very nice transit!
Provided these two conditions are met, i.e. some level of analogy with the natal chart, and caution whenever the influences at play are not very strong, astrology never disappoints, or almost never, as far as predictions are concerned.
Regarding couple's compatibility, there are very important rules. It is not because a synastry is exceptionally good that it means, on the one hand, that one will fall in fall, and on the other hand, that the relationship will be successful. Let me explain:
When one analyses the chart of a couple, one actually analyses three charts: the natal chart of each partner and the chart of the relationship. The latter is compared to the two natal charts and assessed using various possible techniques (composite chart, mid-space / mid-time chart, mutual planets-houses interactions, etc.). In addition of course, one must take into account the planetary climate of each partner, which is not simple.
In couple's compatibility, here are the principles that must be borne in mind:
Firstly, a fantastic compatibility between two persons never implies that they will fall in love with each other. Indeed, synastry only reflects how easy a relationship is in various areas. Conversely, a disastrous synastry does not mean that two persons will not fall in love with each other!
It is important to highlight the above because a host of visitors wonder and sometimes e-mail us asking "I met with so and so, our rate was 80% but nothing happened, the relationship has not materialised, etc.", which is normal! Astrology, at least synastry, is unable to determine whether two persons will love each other. Love eludes the comparison of charts!
Once again, if and only if, a relationship has already started, synastry will tell whether it will flow smoothly or not. In my view, that's already quite considerable!

Now, like with predictions, it is necessary to take natal charts into account. It is simple to understand: if in his natal chart, anyone has a difficult affective structure, as in the case of a man having an exact Saturn-Moon square, with the Moon in the 7th House and Saturn in the Midheaven, and for instance, Venus square Pluto. His marriage should a priori take place late – if he ever marries, which is not quite sure – and the context of the marriage should not be very easy. Besides, it is most likely that in the affective area, he imagines nice things and that in real life, he undergoes a few disappointments. Although it is true that there are no such things as good charts or bad charts, there are still a few tendencies which are noticeable on the manifested plane.
Let's imagine that this gentleman meets a lady with whom the compatibility is extraordinarily good. What would happen?
If he falls in love, and his feelings are reciprocated, the odds are that things will not develop smoothly. Actually, because the synastry is good, which is the hypothesis we have chosen, in order that his destiny unfolds according to his natal chart, certain obstacles will crop up. Such hurdles probably obey some necessity in terms of evolution etc., but this is another topic... Nevertheless, the relationship is most likely to be pleasant and easy. The rest of the context will have to be assessed: what are the active transits of the moment for both partners, what is the natal chart of the lady in question, etc.
As we can see, a relationship is a whole entity, a juxtaposition of five factors which already form a whole when taken separately: two natal charts, two forecasts or current planetary climates, and one synastry or couple report.
The analysis of these five factors is the only process which enables to understand and offer predictions about what is to follow, and even then... solely if the magical spark is born between them. Regarding the spark, let's say that transits enable to forecast whether the chart owner is likely to fall in love during the considered period.
It is true that one can try to bail out of what is deemed ineluctable, especially during loaded periods such as under Uranus' tensed transits. However, as one believes that one is escaping one's fate, one might also jump into it with one's feet together even faster!

The lines above emphasise, I hope, how difficult it is to make a diagnosis and the large scope of the work it requires.
My experience, once again with regard to this third section – since we have already addressed personality analysis and predictions – is that astrology works, provided that the natal chart is taken into account along with transits, progressions and solar revolution influences.
Which experience? It is simple. When one is interested in this tool, one quite quickly makes interpretations, thousands of charts in several years. Therefore, each time one gets the confirmation that "heavy" or major events occur according to the rules used, and that in most cases, portraits are quite accurate although of course, certain scattered charts are much more difficult to interpret than others. One also knows that humility is a must and that for lighter things, i.e. minor aspects, less important or fast transits, one really deals only with probabilities, but... that's already quite appreciable.
The last section, that of mundane forecast, is unrewarding. I will not enter into the details of the methods used, and I will only say that once again, my experience is quite a pessimistic one. Individual astrology offers results ranging from satisfactory to very satisfactory, but mundane astrology seems risky to me and, to state it clearly, not yet perfected enough.
There may be a fifth section, that of prediction of success for business companies, projects, etc. The principle is to take the exact date of creation of a project as its moment of birth and cast a chart exactly as it is done for a human being. This method can also be applied to an animal, why not.
As expounded in this article, my experience prompts me to think that there are two types of outer events: the fundamental ones, which are very rare through a lifetime, and the others. The former seem to bear some form of determinism affecting the way events unfold, because the way we experience them in our inner self is a different thing and gives our free will every latitude in making decisions, including that to grant them importance or not.

The fans of this technique are often optimistic. Now, in my opinion, the real difficulty lies in identifying the exact date and time of the beginning of the project or a company. Let's take for instance the creation of a company, and why not, in France, the most difficult country regarding this topic, owing to all kinds of administrative hurdles: firstly, the date, time, and place of the "idea". Then, the determination of the name of the company. There may be also the date at which all the partners reached an agreement. Or the date at which the company's capital was deposited into the bank, or the date of the application or the official registration of its statutes! Or else, the date at which the premises for its head office are found...
Actually, if one ponders a little bit more, for every case, the same questions apply because the exact date and time are not really significant. The same holds true also for the birth of a country, etc.
As a result, examples are not easy to study, even though they are interesting for the astrologer as a matter of curiosity. I believe that great caution is needed in this area.
Getting back to the example given at the beginning of this article, you may want to ask about the young lady, "So, was she compatible with you?" According to the analysis of the time, no! And actually, nothing happened, except in my head. Thus, astrology started to work well in those remote days despite the sadness of the conclusion.
More seriously, the purpose of these lines is to say that the irrational refusal of some people, be they scientists or not, to consider that there might be something accurate in this discipline constitutes a real sign of laughable blockages on their part.

Obviously, it is easy to understand its cause, which is certainly somehow the issue of how astrology works.
Here, I have talked about concrete topics and experience, and not at all about the "why". Actually, being a scientist myself, in the beginning, what I wanted to know above all was whether astrology worked.
Over 35 years of experience have answered my question although after six months or one year, I already got the answer, thus positive, just in case some visitors would directly start to read from this point on.
The topic of why it works is completely different. Here are my impressions, given in a personal capacity: at first, I would consider astrology to be a small square of life, a bit like a helpful discipline, but without –let's say, directly – spiritual connotation.
It is efficient, useful, but it offers no answer to the real questions of life, under no circumstances. What are we, what are we made of, what is Reality? Beneath thought, feelings, sensations, there is the consciousness of being, which is the only real thing, upstream. The intellect is unable to understand itself. A blind man cannot describe the colour red. Similarly, the intellect can but go round in circles when it comes to asking "who am I?", since we are not our thought and we are upstream of it or... of them, because one can rather talk about thoughts in the plural, which are like bees continuously buzzing, with an actor behind who undergoes and at the same time has the illusion of control... Of course, there is a link between these thoughts and our consciousness to exist, but... I should stop here... This is just to show that astrology answers none of these questions, that its field applies to the earthly sphere, to human psychology, to the explanation of behaviour, to the cautious forecast of the meteorology of events, and to the assessment of the smoothness, if any, of a relationship in a couple.
There is also the topic of the astrologer who analyses his future. Can he really change it? The wisest answer is that yes, one can strengthen the periods of invulnerability and thus, one's successes etc. One can also be careful and thus lessen the impact of risky periods, for practically all events.

I would say, and I believe so, that this is already quite considerable. The fact that it works is sufficient in itself, even though one would like to understand the whys in terms or physics or energy etc.
Second reflection: we know only four forces in the universe: strong interactions (the cohesion forces of atomic nuclei), weak interactions (the cohesion forces of nuclei and particles), gravitational forces, and electro-magnetic forces. We are able neither to define the consciousness of being, nor to give a definition of thought and of ourselves. To imagine giving an answer to the whys of the functioning of astrology would require a better understanding of these two planes: the first one is that of physics, which is not as advanced as it is believed to be. The second plane is that of knowledge of human nature, which does not seem too advanced either...

Some detractors of astrology, perhaps less obtuse than others, may imagine, during a too short-lived stroke of intuition, that not all astrologers are in a complete fog, not all malevolent, not all interested in power or money, and even that the majority do not waste their time, simply because hands-on experience has shown them the evidence, that is does work, provided due caution is observed as mentioned earlier.
Therefore, for these people, the following problem remains: "Well, let's suppose that it works and that there is some truth in it, but since there are no explanations to it, it cannot work, can it?"
A logical mind would answer back "It works of course. It is not because we don't know yet why, that it can't work, since on the contrary experience proves that it does work..."
Besides, the fact that one possesses a few assets like knowledge of astrology, or the mere fact of seeking advice from it, is part of the protections which can be found in the natal chart. The person who never doubts anything, who remains narrow-minded and keeps on his superior smile in front of concealed knowledge –astrology is not the only one – this person usually has several tensions in fixed signs in his natal chart. Indeed, fixed signs are excellent and often endow with a strong will and persuasion power, to the detriment however of open-mindedness, or rather, the swiftness to precisely adjust to whatever is new to him. Once adjustment is achieved, he will become a fierce defendant of the very cause which he fought in the first place, at least in the best cases (smile).

The tradition does not hesitate to put forward such answers as "As above, so below.". This explanation is based on symbolism, the human being partly incarnated and partly spirit, and there is a connection between these two worlds, etc. But obviously, this is not an explanation.
Astrology works although we still don't have its explanation in terms of forces. My opinion is that it will come. It constitutes an interesting subject, but not a fundamental one. The main point is to avoid talking nonsense and to be pragmatic. It seems to me that being open-minded is the only correct attitude.
Although one can live without astrology, its offers much help to those who practice it or to those who seek advice from it. It is already very appreciable. Indeed, although astrology claims neither to give an answer about the purpose of life, nor to be absolutely reliable, and in spite of the fact that the explanation of its functioning is unknown... it nevertheless delivers obvious results.
This is what justifies its practice. To my view, the only good attitudes are, either to use it with caution if it is helpful on a punctual basis or more, or to ignore it and ask "Why not, but in any case, I am not interested." The only totally ridiculous attitude is to display the self-satisfied smile of those who cannot be taken for a ride...

Beloved ones, as these waves of Love now bombarding the world come into your life and shift you, as they turn upside down everything you have perceived as your reality and your identity as a human being, as they create in your life the polar shift from the world of duality to the world of only Love -- the change will be so dramatic that the only way to accomplish it is to give yourselves to Me, to fall into the arms of My Love, to surrender your current orientation.

Only as you let go of what currently is, can you make way for pure Love to enter and to make of you that which Love will. As your world shifts on its axis, trusting Me will bring you the most exquisite joy as your heart opens to the pure reality that there is only God and only Love here, and that everything else truly has been a play -- a dream of limitation created by the mind, a dream that you are ready to awake from. I Am here to hold you as you do.


Yet to do this requires a passionate decision. It requires the choice for Love to be your reality, your choice, that you might hold to Me as the waves of Love come and be clear and joyous as you see the change as every limited box that you have lived in, every perception of less than Love falls away and all that the ego fought to receive, you are free to give as part of this tsunami of Love that seeks the conduit of your glorious heart.

You will find that you experience such exhilaration as freedom calls you Home to your true identity as the vast and glorious consciousness of the Love I Am, and gives you access to the power of Creation itself, power beyond the imagining of the little mind, but power that only Love directs. It is power that when life on Earth shifts to the heart and all the ways of selfishness dissolve, that you might stand free as the open vast and giving heart, the center of the universe, the hologram.

You will be amazed as you reclaim who you truly are as the ecstatic outreach of My living heart. The world shall become the most intricate mandala of interwoven hearts of peace and consciousness that leaps beyond the boundaries of a physical world.

So the shift to the heart to which I call you now is dramatic, profound and brings the experience within you that sources every answer to every question, that the reality of Love makes it unnecessary for this shift to be mirrored or reflected in the outer world as some dramatic and difficult change.

The world is the reflection of your hearts and as you give yourself to Love, then all you see is shown to you through your heart's perception as a world of perfection, beauty and infinite grace in which the outcome of every movement is good. The experience of every moment as Love and the peace beyond the understanding of the mind is your ever-present Home as you rest within Me, allowing your heart to be the transparent and open heart of God that Love may shine itself forth to bring a world of unity and endless joy and gratitude for the gift of life that is ever given to you Now. It shall continue to be given that it may be amplified by your glorious heart continually.

This brings us once again to your choice. You are the Will of Love made manifest, a Will that has been obscured by the ego which has turned everything Love values backward. But the shift to the heart shall make your world "right" again, as the axis of your reality becomes the Vertical, as you step into the flow of life that is the eternal song of endless joy and the ecstasy of Love. Love will create through you a world of such beauty, it is beyond the imagining of the mind.

Are you willing to give your heart to Love, to allow these waves of Love to bring you freedom from all the ways that you have armored yourselves and hidden the vast and glorious magnificence of your true being? You did this in order to fit in to the consensual reality of life in the world as it is currently seen. I promise you the world of Love already exists. It is only a radical shift in perception away. It is the simple change from viewing the world from the two eyes of duality focused through the ego's dream of who you are… to the experience of the present and eternal explosion of joy that is the heart's reality and your identity as the vast unlimited vehicle of this Love.

The vision of the heart, the single eye of the Spirit of which Jeshua spoke will show you, beloved ones, a world so different that you will truly feel your axis change as you give yourselves to this pulsing River of Love that Love may not only do its work through you but give to you the vision of the instrument that Love created, the vehicle that Love can use that is your heart.

So, please, come Home to Me and take this leap in trust. Fall back into the ocean of this perfect Love. Give yourself the experience of true freedom, even if for only a moment, for that moment will change your life. That moment is the experience of the Now. It is the birth of all Creation awakening to itself and in one second, the change can come if you allow it.

Take back into yourself all the perceptions of fearful change that have been painted on the ego's canvas of the world. Bring them to your heart, trusting Me, and let Me show you what they really mean, that the shift of the polarities or the axis of the Earth symbolizes the shift from head to heart. It symbolizes the radical shift to trusting Me so profoundly that all separation between us ends and you are Home, Home in the endless cosmos of Love. Through your heart you see the world that Love creates and nothing else.

Take back all illusions to fearful states and all projections of ego of a future that contains any difficulty at all. Let Me show you how such difficulties can only occur when this Love meets a barrier erected out of fear. And yes, I know, beloved ones, that it is not easy to trust if you see the world through the lens of your human self. If you judge even the next moment from the past experience of duality that holds both Love and its opposite, then it is hard if not impossible to let go.

But if you allow this Love to turn your world to something else and to give you the experience Now of life through the heart, then I promise you it will be effortless to give yourself to this glorious flow, to become the conscious Twin Flame heart, the being who holds within the keys to all Creation that you become the force of Love through which Love manifests, and that the world you see is the truth of only Love. That is what I Am and thus, what you are and your heart will show you.

So, as you shift to your heart and let your heart turn your world upside down, you will find the prediction of the "end of time" is valid, but not as a human suddenly without clock or calendar. Instead it will be as a being of Light and Love for whom the galaxy, the cosmos, the All of God is your Home and who lives forever in the eternal Now that is the only moment where life is.

Let yourself recognize that every flood, every tsunami, every hurricane is the reflection of the fearful state of ego in its response to this great in-rush of Love that it places outside of itself and makes fearful that you might remain in this limited state, obeying the will of ego to believe in a world in which Love and other than Love are at war -- which in the truth of the heart is not possible.

As enough of you allow this polar shift to occur, fall back in trust into the ocean of Love I Am, as enough of you allow the world you live in to turn around, to become the flow of endless outward giving…then the magnetic power of your collective heart will create enough pull to flip the others, effortlessly and gently, into a whole new view, a whole new experience of what life is when seen through the single eye of the heart and perceived as Love's reality.

So everything the ego presents as pictures of collective possibilities of other than Love as you enter this time of change…bring it within. Bring it to Me and let Me show you what the truth is, the truth of Love that only the heart can recognize and you will find yourselves dwelling in the deep peace and ecstatic joy of the true reality of Love that is truly beyond the understanding of the mind and beyond the world perceived by the collective consciousness created by the ego mind.

Dearest ones, please welcome it! Welcome it all… Welcome the polar shift of your reality. Welcome this rushing, endless tsunami of Love. Welcome the end of the dream of dualistic time. Open your heart and step into the mystery of this change, surrendered to Me, that I might give you the fullness of your true identity as the heart of God.

As you find yourselves experiencing these waves of Love, they will show you life in its sparkling glory and bring to you the perfect communion with All That Is, with every molecule, with each dancing electron…that you might rejoice in the endless communion of the unity of life that the heart sees and the joyous experience of being that which holds in consciousness the very energies of Creation, the masculine and feminine entwined in a powerful and endless dance of co-creation beyond imagining.

Beloved ones, as you allow this shift, then you will also find that the heart then infuses the mind with Love and the ego's perception of separation disappears. Thought becomes the flow of the living Spirit and every word is an expression of the highest Love and the joyous life of God that we share.

Through the heart and this profound shift, all separation between us ends but what truly happens, what you will find is that the separation was never there. It was only an illusion, the result of a decision to perceive other than Love, to live other than this truth of God that has always been, shall always be, is ever alive in this glorious Now. Dear Family,

For those of us participating with the 2012 Ascension Timeline as awakened Starseed's or Indigo's, this last cycle of the "Galactic Underworld" has been intensely transformative in bringing the next level of heightened awareness to perceptible knowledge. Since last November the Inner Revelations abound with much information surfacing that has continually tested our personal discernment in every way.  Most of us have been feeling overloaded or overwhelmed with some major life lesson attempting to integrate us more fully into accepting the incoming transformational energies. These incoming energies are above and beyond the most evolutionary frequency waves our planet and human beings have ever been exposed to. This sequential series of Magnetic Propulsion  Waves are of such magnitude it is forcing us as a species to transform, adapt and evolve -- in order to change from within.

Since Mid December's life changing event (this changed the structure on the earth forever as we have known it) that began the sequential collapse of the 4D false white light webbing and its false umbilicus structure (this was the inorganic reincarnation structure attached to the group human soul layer of light-body, the opening portal accessed in Giza, Egypt) this last quarter has been challenging for us on the Astral Plane Cleanup crew. This has meant that a container of "Underworld "energies (aberrant Astral plane entities and related debris) has been consistently spilling out into the larger planet 3D consciousness reality fields.

Which means more people are either feeling these energies and  are unconsciously "acting them out" or consciously choosing to "clear them out" by not allowing negative energies to govern themselves. The good news is the new forces are powerful so when you interact with them you can clear tremendous amount of negativity with greater ease than the past. However, you may note in the external world populace that many are not acting within their best behaviors from the onset of tremendous internal pressure these energies create. Since most of the population does not have a context for what is happening on the planet, or how to effectively deal with their stress, it creates a large group of persons "acting out" in unconscious destructive ways. Addiction, thought  obsession/possession programs have accelerated for those that have not yet learned how to cope with these mechanisms. These energies will bring to the surface fragmentation and distortion in the masses, and it is necessary to surface what is "real" rather than denying the problem exists in order to begin to face the integrative healing process. This is a shifting energetic complexity that is happening at the individual field and collective field levels.

As more of us prepare to be the embodied being that is the "calm that walks into the center of the storm", you realize this is a wake up call to have dominion over oneself, and it's a critical lesson in self energetic mastery. We are being called to bring Harmony into the Seed of Conflict in these external circumstances. The love and peace you hold will enable the Source Field to re-harmonize the external environment though your very physical being. Do not take anything personal.

Planetary 9D Merkaba Buffer Field

We are at the midpoint cycle of the Sixth night of the Galactic Underworld which shifts into the next cycle of the Seventh day in November 2010.  A new platform architecture for our planet has been required and prepared meticulously to be reconnected to the planetary light body by Interdimensional Guardian groups.

(Guardian groups are of all levels of consciousness agreeing to hold their life force at ONE level of focused consciousness agreement - "Ascension Liberation For ALL". This is carried out in accordance to the free will choices of each being respected although each being answers to the consequence of its choices. Genetic rehabilitation and re-education of the laws in order to live in Harmony with the Universe are freely shared with all sincere seekers.  Guardians are embodied as physical humans, as well as other species and races that are all a part of the covenant to serve "The Law of One". These are the Natural Laws of God and the Mechanics of Creation, and are the mathematical physics that govern the time space fields in our Universe, not a man made mental belief system of judgment. )

This was in order for the planetary body to handle these new forces being reconnected to our access at this density level. It also has SPECIFIC purpose to buffer the cosmic energies as they filter in so they create a minimal amount of stress in the tectonic plates and the surface crust of the earth. It is no surprise as we have been aware for a long time that when the magnetic fields shift into other proportionate scales it creates many weather pattern and climatic anomalies. Our planet has seen an accelerated increase of weather (i.e. floods, hail) or volcanic-earthquake changes quite rapidly in the past quarter leading up to this event.

Some of us with the job of planetary gridworker have been acting as energy placement holders ( like an acupuncture point for the planet body) for this 9D merkabic system until it was stabilized in the planetary body merkabic structure through the earth core. This is like understanding a higher octave Merkabic Structure, the 9D Quadra Merkabic Architecture has been overlaid into (dna bonded) into our planetary light body (or its energy blueprint architecture).

The Golden Chalice

That means for April we should get a break from the high level intensity of shadow clearings and should start to feel the new energy platform supporting our foundation so this group of us is not feeling such an energy burden in our personal bodies. The 9 D chakra has been referred to as the "Mouth of God" and its opening is exactly at the back of the neck where the skull lays on top of the spine. It connects to the medulla oblongata and the reticular formation of the brain and spinal cord. This area esoterically has been called the Golden Chalice for it is the Occipital Cup that holds the Cosmic Intelligence or Wisdom. It is a literal brain rewiring ( spiritual body activation) in order to hold and be receptive to the "Golden Chalice" of Universal Knowledge. 

Many of us are becoming aware that we are being connected to another "language", another octave, another dimensional layer of accessing knowledge. There are waves of us accelerated into this spiritual body development of accessing Universal Knowledge from the Golden Chalice as it activates processes in the base of our brain. We may not comprehend it quite yet, as it involves a language of "code", "syntax" or "archetype".  However our sensory faculties are aware of something that is changing the "field" and our relationships to everything in it.

Knowledge and the wisdom required to be responsible for that knowledge comes with the great purification of "Fire". This purification fire has been rearranging the cells and for some of us it manifested into symptoms of head and sinus infection, throat and lung congestion and other physical ailments. The dropping density requirement has been feeling very intense to prepare our bodies to hold what is coming next.

Many of us have been isolated, sequestered and sleeping a lot over the last quarter quite busily building this structure as well as step down fields that act as circuit boards to transduce and moderate high frequencies in these various energetic circulatory complexes. Also this is the same 9D portal area of Guardian projects rehabilitating the mental body fragments of the male/Michael consciousness grids. A tremendous amount of change is underway now.

The Mother Arc

This has also been evidenced lately as the planetary body is shaking and quaking lately to reposition itself for an entirely new Magnetic Field Grid Network System to power up new levels of the 13th Pillar or The Mother Arc.

The Guardians are calling this aspect of Mother Aquamarine Ray energy, a Magnetic force powering up in our Earth Core (through the newly reconnected levels of the 9D Quadra Merkabic structure)  - The Mother Arc.  The awareness and systematic dismantling of several obsolete controlled architectures in the planetary field have allowed this to come on line. It is similar to understand we have poked a hole in the mind controlled frequency fence and reconnected our handshake hub to reconnect with the Mother Arc.   It is through the Mother's Perfect Proton Seed (or Cosmic Egg) that Creation can Heal Itself to its Original Divine Blueprint.

A new "Mother" language/vibration and its seed codes began transmission from the planet's newly activated Australian portal network and its reconnected portions of the horizontal "Golden Eagle" grid system. From this vantage point of human reality the seed codes are being called the "Universal Grandmother Turtle Codes".  These codes have been embodied, protected and hidden by the Aboriginal and Indigenous cultures of the earth for eons of time. These are like a God Inoculation and a surprise revelation as to what is beginning to transpire in consciousness fields --an event that has never transpired before in the history of creation! (It cannot be emphasized enough that God consciousness has some surprises up its sleeve.... transmitted through our bodies....as the countdown to the final conflict continues..)

The Eastern Australian Seaboard from Brisbane to Uluru ( Ayer's Rock) is acting as one of the main portal magnetic battery generators that is gaining charge in its main magnetic hub located by the monument of Uluru. The Guardians explain Uluru is similar as many other planetary pyramidal structures, it is being used to mark a major portal system gateway on the planet. (Just as the pyramids were not just tributes to dead Pharaohs they were specific gateways marking access to other dimensions and visible from outer space) Uluru is a power point for a Global Network of dormant or inactive ancient  gateways, systems or hubs and was "placed" there as a marker by the God creators of this system. The Architects of Creation and Guardians of the Universal Time Matrix were known as the King Dragon lineages, and many of the Aurora fields are coming from  which is the esoterically known as the Dragon lines. They say Uluru was placed there by the Dragon races of the next Universe. (This is not to be confused with Orion's Draconis or Reptilian races)  This is primarily being utilized to begin to power up a new level of the Arc Gate Systems on the planet. This ignition has specific relevance to the Mother Arc ( 13th Pillar Mother Magnetic Aqua Flame) igniting the Giza Pyramid and its related circulatory grid systems.  It appears  the timeline for activation is geared for this June Solstice.

The Magnetic Field of the Mother Arc ( the beginning and end of creation back into the zero point) is connecting to magnetically charge up Uluru to power up the Giza/Pyramidal dipole activity located in Egypt. This activity is similar to switching on a generator that is to POWER UP these dormant vortexes/grid points.

Piezo electric conductor- it's been clarified that's what's happening on the planet is the " squeeze" effect from the compression that is required to ignite and propel the magnetic charge transduction. This effect creates all these earthquakes in the field as the shifting of the tectonic plates rearrange to accommodate these new charges and the fields they create)

The phase beginning now is like a "New Year" as we are entering an elevated space available from the additional Underworld clearing since November. Hallelujah for -  She has Risen!

Michael /Male Principle Consciousness Healing Continues

As we are well aware, the old energy architecture that impedes the new consciousness structures from connecting are in the process of being demolished. As a result the soul fragments and the cellular memory are also cleared from the planetary matrix. This is not an invisible process of a God figure waving his wand in the sky, it is the agreed upon mission and life work of the collective awakened Starseed or Indigo. It is through embodied polarity integration and the rehabilitation of the dark forces (absent of light and ignorant of the law) that this process can actually happen. That is why we must face the darkness, conquer our fears as we commit to serve as the embodied representative of God Source in order to be the ultimate Alchemist. Polarity Integration is Alchemy.  (This is one of the most confused aspects of belief in the New Age awareness - that we deny that darkness exists. Denial breeds deception and then manipulation by the very forces you deny as existing.)

Most of this is transpiring at the holographic blueprint level within the anti particle fields. (We will see more of these changes manifested in the material world over the next two years specifically) There never exists judgment in what structure is demolished or rehabilitated in order to exist within a higher integrity of harmony with the Natural Laws of God. Only that which holds the integrity of the organic living light of the Eternal Supply of Source is left standing as the Truth.

Given the information this month on the necessity of a new connector to the 9D Planetary Merkabic structure being built  - it is the same portal and dimensional area of Guardian projects rehabilitating the mental body fragments of the Male/AA Michael consciousness described last month. This clearly is ongoing to integrate and merge the "Unity" consciousness fields where there has been "Patriarchal Domination" propagated through distorted or controlled holographic programs.(Remember that "controlled" means inorganic, it means another consciousness outside of the reality decided to interfere and manipulate with the organic and natural evolution of a species)

We have been witnessing systematic Male bloodline clearing through the 12 Tribes of Genetic Seeding of the Human Race since the AA Michael Matrix began dismantling and clearing genetic memory in the 3-6-9 dimensional fields. (as mentioned last month Males in these bloodlines or energetically named have the most radical symptoms for Ancestral and Pathcutting clearing)  These bloodline histories are being re-patterned and cleared in Triads as stemming from the Family of Michael Consciousness as the Patriarchal or "Grandfather" Lineage of the Masculine. The House of Kings, starting with King David most recently has been especially prominent in clearing the cellular memory fields existing within the planetary history.  The House of David is especially important now to  the Guardians as the Three Kings in the House of David -- Saul , David and Solomon are the last bloodline that hold the rightful Priest-King of Benevolence, they are the last line of the embodied Kings that held the "Rods" of God Source. It ended with Solomon and it will open again with Solomon, as the "Shield of Solomon" is the hosting shield of our source code embodiment work for this planet called "The Avatar of Ascension".

The Avatar of Ascension Ignites

We are a Universal Group Consciousness experiment of genetic "Unity in Diversity" relearning how to reconnect into our Source origins. Some of us act as energy placement holders, some of us do the ancestral pathcutting and transmuting for the mass consciousness fields, some of us are the midwife's of the birthing or passing souls, some of us are teachers or healers, some of us birth the new consciousness children, some of us are the architects, some of us are the Galactic polarity integrators. There is an incredibly diverse amount of genetic material and unique energy signatures embodied in this Living Light Library of Planet Earth.  There is no value difference given although we should learn to respect each unique role as a part of the One. We are a group consciousness  of Unity in Diversity.

Once you have committed to embody the Guardian Consciousness, (or it is your blueprint) you may be required to play all of the roles if your destiny path is one of Stewardship. Stewardship and Leadership roles in the new consciousness fields are now required to be a path of self energetic mastery. This newsletter is servicing that smaller niche of cultivating Human Guardian Consciousness through informed awareness and by supporting the energetic integration necessary to be an embodied container of the Truth Vibration/God Spark. This is a frequency requirement to participate as a Steward with the Host Shields through the Avatar of Ascension. One must have mastered the Self to a degree that Inner Source Sustainability is embodied in the physical reality. Obviously  the more embodied Stewards we have - the easier this process is for ALL of US.

Polarity integration through life experience is the Soul Transmutation Alchemy that is required to physically embody total Inner Source Sustainability. One must transcend judgment through neutrality, not ignore the polarity of forces. Ignorance of these forces otherwise breeds spiritual righteousness, false glamour and its demonic delusion to take hold of the consciousness.

Inner Source Sustainability means you have no need to create attachment cords, control circumstantial outcomes or engage in karmic relationships that energetically feed off of something external to yourself. 

This means you commit to not being emotionally or energetically parasitic/vampiric to anything external to yourself, and that you self contain your personal energies and attempt to be completely responsible for them.

Our group planetary consciousness has been traversing another in depth sensing of the Underworld energies (through the portal of the Astral Plane) in order to heal and unify the collective emotional body of the planet, therefore reconnecting and healing the human being's group soul and its heart center.

In order to heal, one must be able to "feel". (This is clarified by having an ability to access the soul matrix function of "Higher Sensory Perception" which distinguishes between "Cellular Knowing" impulses, rather than the "Linear Analytics" that characterize the 3D mental body functions)  Emotional distortions (2D and 4D Astral Plane Damage) needs to be first "realized", then "witnessed" in order to be "synthesized" into a higher frequency and harmonic alignment. This is how individual and planetary DNA is recoded and healed through the energy blueprinting architecture, through higher light, sound frequency arranged in tones of scalar wave arrangements. This is the God composition -- known as the "Music of the Spheres". Our God parent has returned to show us how to  create beautifully harmonically arranged music that allows us to merge with the Higher Kingdoms of God. This is the Avatar of Ascension Unity Field, it harmonizes conflict by holding the Power of One in the Core Being as the Ultimate Truth. It is a group consciousness field that will support many of us to move to higher levels of consciousness that have been limited through genetic or ancestral patterns buried in our flesh. It is the beginning of a group field "re-encryption" process at the elemental vehicle level, ( physical body)  the level of planetary raw material that makes our physical flesh. It is to begin bringing the possibility of freedom to the flesh from the genetic manipulation that has been controlling the elementals on this planet. This is being supported by ES community projects and by the Ascension Hosts of Crystal Matrix and Aurora.   

Temperance

In the closing of our lengthy transmission, we choose the archetypal principle of Temperance to meditate upon and serve as a reminder for our concluding timeline theme. Much  skill at neutrally applying "Temperance" is required through this current planetary Rite of Passage. Temperance is the Law of Verification that stands at the pinnacle, the crux of making a personal major life choice, in order to integrate fully what has been learned on the life journey. It forces us to make hard decisions based on what we now know to be our personal truth. Through the tempering of Soul through its many challenges, we become increasingly able to embody Soul (God) Essence.  We have a choice to forfeit that knowledge through fear and if so -- we will continue to  undergo more of the same static patterns of life experience until the learning is complete. It is that completion ( through polarity integration) that alchemically molds you into the embodiment of the true nature of your God Essence. This is the task at hand.

Some questions to ponder this month : Can you remain on the pathway despite challenges to your faith?  What have you learned spiritually that you can integrate neutrally and apply it practically to your life? Are you willing to accept that in order to serve God - you will be continually purified?

As a personal note it is my inspiration to serve what is true humanity, that which is our birthright of sovereignty through Unity consciousness. That which has happened to this earth is not human. As a result beings that choose this are controversial figures, provoking both great Love and hate in the amplified polarity of this distorted hologram. Please take which that supports your resonance to Own your Personal Truth, and discard the rest.

For those of you new to this material, I cannot tell you what you want to hear and lull you to sleep in complacent dreams. This is non-negotiable spirituality and you must rise to your internal and spiritual responsibility to live your spirit in every way or you will have great consequence. With all of my heart and might I choose to empower you in the pathway of integration, so that the brilliance of your internal light can be fed upon no more, and each can contain the divine birthright of infinite and eternal God Supply. Perhaps you might ask yourself, "Is this real?" You might say, "Kryon, I'm having a hard time believing that you're really channeling, that the voice comes from the other side of the veil. It's just so difficult!" If that's what you're saying today, Human Being, I will say that you are blessed to be so honest with words coming from the struggle to work out of the three-dimensional box you are in.

Dear one, if you ask the right questions of your own Higher-Self, of your own belief, of your own psyche, you then start have things revealed that you didn't expect. For it indeed is a quantum experience on the other side of the veil. My partner [Lee] and I are linearizing this conversation for you. This is a quantum experience and that means that language is only a small part of it. The audio that you hear and the words seen on the page are only a portion of it.

In the past, we have spoken of something called the third language. This third language, identified some time ago, is not a language in linearity. It is instead a language of the catalyst of the three. We use the three in numerology to represent a catalytic action number. That is to say that all of you have the ability to receive what is being given at a level which is quantum, and not a language such as words on a page. Even the reader of this particular message can ask for a quantum experience and then be in the session with those who are in the room in real time.

We're going to give you some science. We've chosen, perhaps, an odd place for that [Albuquerque, New Mexico]. But we really haven't, for we think in a quantum way. We wanted to come to this place and honor those who built this building [The Indian Center]. We want to honor the ancestors who are here, listening. We've come to a very quiet place in the stillness of the southwest in order to give a message of clarity, and purity, so that others will also receive it in this fashion.
Science for today

When we give a scientific message, I ask my partner to go very slow. Some of the things we speak of now have been revealed to him, and some have not. So I asked him to proceed slowly, for it will be heard and read clearly and much will be seen around it. For what follows in this message is not just esoterics. There will be practicality presented and there will be physicists looking at it... and that makes my partner nervous.

This is not going to be complex, for even the one sitting in the chair who doesn't understand science will still receive what they need to receive through the third language. They will understand why these things are being given and appreciate them. All through this process, the entourage who has poured into this place, who represents the ancestors of all of you, resound with it all. Even the ancients who are here, and who are wrapped into this building, into this place, where my partner gives a message of science, are pleased.

Reassurance about Global Warming: what is happening?

This message is not necessarily a long one, but one which you have to hear. It's about the environment and science. So let us start with some assurance and positive news. Let us review one more time that what you are seeing in weather changes on this planet have not been created by Humans. What you have called global warming is not global warming at all, and I say it again: It is part of the cycle that always was. This information is not new, and we told you these things some years ago when the idea of warming first was presented, and fear was the result. We also called out the weather changes you are seeing now, back in 1989 when my partner began this journey with me. Long before the idea of warming was popular, I was telling you to expect this cycle.

The North Pole has melted several times and come back several times. It is waxing and waning. The water evaporation cycle [what Kryon called the water cycle] is the way Gaia works. However, this time it appears to be here sooner than expected, and that is alarming to many. If you were to ask Gaia right now to come in to this place, Gaia would give this message: "Humans have not caused this." Could it be any clearer? I give you this information so there would be no alarm sounded regarding it or actions taken that might be in response to a false idea.

However, at the same time I tell you that there is a mandate to change how you create your energy. What you put into the air is significant, for it is a hazard to your health. What you put into the air hurts Humanity, not necessarily Gaia. Gaia is far more resilient than you think. Gaia adjusts in ways you don't expect, and faster than you expect. Your contribution to pollution is insignificant compared to just a few natural volcanic eruptions of the past. Gaia takes care of Gaia, and the process is not new, or a surprise. However, for humanity we say, "Clean up the air and you will live longer." It's not about stopping a weather cycle that you have created. Hardly! It's about common sense for life.

It's going to get colder. That's one of the subjects of today. You're going to need more energy to combat the cold, and we have given you advice in the past regarding this, and one of them we wish to revisit today. For it is time for you to think out of the box of three dimensions when it comes to some of the things that we have discussed with you.

You think in a straight line. You don't necessarily think past certain concepts, but rather you assume things that then create straight line thinking. At the same time I give you this information, I will also tell you that this particular concept is already known on the planet. It is the way of it. We do not give you something that has not already occurred to a Human Being. Free choice is what we have told you is the operative word. So in order to honor this free choice attribute, the things presented today must have already occurred to a Human Being before we will deliver a message like this. This creates a situation where the Humans are manifesting it, not just using hints from Spirit.

When these insights are received by humanity, they normally land as inspiration on the planet in more than one place at a time. That is to say, epiphanies of discovery happen all at once, usually three to four places in order to assure that they will not be lost. It's like this: The vibration of the planet is like a big door that opens and closes with the vibration of an enlightened or non-enlightened humanity. If you chose to close this door by creating a low vibration of the planet, then information, invention, and discovery are lost. They actually go away, since humanity doesn't even care to look! However, when the vibration becomes higher, the door opens and discovery and invention just "lay there" ready to be seen. So Spirit does not dole out inventions, but rather the system you have created allows for it. For high science is always there no matter what, but the Human Beings on the planet temper how much of it becomes available by how high the planet vibrates with human consciousness. This explains how you have lost so much science in the past 50,000 years. There were societies who actually were far more quantum thinking than anything you currently have today.

There is an actual irony here in that you have higher tech inventions today, but far lower conscious of understanding. You have marvelous computing power that only is programmed for 3D! Later this will be funny to you.

There is tremendous energy available to you directly from the earth, and it's free. It is not what you call free energy, for you have to build an extractor to get it. But it's everywhere; its forever (you don't use it up) and it's called geothermal energy.

New ways to obtain geothermal heat

It's all below your feet, not really that far away and its natural heat. It's hot enough for you to drill down and create steam. If you can create steam through natural process of thermal energy, then you can drive steam turbines and create electricity. That will create the power you need to survive some harsher winters and to heat your homes. Electricity may not be the most efficient method to use to heat a home, but it may be the cleanest in comparison to the methods that pollute the air. If you can create the electricity itself in a very efficient way, it becomes far more viable for everyday use.

Using steam, there are other ways to create electricity as well. Humanity is fond of very elaborate steam engines, and you've been using them a very, very long time. Today's nuclear reactors are simply very expensive steam engines. You heat water using nuclear reactors and create steam with that heat, which then drives your turbines. So we're giving you something to think about. For nuclear power, as clean and good as it is, has bi-products which are dangerous and you know this. Geothermal, although very clean, can also be dangerous. So now we open the discussion of something new.

If you can drill approximately five kilometers into the earth, you will find enough heat to make a steam engine work. Now, five kilometers to you is not all that far as measured in a straight line along the surface of the earth. Many of you actually walk that distance to school and work and realize that it's not that far. But if you're going to drill that distance, technically it becomes difficult and dangerous. It's not just dangerous for the driller, but can be dangerous for the planet. On the way down through the crust of the earth to the five kilometer mark, you go through pockets of attributes... releasing gas perhaps; releasing fire, perhaps; releasing water, perhaps. If nothing else, sometimes you interrupt what we will call the integrity of the lubricant of the shale itself. What I'm saying here is you might even advance the potential of an earthquake, all by drilling down only five kilometers.

So now I'm going to give you the answer of how to make steam without drilling so far down, and it requires thinking "out of the box" of what you have always assumed. All along you're thinking that you're going to drill down and put a pipe in the earth with water in it. You put water in, and get steam out. However, what if I told you that you only have to drill down a fraction of that distance, and you will find enough heat to boil fluid! You'd say, "Impossible." This feature exists over the hot spots of the earth, which have heat very close to the surface, but those attributes don't exist in most of the places we're asking you to drill. The answer is not to use water. It's time to marry the highest technology that you have on the planet, with things you didn't expect to marry them with, and this is thinking out of the box.

This is the kind of thinking that is becoming a little more quantum, seeing the entire picture instead of just seeing what you think it should be, or what you are used to. There are solutions here, and some already know what they are. There is elegant chemistry that will boil at a fracture of the temperature that water will, and this is the answer: Learning to use those substances and those fluids with this chemistry within a geothermal closed system machine, which doesn't have to drill down five kilometers. How about two kilometers? Using this known chemistry it will be possible to drill only a fraction of the distance, and get the heat you need for steam.

So we tell you this because you're going to need to do this. If you heed this advice, you'll find that the timing and the synchronicity of discovery is at hand. That is to say, you will understand it all and realize that the elements will fall together and you will get your steam engine. And it won't take five years to build and it won't be dangerous and you don't have to cover it with a shell. Much easier. It won't belch smoke. It won't pollute, and you don't have to worry about being next to it. Think about it... natural heat from Gaia that is forever! It will create electricity you're going to need to heat homes and businesses... because eventually it's going to get colder. That's number one.

What Humanity needs the most right now

We're going to give you one other insight: This is not new, in that the following information was known, then inappropriately sold and pocketed by industry. Since the idea is already known, I'm going to give it to you here so that the public can see it and anyone with synchronicity who listens to, or reads this message, will understand it. Even you sitting in the chairs will understand the concept, but the scientists and the physicists will then have to implement it. We would not mention it here unless it were very timely.

The resource that humanity is going to need the most as the population grows, as the weather changes, is what you probably already had guessed: Fresh water! Already it's becoming scarce. You will notice the snow is falling more and more in the wrong places, and often in areas that have no infrastructure to capture the runoff. The reservoirs and aqueducts are built for the old energy with the old weather patterns. As the population grows, water will be the issue.

The New Desalinization Answer

Here is one immediate answer. It is a profound thing when the earth is mostly water, yet you cannot drink it! The answer is to use the sea and the ocean, and convert it. The ocean, of course, is not fresh water, so you have to ask how to extract the salt.

Desalinization exists today in a very inefficient way. Large amounts of water have to go into vats of containment and sit there while heat is used in various ways. There are various systems, some of them steam, some of them not, all requiring heat to take out the salt. It takes a long time. It's expensive and not efficient. Therefore it is not tenable to desalinate for an entire city. Instead, only places that simply have no fresh water at all have a system like this. It becomes a necessity of inconvenience and expense instead of a good solution.

Now, I'm asking you to think out of the box and I'm going to give you the answer of how to desalinate water in a new way. My partner, I want you to go slow here.

Most of the largest cities on earth are on the coastlines of the ocean... very near water. This is because over time those coastal areas were the places where trade could happen with ships and ports. So you end up with the largest cities being on the ocean. It's a good place to start, is it not, to get water for them, from the source which they can simply look at and use? The answer is not that difficult, but it requires something that has not been considered.

The highest technology you have today has to do with the smallest of the small. You call it nano-technology. It is chemistry and even chemical machines, extremely small, taking form as what you would call robots. These ultra small, molecular sized robots exist today, and are at the pinnacle of your new inventive efforts. Even now, your science is considering how to insert them into the Human bloodstream to seek out and kill disease... as an enhancement to the white blood cells that you currently have. That's how small the nanoparticles are.

Naturally there are objections to this, since it seems to alter the Human body. It doesn't, any more than any supplement that is not naturally created, which you have learned can help you with pain, disease, chemical balance, or even to sleep at night. So it joins forces with the kinds of science that has been given to Humanity to help keep you alive. Remember, that although we teach that a Human Being can use their own consciousness to do that, there are millions who will not believe it, or not be interested in that. So science takes up the slack, so to speak, and there is much today that is known to assist the quality of Human life that is not metaphysical. This is a balance, and is proper and appropriate. Still there are those who will let their own child die, rather than use science to help balance a disease. They believe that anything that is not given from God is not appropriate. It's time to fully understand that good science is simply the discovery and implementation of the way God created the Universe. Used with integrity, it is appropriate, God-given, blessed, and was allowed to be discovered due to a higher-vibrational Earth. In other words, you earned it! Therefore to throw it away or call it evil is to not understand it.

A man is very thirsty. He is very religious and prays for water to be given to him. Along comes another man with water, and offers it to him. The thirsty man rejects it, saying that he expects it only from God and will wait. He dies thirsty, never understanding the synchronicity of God is through other Humans! Learn to appreciate the science that is given to you to extend your life, for this is appropriate and is given to Humanity for this reason.

Nanotechnology is becoming smarter. Science is learning to make the robots intelligent through chemistry, through logic, through electronics. It's like the logic of a computer, which can cleverly help you to do many things. It doesn't think for you, but rather it assists you in tasks you can't do yourself. These tiny smart robots can help desalinate water.

I'm going to give you a task: You're going to build a desalinization plant where the water never stops flowing, and where salt can be removed in real time, and a by-product created that you had no idea about. The water never has to rest and never has to be cooked. There is no heat involved at all. Using nano-technology, the water goes in one end of the machine, and it comes out the other in a steady flow. In—salty, out—fresh, and ready then for standard purification.

The first stages of the system require that you release enough nano-technology robots assigned to find the dissolved salts and attach themselves to them. Here is the secret, however: every single robot is magnetized! I am the magnetic master, after all.

All of the salt then becomes magnetic, with tiny little nano robots hanging on to all of it. On to the next stage: Flowing into the next area, the water is exposed to tremendous, huge electromagnets, pulling the salt out of the water completely and totally, because the salt is now magnetic! Out it goes. Over simplified, perhaps, but this is the way of it. No heat is involved.

Now, the by-product... you won't believe it! Oh, and this will be controversial when you discover it. Magnetic fields applied to water often create water that is quite healing. Do you see where this is going? What a device that might be! It would be quantum, you know, because it uses magnetics. There would be those who will say that magnetically treated water is bad for you, since you are altering it in a way that is not understood. They don't realize the amount of energy that other Humans have gone through to find the healing waters of the earth! Now you get a bit of that while desalinating water! There will be no proof either way of what is happening, so that will make it controversial. All people will know is that fewer people are getting sick!

So this is what we wanted to give you today. This is what we wanted to have recorded today in this way, so that you might hear it and it would be published. I wish to tell you what we see in the future, based on the potentials you have developed. We're not going to give you a time frame, for there is none.

The Future of Science

The information I'm about to give you can be two generations away, maybe even three. But it all has to do with quantum invention. Physicists, listen. I'm going to give you something you already know, and it's possible. It involves another field of science but it opposes everything three dimensional you've ever learned. Humans are funny. Even in the highest math and geometry, everything is defined in a straight line. Therefore Humans just love to define a circle as a polygon with an infinite number of straight lines. That's funny! It's almost as though a circle didn't exist in nature, and the Human has to create a formula using a straight line object for it to exist. Interesting, isn't it? I'm just giving you the Human straight line bias, and its fun to look at. Bubbles have always been around. They're beautiful, you know? They're natural, you know? The circle is a natural occurring event in space, as well... think planets. But Humans want this shape to be an infinite number of straight lines.

Like cartoon characters on a page, the stick figures find a few three dimensional properties in their two dimensional lives, and they "prove" them by creating an infinite number of stick figures to explain the shape.

What you already suspect is that gravity and magnetism all naturally bend. They don't go straight, and they never have. What about light? It doesn't either. When affected by the other two, it bends also. That should tell you something. Nothing is really a straight line at all! The only straight lines around are the brains of the Humans. [Kryon joke] You're not using the right kinds of math either, and we told you that long ago. There's an elegance of math that is quantum and if I begin to tell you about it, even in the simplest terms, it's going to seem overly complex.

The New Math is coming

Quantum math uses something that is going to be discovered and we're going to give it a name: influential numbers. These are numbers that do not have empirical values, but instead have values that are influenced by the numbers around them. Four is not a four. Four is modified because of the numbers that sit next to it, as in a formula, or in linearity as in counting. Each time a formula is manufactured in a quantum state, the numbers within it are all influenced by the others around it. This is because all of the numbers in that formula are modified by the numbers that are next to them. They're influential numbers. If the four is used in a linear way, it is affected by the five, or by the three. They all influence the numbers next to each other, as seen in the conceptual sense. The reason is that a quantum reality is one that is never linear or has the attributes that you think are "normal."

However complex, it is not random, and there is indeed an elegant system... a beautiful thing when you find out the attributes and see the consistency of the change. Chaos does not look like chaos when you understand the "chaos rules." Eventually, when you see this, you will then have the formula for a circle being a whole number, not an irrational number as it exists today. It won't be pi. Instead, it will be "pi solved." We ask the physicists to work it backwards if you have to, in order to get a whole number of pi. That will give you a hint and what has to be done with the rest of the computations.

Imagine mathematics with influential numbers! For each number is not empirical but influenced by the one around it. I'm giving you high math now, and here's how it's going to serve you: Because when you start to understand it, you're finally going to understand what I'm going to call the Holy Grail of Physics. That's a Human term [Kryon wink].

In your straight-line thinking, in your bias, you have many 3-D formulas, don't you? And when you look at the basis of physics, you talk about matter having mass. In those things which have mass you've even figured out the atomic structure and density. You are proud of the consistency of the formulas, based on what you see around you, and you think they're static, don't you? You think there is a formula for everything, and it explains how things move and react. "If it has a certain atomic density and mass, then it weighs this or that in a certain gravity. You've got it all figured out.

Indeed, you have! But only in 3-D. So as soon as you become quantum with these formulas, they all stretch and become different. All this to tell you yet again, that it is possible for you to alter the mass of any object in existence. It doesn't matter how large or small or how dense it is. You can alter the mass of it, and therefore (pause..) the effect that gravity has on it. There is no such thing as anti-gravity, only the control of mass. So whatever formula you have in 3D that tells you how much something should weigh, can be then changed by controlling the mass of the object in question. Therefore you are not changing gravity (which is really a quantum product of two other forces), but of the mass of an object. And it has to do with controlling the atomic density, or apparent density as seen by gravity.

In Yugoslavia, there's a famous workshop. Historic it is, for it belongs to the man who thought out of the box, Tesla. In that workshop, there are marks on the ceiling made by the objects that took off from his workbench and went straight up! They shattered, hitting the ceiling hard! Nikola was frustrated, for he had discovered the creation of massless objects and didn't know how! He thought out of the box... the only one in existence to ever give you a blueprint on how alternating current might work. Oh, it's more than 3-D. Study it, for it's elegant.

All of this that Tesla did was created by magnetics, and this was also the basis behind the experiment in his workshop. However, in Tesla's time there were no computers or any of the finite instruments you have today to measure or create tiny fluctuations in magnetic fields. He accomplished the creation of altering the mass of an object, but he couldn't control it, and didn't know exactly how he did it. Frustrated, he was. By the way, he's back. I'm not going to tell you where. Maybe he will read this and know what to do next?

Clever, it is, how magnetic fields can be arranged around other magnetic fields. Even solutions [fluids] can be magnetized to create clever shaped fields within fields... sometimes at right angles to each other, sometimes not, to give you a condition that will create a change in mass. None of these things are out of the purview of Human development. How long it'll take? We don't know. That's up to you. But do you understand what it will change? Everything! It means that the things of science fiction are finally yours. What you called anti-gravity is simply an object with controllable mass. It'll float no matter how big. It's doable. Maybe it's time to implement it?

"Kryon, why do you tell us about these things?" With this we close. The answer is that we want you to stay here. All of this is given in love. We want you to stay here! And you're not going to have much luck with that unless you start thinking more quantum, unless you start accelerating the inventions and put some of the politics out of the way. But the countries which must do this are the ones who have the highest technical abilities and they also have the highest influential structures that are in the way of it all. It is time for the population to understand this and turn the physicists loose and not strap them with those things which are political, or industrially or efficiently "appropriate." Perhaps you don't know what I speak of, but they do.

In the process of this, there will be life extension; in the process there will epiphanies; in the process you might even find that this message was accurate and true. Somewhere down the line, if you do, then you've got a puzzle, don't you, physicists? Don't you? If you're listening to this, you've got a puzzle, because who is it who is speaking from the other side of the veil, giving you information that is true and real and scientific? At some level, you're going to have to say it's real. At some time in the future you're going to have to admit that the spiritual and the science is allied, and that the energy that created the earth and the magnetics and the gravity and all of the things you studied, is a piece of you... since the creator is inside of each of you. Then maybe you'll open up?

It all has to do with this puzzle: Is this real or not? Is Kryon real or not? Is love real or not? Well, some of you know, because you've sat in the presence of the creator today who loves you. This family on my side of the veil, loves you. It's a wonderful Valentine message, isn't it? So we say to you, dear ones, that all of the things that we talk about, whether they're scientific, or have to do with your Akash, or your core soul, or a Higher-Self, are given for one reason: to make the life you are living on this planet easier. It's so you may discover the compassion that is the glue that puts you together with creation, that changes the earth itself, for the shift is upon you.

What you call the 2012 energy is already here, having arrived approximately 1998. Let this be what it is supposed to be, a time of high consciousness, of scientific evolution with integrity, with an economy that is a re-emerging with integrity, with government that slowly changes old energy. There is a new paradigm occurring, with things that you would never put together in the past. This is an oxymoron - cannot exist together - integrity and government - integrity and insurance - integrity with banking. A new paradigm is upon you, and this shift is difficult. We have the warrior and the worker in the chairs in front of me. They know it because that's why they came: the Akash is alive and well in you, dear ones, and you know who you are. I know who you are. And I celebrate each, each one.

And so it is.

Greetings Dear ones for I am Kryon of magnetic service.

We’d like to say how beautiful and wonderful it is to be here in Devon, England, this afternoon, for there is much love, softness and tenderness in the air. The energies are changing not only for you but for the entire planet and a new world is coming, and a fantastic new point of view. We tell you that you are only dreaming, there is a whole new world coming, a world filled with love and joy and freedom; it is an honest world filled with integrity. As you release whatever you need to release to set yourself free from whatever binds you, you come closer to the divine and you come closer to the very truth of who you are.


Allow the love to flow. Close your eyes and go inside and feel the love flowing through your hearts. Love is not a new energy, but to allow love to flow easily is quite a shift for humanity to make, and there are new varieties of love on the way and there will be love flowing through you and flowing into your inner child and family constellation. This will dissolve issues very quickly and the closer the planet gets to 2012 the easier and easier love will flow through you and dissolve whatever resistance you have to love.

Forgiveness will flow easily and you will let go of what you need to let go of, for clinging onto things is the root of all human suffering. If you cling onto something that is old and decaying it does not allow you to connect with the new you, the part of you that you came here to this earth to experience; to experience the truth of yourself, your authentic self, for that is what we are doing here today; allowing you to let go of what is not authentic and allowing you to connect with your Spirit guides and with the energies of love and deep divine connectedness. The more deeply you connect to the divine the easier you will find life; you will be guided more deeply, and at the same time that you the receive your guidance, the fear, the anger and the resentments will also be let go of and these feelings are what stop you going forward into your truth and into a new world.

As we have said before, Britain has a very divisive and colonial past within its psyche and Britain is moving towards a rebirth, a new way of living, a new state of being, but first of all come you who are here to do the work for your nation, not only for your nation but for the planet. To bring back ancient knowledge that was here two thousand years ago but has been lost; this wisdom is being reignited inside all of you here today this day, this wisdom is powerful, it is true Christ consciousness.

We are here to expand this energy, so we ask that you drop down deep within yourselves and look within yours hearts for that spark of Christ consciousness. We are here today to expand that consciousness and dissolve the fear and whatever stops this consciousness being acted upon. So just go to this space where you can see this spark of light, the love light, and the light of Christ within your hearts; and even if you can’t see it, just feel it. Feel the light and feel the love and stay connected with your circle, allowing love to flow from you to everybody in the circle, and receiving that love and channelling that love into Christ consciousness and into what blocks you seeing and what blocks Christ consciousness flowing in your life. Just allow yourselves to feel the love and feel the oneness and feel the connectedness. Feel the connectedness with Stonehenge, and allow the feeling of Stonehenge to flow through your hearts and into this Christ consciousness, allowing Christ consciousness to be energized within your bodies and dissolving any obstacles in its way. Christ consciousnesses will once again be on this green and pleasant land and that connectedness and that movement into Christ consciousness is happening here in Tinmouth in Devon. There are many portals and gateways into the new energies, here and in this moment these gateways and portals are open and you have the opportunity to walk through them and access more of the truth of who you are.

The moon is almost full and the moon will take away what emotions do not serve you and allow you to connect deeper and deeper into your true self, into your masculine self and into your feminine self; healing the masculine and allowing the feminine to flow; allowing yourselves to be exactly who you are meant to be for in the darkness of your psyche live the gifts you have brought to this planet to be shared with the rest of the world. Allow yourselves to spend time in the darkness of your psyche, in the places that you’ve never ever been before, and just be inside yourselves, and feel where these gifts that you bring to this earth are. Allow yourselves to channel the love into dissolving the darkness around your gifts, around the success and joy that you seek for your life; as you unravel these gifts on the inside of yourself, that is where you will find your own joy, happiness and love.

Love is the only answer, love is the only way forward, love is the light that shines in the darkness, love is the light that dissolves your problems and love is the light that manifests your gifts. This part of the world is very old and has been known to man for a long long time, many things have happened here; many things have come and gone. Good things, bad things; but consciousness until now has been waning, consciousness will now begin to grow, to expand through your bodies and through this little town in Devon, a new consciousness is on its way and each one of you, as you manifest your gifts, will enhance the consciousness of this small town. You are moving away from mass consciousness into your own consciousness of Christ. There will be even more expanded consciousness to come, there is a completely new world of your own choosing to come.

We ask you to allow your vibrations to rise even more and absorb more and more of the love that is on offer here today, becoming like a sponge soaking up everything that belongs to you, that you need to make your life work, that you need to manifest these gifts here on earth to begin to make this place heaven on earth and to make this a part of the new world; a place of gentleness and kindness, a loving a place where the aggressive masculine is no longer dominant, a place where love an truth thrive, where they make the world a better place not only for yourselves and your children but for everyone in the community who will benefit as a result.

There is a new world coming, a world based in love and as you heal the inner mother, father and child, and you let the past loves come and go you will step into a world you never believed was possible; where you create purely out of love, love not only for yourself but for your fellowman, love is the only answer, love is the only way forward, love is love. Love has many facets but in its most powerful it is very gentle and very soft and very caring, like cotton wool. So we ask you to drop deeper and deeper into your bodies and allow yourselves to connect more strongly to Spirit. Allow the divine guidance to flow through you into your bodies allowing it to connect even deeper and deeper to mother earth and see under the soles of your feet the roots of connectedness going deep in to mother earth.

Feel the energy that surrounds you and observe what you are feeling. As these new energies come in the old ones must leave, and your cells will become more and more activated; your cells will face the light. The more that you face the light the easier your life will become, you will have the energy to do what you want to do with your life, you will have the energy to heal those karmic wounds of the past, and the wounds your families have carried for hundreds if not thousands of years; starting off in Africa and ending up in this lifetime. There is a new world coming and it is up to each individual to do his or her inner work to bring consciousness to their own bodies, to their own communities; but first it is healer heal thyself.

When you understand yourself you know yourself, and when you understand and know yourself, you understand the universe and the solar system and you will understand your neighbours and friends, and you will feel so much freer and more capable of living the life you have always dreamed of, in fact your life will go away and your life will become a dream. It will become like a river flowing into the ocean, your life will flow like a river, there will no longer be the wounded inner child to stop the flow, or your family karma getting in the way of the flow. Your lessons will get easier and easier, you will move into a completely new world taking yourselves into a very special place, feeling much love, your body feeling light and ecstatic as your thoughts will become your reality. Automatically your thoughts will begin got be more and more positive and more and more loving and your reality will become more and more loving. Whatever you give out you will receive back, so whenever you have the opportunity to give, give, for you can only truly give to yourself.

Continue to allow the love to flow; the energy of England doesn’t look too good on the economic front, but out of the chaos always comes order, there will always be somebody who will resolve the chaos and bring order. You have been tested an stretched and new ideas are coming of a new way of living, new ways to power the nation, new energies. This will all begin to happen and there will be a new order moving through England, a new way of government, a new way of understanding. The people and their needs and a recognition of the damage of the last two world wars to the psyche of Britain, this will also begin to be resolved.

Britain stands proud in this world, a solid masculine nation with a very strong structure and that structure is now to be used to allow a different kind of energy to flow through the nation and through the world and that is the energy of ethics and integrity. It will not devalue the nation in any way, in fact it will increase Britain’s power in the world for the divine requires receptive energies to be able to work through and these receptive energies will begin to manifest themselves in positions of power and in fact this has already been happening. These new energies will take the place of the old energies which will make way for them.

Britain is no longer at the center of its empire but it is still at the center of many aspects of the world. It needs new ideas and new ways of doing thing, but these can only happen through pure love and true ethics. The banking system, if it does not become ethical will collapse. Money is an important commodity and is useful, but it is rather wiser to allow the financial system to become ethical than let it collapse. Spirit needs mediums to work through and money is a medium. If too much of this medium is diverted into the wrong areas then Spirit can’t use it and Spirit won’t use it. Spirit is all powerful and all mighty and if Spirit deems fit to stop using the financial system as it is today then it will collapse, make no mistake. It is for everybody to bring ethics into the world of finance and bring ethics into their hearts, money is not love; money can be a reflection of love but it is not love. Love is love and money is money, money won’t make you happy, but when you are happy you are likely to get money which will keep you happy. Love is love and love is what makes the world go around. Don’t let yourselves be mistaken about this, everybody needs money to live but everybody needs love, love is far more important than money; if you don’t receive love through your hearts you die.

Love is a very powerful energy and an energy that you fear, or, there would have been times that you experienced love and that love was taken away. Remember you gave yourself that love and you took that love away from yourselves. We ask you once again to let it flow, remember those times that you stopped loving, step by step of the way let them come and let them go. You are much older and wiser now and you won’t make the same mistakes once the love starts to flow again. Sometimes with age comes the fear of making the same mistake again. A mistake is a gift and a lesson; you won’t make the same mistake again, you might make another but not the same, so let go of your fears of making mistakes and allow the mistakes to happen until you get it right, until the flow of love continues to flow through your hearts incessantly with a force and with a power.

Love is the answer, love is the only answer. Love is your connection to the divine. Love is your journey into oneness, for you will find love; we have spoken earlier of consciousness and unconsciousness. Unconsciousness is made conscious by love, by loving actions and deeds and energies. Observe your behaviors and see to it you act with love and care and kindness, when you are being kind to yourself, you are loving yourself. Whatever is given is given to yourself.

Dear ones let the journey begin and let it continue. Go deeper and deeper and deeper into your own hearts and find our what is in your heart that you are afraid of; where is this fear of love, what is it? Let it come and let it go. The paradox is that love can dissolve the fear a little bit like the song of amazing grace; “once I was lost, and now I am found”, but it is amazing grace that lost you and found you. It’s the same energy flowing through you, you become lost and you become found, you became connected then disconnected.

So allow the love to flow, just let it flow like when you were a child, let the love flow for this is the energy of the new age, the energies of Christ consciousness and love flowing from eternity till eternity from infinity to infinity. Just know that there is new world coming; you are the new world you are on the cutting edge of the new world. Bring love and healing to your planet and your community. There is freedom, there is will, there is joy, and there is ecstasy to come. You will feel yourselves becoming stronger and stronger and stronger. Allow these energies to flow through you into the darkness that is hiding your gifts and allow your gifts to energize and manifest.

Dear ones without these gifts here on earth, the new age can’t begin. This is what we are waiting for, you are not waiting for Spirit, you are waiting for yourselves. We are waiting for you to manifest your authenticity on planet earth.

Allow the love to flow, feel yourself in the flow of love as if you are sitting in the middle of a river feeling the love like you feel the water against you. Feel it and the resistance you have to this love, and allow the resistance to dissolve into the flow. Allow the resistance to dissolve, just take your time, be patient; allow the love to dissolve the resistance, and see that your heart becomes more deeply connected to the divine and that your gifts manifest here on earth.

Questions Re: the “Higher” Self

Melora through Joanna Neff (Jyoti Alla-An) 

Following is an edited transcription of a Melora session in which both my and a friend's questions about our relationship with our respective Higher Selves are answered. It is clear that even if we don't/can't sense Higher Beings, it doesn't mean that they are NOT there! So it is with our Higher Self. By including more personal aspects of this session, I am letting readers and clients know that I undergo my own spiritual struggles from time to time. What Melora refers to at the end of the article is that since I had not worked with Melora directly for almost two years, I wasn't at all sure she would "be there" for me for this session. Right before we began, I felt the old, familiar Melora energy very strongly, and then I knew we would have a powerful session.

MELORA: We are Melora, and we welcome you today. Your question prompts us to say something about the relationship with one's Higher Self. People who believe that they should follow whatever their Higher Self "wants" for them are opening themselves up to enslavement, either by their Higher Self or by some being masquerading as their Higher Self . . . like an astral entity. You all are allowed free will, and you can trust yourself to make decisions as a being. You can trust that you have the right to make those decisions for yourself in this embodiment, to be happy with those decisions and not to worry about whether your Higher Self approves.

Now, in our discussion of soul hierarchies-and in our discussion of the Higher Self's role-we have explained that the Higher Self does indeed get these "spiritual brownie points" earned by the sufferings and travails of the embodied versions of you. We don't mean to sound sarcastic about this, but in the Earth zone-because of the density and the darkness-suffering seems to be the only way that people's souls can advance.

However, in reality, suffering is not really required for soul advancement. We hope you are understanding our answer. Suffering only seems to be what purifies people, that advances them or makes them grow. It is not really the Higher Self that created the situation in which only suffering advances the Soul. Thus, you have the right to trust yourself to keep advancing at the Soul level without suffering.

The next step in that deductive process, or that rational line of thought, is that your Higher Self would embrace choices you make that would liberate you and make you feel wonderful. It's only those in embodiment, and those "historic" and experiential illusions that all the great saints had to suffer or to be martyrs . . . that is at the most extreme degree. Those beliefs have a grip on many, or most, people, and those beliefs can be resolved and changed by your free will and your intention.

Our Jyoti is showing us the character Scarlet O'Hara in "Gone with the Wind": "As God is my witness, I will never be hungry again!" Those moments of life-changing, gut-wrenching commitment and intention enable you to manifest what you really want. Until you have that level of commitment, you will go back-and-forth, as on a see-saw.

ER: Speaking of Higher Selves, in a way it's almost like they're wanting us to make our own decisions, because that's how they experience things through us. It's not like we come in with everything already pre-set. We may have some kind of thoughts about some of the things we want to accomplish in this lifetime, but there's quite a bit of freedom to attain that in different experimental ways. Do I understand that correctly?

MELORA:Yes! We have said that in your Soul Group, for example-and your Soul Hierarchy-as that expresses at "your end" of the hierarchy, in embodiment in third-dimension, you do have motifs as a group or as a hierarchy and issues that you want to explore when you come into embodiment in every lifetime. So, for example, the Pallas Athena motifs would be Freedom, civilized behavior, the arts, Truth, Courage . . . do you see? You will come into embodiment with these being impressed at the Soul level, but then once you get there, anything can happen. As a result of those impressed motifs that you have chosen to explore, you will attract certain experiences to you, but those experiences have not been selected ahead of time.

ER: In my soul group or hierarchy, what are some of the motifs that we're trying to embody or that kind of characterize our lineage.

MELORA: It is interesting that what we're being given as a motif for you is more what's holding you back. For example, you can say somebody is stubborn and judge that as "bad," but the flip side of that is that they're also very loyal. If you throw out stubborn, you throw out loyal. Answering your question has to do with something that is similar to that, regarding what's holding you back.

There is such a drive for integrity in the way you conduct yourself and appear to be to others whom you serve. We realize this is very convoluted, but we will give you some examples to try to explain. At the core of what we're trying to describe here is your requirement for dignity and to be treated with dignity. At the same time, you have a desire to "let your hair down" and not be up on a pedestal, because you have found how much pressure is involved in maintaining that-and that the dignity is not worth the loss of freedom and expansiveness that your Soul would really like to experience. And so at the core of the dignity motif would be integrity of being.

Now, where we are, we are not as hard on you as you are on yourself about what integrity means. In this world, what happens is that you have all this propaganda from the church and society-socially current delusions, and whatever. Whenever you fall for those structures, it goes against your being-ness. In a way, you have yourself shackled because of looking at the reflection back from things that are not really appropriate to tell you about whether you're in integrity or not.

ER: Yes. Could you give me another example?

MELORA: We will keep going, and of course everything about you is complex.

ER: [laughs] Thank you.

MELORA: We're trying to get there. Integrity of Spirit requires you to love yourself (not out of ego), and so if you're kind to all of these people but you're not kind to yourself, you come out of integrity with yourself. It's not okay to mistreat yourself any more than it would be okay to mistreat others.

Back to integrity, what we're receiving is that your concept of integrity places a burden of behavior upon you in certain situations-especially professional situations-that fills you with tension and that makes you feel constricted. Even though you need to feel the dignity, you need to feel the respect, and you need to feel that you're serving, it's kind of been backfiring for a long time. It's not really giving you what you need, and it's not really expressing who you are as a being in integrity. What we're receiving is that the more you pay attention to, and respond to, your being-ness regarding this motif, the more happy rewards you will get.

All of the impediments to your being-ness have to do with 3rd-dimensional concerns, and so trusting yourself, as a being, that you will be able to actualize your dreams is the sticking point here.

ER: Definitely. And then one last question for me about my guides: I have a duality here. I feel like I'm always in contact with them, but then I don't think I am at all. I think I work with them so much with my inner . . . that I think they're such a part of me that I don't even feel them anymore or acknowledge them anymore. I know that sounds totally crazy, and I can't put it into words.

MELORA:You know, our Jyoti has discussed this with us before, and we have said that your guides are always there, whether you're aware of them or not. This might apply to our Jyoti's question. We'll see. Your guides may not be the same guides that you used to have, and so you are perhaps feeling that they're not there because they're not the ones you're used to. There are so many stimuli around you, and so much information coming in that you're intuitively receiving, and so forth, that there's just kind of a lot of static, and you just need to "tune into that station"-the frequency of those guides-on purpose. And all you have to do is ask.

There's a main guide with male energy-an almost monk-like energy, but not in any oppressive sense. This guide is choosing this energy and form as a quasi-religious figure: someone you would call "Father" and that you would trust, but not the stereotypical Catholic monk. More like Francis of Asissi that you trust as a being and would call "Father." That's what the energy of this guide feels like. It really is someone you would go to, not as a father confessor but as someone to ask advice of and counsel from.

ER: I would like to address some of the questions that my friend, Jyoti, has in regards to this incredible sense, sometimes, of separateness--

MELORA: All the time . . .

ER: --or aloofness from her Higher Self . . . whether this is an intentional thing. If you could clarify that for us a little bit more.

MELORA: Yes. We would be happy to do so. We heard two things right off the bat. The first was how many times in our Jyoti's lifetime people have mistakenly considered her to be aloof and indifferent, when actually she is quite the contrary. We could call it an introversion that is energetic and not just an expression of our Jyoti as more introverted than extroverted. It is a whole different way of perceiving reality and reacting to reality when you're an introvert, versus when you're an extrovert. And yet this is the way she perceives her own Higher Self to be: indifferent and aloof.

The second thing is that our Jyoti's concept of her Higher Self and her attempts, if you will, to connect to her Higher Self, largely are intellectual-largely come from her mind, not her heart. These attempts also reflect a total lack of nurturing and parenting in her current lifetime. So her reality, for example, practically since birth, has been: "They don't care about me; they don't like me. " There's no parental connection that allows her to look at herself as having any sort of parental-type connection or to accept the possibility of that. (This is not the answer she was expecting.) And so, her Higher Self would respond if our Jyoti could approach her Higher Self from her heart, which is a very difficult thing for her to do. The belief that "they're just not there" is so deeply entrenched.

In a conversation with a so-called "psychic" reader on the phone about three months ago, our Jyoti became very frustrated when the woman said, "All you have to do is reach toward your Higher Self." And our Jyoti said: "I am tired of reaching toward my Higher Self. I want her to reach toward me!" And, as with the answer to your question about whether your guides are really there, we would say to our Jyoti that her Higher Self is very much there. She even asked once: "Is my Higher Self retarded or something?" Remember that one? [laughs] (Her Higher Self does not begrudge that comment.)

So, really, the victory for our Jyoti in this entire lifetime is to learn to open her heart and not be afraid just to "step off the cliff" and "go for broke."

ER: That's easier said than done.

MELORA: Of course.

ER: When you're in this incarnate body and you've been mutilated in the past, it's really hard to bring your heart out on a platter-the sense of trust is huge. How can Jyoti's Higher Self, and her guides, and the people like us who love her, support her on this journey. It's sure not an easy one, from where we see it.

MELORA: The truth is that our Jyoti is afraid that she'll just break apart. She's afraid that if she lets go to that extent, she'll be annihilated-and not even from outside herself. Kind of implode. It's something that she needs to deal with gradually but regularly, so that she can work through it. It is probably the pain-at the core-that she's afraid of and that she masks constantly. But she has made it much bigger than it really is in the sense of fearing going to that core-fearing the feeling of what's really under there that's she's tried so hard for so many years to heal . . . and that we're feeling so intensely with her now. It is something that she needs to do and that she keeps avoiding doing.

ER: Is there any technique that is available to us that--

MELORA: She's saying "amnesia." [laughs]

ER: "Amnesia." [laughs] Anything that might be helpful for her? To kind of approach this in a systematic, comfortable way?

MELORA: No. We're hearing that this feeling of disconnect from her Higher Self is a pivotal sign, or a pivotal emblem, of the problem itself. We're sensing that it would be easier for our Jyoti, sincerely and intensely, from her heart, to ask for that connection with her Higher Self and not say: "You owe this to me" and "Why aren't you reaching back toward me?" and some four-letter words. Like a temper tantrum of a child that is not getting what it wants. That is the unhealed child in her that is really mad and hurts.

ER: Could a form of Jyoti that is the adult intercede?

MELORA: She has tried this, but it hasn't worked so far.

ER: It doesn't have to be right now, but if you could clarify this--

MELORA: What we would like to attempt here is . . . we say "attempt" because, if you understand the strange situation of our speaking through Jyoti while we say we would like to connect her with her Higher Self . . . It's a kind of schizophrenic thing, but our Jyoti's become used to it over our years of working with someone else who is asking questions for her in her behalf. Give us a moment.

We are endeavoring to give our Jyoti a visual representation of her Higher Self-not just her usual impression of "a blank wall"-to give herself some kind of form, so that she can relate to her Higher Self. Up until this point, she has decided that she might as well not have a Higher Self, do you see. This disconnection is so extreme that it is as though she cannot even imagine she has a Higher Self.

We are giving her physical sensations as well-what you have when there's a real person there with you. [long pause while I experience my Higher Self] Okay. That's helping. [another long pause while I experience my Higher Self for the first time] All right. We did not want to interrupt her experience by commenting while it was going on.

The breakthrough here for our Jyoti, who always claims she's not very visual, is that she was given a very powerful visual representation of her Higher Self coming toward her . . . with beautiful light and a sense of movement, and with the gown and robes flowing back and away from "the form" of her Higher Self. And our Jyoti was seeing the light and feeling angelic kinds of energies. The important thing is that we are making this real for our Jyoti, because she used to feel nothingness when she would think of her Higher Self or try to contact her Higher Self.

This was an impressive entrance of her Higher Self as we helped our Jyoti feel her Higher Self's energy. It is definitely a female Higher Self, with beautiful golden blonde hair. No angel "wings" but a sense of power-great power-and yet a calm center, andshe was just flying toward our Jyoti. Flying through space and time to our Jyoti, and then enfolding her in her arms. And our Jyoti is saying: "That's enough-enough for right now." But we know this is a big breakthrough, and so we can start here and continue with this as time goes on.

Now that our Jyoti has this image, she can close her eyes and feel what it feels like and imagine it, which is often the way we have counseled clients in the past. This is a very positive, good first step, and we thank you for inquiring in our Jyoti's behalf.

ER: Any messages that her Higher Self wants to give Jyoti? Not extensive, but any words of wisdom?

MELORA: Well, our Jyoti wishes to keep this private, because the thing she abhors the most is crying in front of other people. And kindness melts her down. We thank you, but this is something she will need to be committed to: taking time to explore this and to feel all of the love that is really there for her but that she hasn't believed is there for her, in spite of her calling her Higher Self "retarded." In fact, as you can imagine, her Higher Self is quite the opposite.

ER: [laughs]

MELORA: Our Jyoti wouldn't be as smart as she is if her Higher Self were "retarded." We thank you for helping our Jyoti by asking these questions.

ER: It's because we love Jyoti.

MELORA: And did you have any other questions for yourself?

ER: Would it be appropriate to ask for help in meeting my Higher Self?

MELORA: Absolutely! Since you are so visual, this should be a lot easier for you than for our Jyoti, although she is more visual...

ER: --than she gives herself credit for.

MELORA: All right. If you would start breathing very deeply--as deeply as is comfortable. Don't force it. When you let your breath out, let it out totally, so that you can get rid of the carbon dioxide and other toxins as you breathe out. So breathe as deeply and comfortably as comfortable. What is the question of your heart that you want to convey to your Higher Self. If this is private, you can just tell us so, and then just think of it or sense it, and then we will help direct that to your Higher Self.

ER: I am sensing it.

MELORA: What we would like you to see to start out with is a beautiful female hand in the sky, and you will see the rest of the form later. But reach toward that beautiful hand. It's not a disembodied hand; it's attached to someone. [laughs] You will begin to see the shape and form of your Higher Self as you take the hand of your Higher Self and as it comes toward you in time and space in this beautiful sky. Are you seeing that? That the hand is attached to a beautiful form?

ER: Um hmm.

MELORA: The form now starts to become clearer. It's as though the form of your Higher Self is coming out of the clouds, and you are able to see more and more of this form. And please tell us if that is happening for you.

ER: Very much so.

MELORA: If you wish, describe the form of your Higher Self as you are experiencing her.

ER: She looks very Asian, actually, which surprises me.

MELORA: It shouldn't. What about your devotion to Quan Yin and what about your children?

ER: Yeah. That's true. Hello!

MELORA: Hello. All right. And now we would like you to feel all of your senses. Is there are scent? There's a floral scent, isn't there?

ER: Yeah. You know, it almost smells like linden. I love linden/freesia flower. It's kind of a linden and almost a honeysuckle smell. Kind of that sweetness, you know?

MELORA: And are there sounds associated with your Higher Self-a rustling of clothing?

ER: Yeah. Yeah. It's like she's dancing-not just dancing but just kind of this beautiful flowing motion. Almost like a martial arts form . . . like kung fu. Not in a fighting style-

MELORA: Right. As an art.

ER: Round motions, like circles.

MELORA: Like Tai Chi?

ER: A little quicker and faster than Tai Chi.

MELORA: What you're experiencing now is a description of how you realize your dreams: movement from here to there. And you see it does not have to be like martial arts. You don't have to be a warrior in order to go from here to there. Be an artist with what you already know and who you already are. She's smiling. [laughs] Very affectionate energy there.

ER: Very much so. I feel like a little kid, and she's just so smiley and accepting of who I am.

MELORA: It's almost as though she's performing for you, putting on a little show for you to entertain and uplift you, and to show you the artistry of your Soul. We keep hearing this phrase.

ER: Wow! This is really special. Thank you.

MELORA: It is the artistry that will take you there-not your brain, not your intellect, but the dance, the movement. And we're hearing that she requests that you bring your children and husband in and that you all dance with her. See what happens.

ER: [laughs] It's like a reunion. And she's gotten bigger.

MELORA: She would like you to join hands with your children and your husband in a circle. She's going to provide energy to support this dance. She wants you to feel the shift from having this feel kind of odd and then natural to having it be open, joyful and expansive. Please tell us if and when you get to that point.

ER: Almost there.

MELORA: Just enjoy it with all of your senses; just open your heart to it.

ER: There's a little resistance and fear from [her son].

MELORA: So have your Higher Self come over to him, embrace him or enfold him, and just feel that tension resolving. And have him look into her face and see beyond his being a boy in Boulder, Colorado, and see her with his Soul-and see his many lifetimes and feel the connection with the Asian spirit-the Asian, Zen understanding of the flow of life.

ER: Much better.

MELORA: Um hmm. Because he's Westernized, he will have forgotten temporarily that Asians do not look at "this is the beginning" and "this is the end." The angles go away and nature, and the flow of things and the movement of things, all continue . . . not so much the sense of past, present and future of the Western mind. Your movement as a being from "here" to "there" is just movement-not a beginning and not an end.
And now we are being asked to bring your mother into the middle of the circle that you're forming with your husband and your two children. We would like you to see her transformed, and you know this doesn't mean that suddenly she's going to become well in this lifetime.

ER: Exactly.

MELORA: But we would like you to see her take on a radiance as she becomes liberated from this lifetime that has been so difficult for her. See the radiance of her as a being, now, grow brighter and brighter. And tell us if this is happening for you.

ER: Um hmm.

MELORA: Just stay with that so that you can be assured that this is really what you're moving toward with her and what you are wishing to help facilitate for her: her liberation. And has she transformed in any way?

ER: Um hmm.

MELORA: Good. We would like you to look at yourself and see if the same thing has happened to you: see your radiance come up, not that you're going through transition, but see your radiance come up as you dance around your mother in a circle with your husband and your children. Then see the radiance of your children and your husband come up just like Christmas lights! This is very powerful, isn't it?

ER: Very much so. [sighs]

MELORA: We would like you to experience that your Higher Self gives all of you a blessing. [pause] What form, or forms, are the blessings taking? Is she bringing incense. Is she bestowing light, color?

ER: [pause] More like a globe around all of us, including my Mom.

MELORA: All right. And see this as protective and not constrictive, and so let the "globe" not be too solid. Have it be protective but not the kind of protection that would keep everything out. You want all these wonderful things to be coming in now to support. We're seeing the globe more as the support for your family as a group.

ER: It's [the globe] almost like that movie with Jodie Foster, with everything moving in all directions. It's cool.

MELORA: Very good, and it is about going "home." This was so in that movie as well. All right, and just so that we can gently "disconnect," have all of you say goodbye to your wonderful Higher Self. She is, of course, honoring all of you-those you love so much. Now see them go back to wherever they were before. Now you and your Higher Self are together. Get as close to your Higher Self as you feel comfortable. Let her hold you if that is comfortable. Just feel what it feels like to be nurtured by her and loved by her. We see you almost as a small child: five years old, looking up into her face.

ER: That's exactly it.

MELORA: Let yourself feel all that love . . . "and healing," she said. And healing.

ER: It's kind of cool: She's giving me back some of the fire I've lost.

MELORA: Mmm. Stay with that.

ER: [sighs]

MELORA: See if she has a message for you. It's more fun if you can find it out for yourself, but if you need our help we are, of course, here for you.

ER: Um, probably a little help...

MELORA: Don't give up so soon. [laughs] Stay with it.

ER: I see fireworks or something.

MELORA: What does that feel like?

ER: Joyous.

MELORA: Good. It's not something for your brain to interpret. It's like "Yippee!" A celebration, and fireworks are AWESOME! Sometimes loud, even-hard for a Libra.

ER: A double-Libra.

MELORA: Loud and boisterous joy . . . joy with abandon . . . and light . . . exploding.

ER: --which is pretty happy.

MELORA: Does that surprise you?

ER: No. I guess not, but I wasn't sure.

MELORA: There's a coyness-almost a flirtatiousness but, of course, higher beings don't really flirt. It has to do with how they express joy and how they express affection. And so she has this coy little smile, and we see the fan coming up to cover the face a little bit because she's smiling behind the fan. There's a playfulness. That's it. That's what it is, and definitely Asian.
The word "artistry" keeps coming, so what we will give you for your homework is to explore your own artistry. "How am I an artist?" "Why does that word keep coming up," and "Why is it that Melora said that artistry-not your mind--is what will help you realize your dreams."

ER: Does artistry include writing?

MELORA: Artistry includes everything that expresses you as a being. It's not about work; it's not about a profession. It's about your qualities as a being and your expressing them.

ER: Interesting.

MELORA: It's a totally different way of functioning in the world.

ER: Yeah, it really is.

MELORA: A lot more fun. [laughs]

ER: [laughs] Melora, you are incredible! Thank you: both you and Jyoti.

MELORA: It is our very, very great pleasure.

ER: This is one of the most transcendent experiences I've ever had.

Emotions and dealing with them Qu’o

Jim: The question this evening has to do with emotions. We recognize love and fear as being polar opposites and we’re wondering if all the other emotions, such as jealousy, anger, doubt, greed, gluttony and so forth are some sort of a mixture of fear with love and if there is positive use that we can make of these supposedly negative emotions. Is there some benefit we can get from working with these emotions? What spiritual principles can we use to look at the various emotions that we come across in our daily lives?

(Carla channeling)

We are those of the principle of Q’uo. Greetings in the love and in the light of the one infinite Creator, in whose service we come to you this evening. Thank you for calling us to your circle of seeking this evening. It is a privilege to be called and we are most happy to share our thoughts with you on the subject of emotions, love and fear.

As always, however, before we begin we would ask of each of you who hears or reads these words that you use your powers of discrimination and discernment in choosing which thoughts of ours you might wish to use as resources for your spiritual journey. We would ask that you follow the path of resonance. And if ideas do not resonate to you then please leave them behind without a second thought. We would not wish to be a stumbling block to you but only a resource. We thank you for this consideration.

You asked this evening concerning emotions. We find that among your people, emotions are often unappreciated and dishonored by those who would wish to live a spiritually oriented life. From our perspective, however, the emotions that you feel are gifts of enormous worth. Whereas the mind moves from thought to thought, generally governed by logic and the intellect, the heart moves from emotion to emotion, generally with no intellectual component whatsoever. For emotions are those gifts of the heart that stem from the very depths and roots of your consciousness.

Thusly, when you are attempting to think about emotions, you are attempting to think about that which has its reality in time/space, for [emotions] come from your consciousness rather than your intellect or mentality. Each person has a different and unique mentality and personality. However, as members of the tribe of humankind on your planet in third density, you share one consciousness. Your jealousy and another’s jealousy has the same energy. Your love and another’s love of a certain frequency has the same energy. It is emotions rather than thoughts which unite your people.

Now, in the roots of consciousness which this instrument calls the archetypal mind, the emotions can be mapped, much as the waterways of your continent can be mapped. There are rivers of emotions of various kinds, both those emotions you would call positive, such as joy, bliss and happiness, and emotions you would call negative, such as greed, gluttony and lust. Yet each emotion flows from its most distorted or extreme manifestation, through a succession of removals of distortion, until at last they all empty into the ocean that you would call the Logos or unconditional love or bliss.

This instrument has been attempting to define emotions along some sort of a yardstick or ruler attempting to measure emotions by the ratio of love to fear, this instrument having posited that love and fear are the fundamental opposites of emotion. [1] And we would suggest that while there is an element of truth in this thought, that it attempts to corral and compress the 360 degrees of emotions into a two-dimensional, straight line. This attempt in itself is a distortion of the model, shall we say, which we might suggest to be more useful for thinking about emotions.

In some ways, emotions can be perceived in terms of complementary colors. Those who wish to decorate their walls, for instance, will find a color wheel in which complementary colors are shown. And various contrasts are seen that are dynamic opposites. We find this wheel of color concept to be of use in talking about emotions.

However, it is not correct, in our humble opinion, to attempt to attach significance to the colors of emotions in that, for instance, it is said that someone is feeling “blue,” and there may well be a relationship betwixt that color or feeling which is blueness and that emotion. However, it is not valid to link “feeling blue” to the blue ray or the blue energy center, any more than a person who is “yellow” is operating from the yellow ray, or a person who is “green with envy” is operating from the heart chakra. In this sense there is no connection betwixt color and the emotions. They cannot be attached to any one chakra or ray. It is, however, a useful exercise when thinking about emotions to think of complementary colors and the track along which a certain kind of emotion might fall, so that one might begin to develop a wheel of emotions.

One way to look at emotions is to see where the love is in the emotion. For instance, if one considers the emotion of jealousy, the emotion of love is clearly seen, in that the object which has inspired one’s jealousy is greatly loved. Therefore, the jealousy has love at its heart, yet [it is] tinged by the fear of the loss of that love. [Therefore] the energy of the love becomes quite different from the original free and easy feeling of love.

We would suggest that there are complementary emotions, so that one may take radii out from the center of the wheel of emotions which is unconditional love, that love which this instrument would say is Christlike or which carries Christ Consciousness.

From that original love or that sea of bliss in the archetypal mind there spring forth the natural rays all around the 360 degrees of personhood.

Another way to evaluate emotions is to look at the faculty of will, desire or expectation. The clearest way to approach emotion, living day-to-day, would be to remain transparent and unattached to the outcome of one’s objects of desire or will or one’s expectations. However, it is precisely the inability of the individual within incarnation to remain unattached to outcomes which creates the bulk of distorted emotional reactions. Thusly, if one loved another purely and without attachment of any kind, and that object of love chose to move into relationship with another self beside the self, in the unattached entity this would be only a source of joy, knowing that the other self that is so beloved was doing something that he or she enjoyed. However, it is seldom that entities are unattached in this way.

If one looks at the meat of the spiritual life, it is clear that it is a blessing that the entity within incarnation is attached to outcomes and has distortions and expectations and desires, because these elements create the potential for feeling emotions and engaging consciousness in new and different ways.

Another element which is important to consider when looking at emotions is that faculty which you call judgment. The seeker who feels surface emotions tends to be non-judgmental if the emotions seem positive but quite judgmental if one’s own emotions seem to be from the shadow side of the self and express the darkness within. Now, if one were looking at a color wheel one would not judge the dark colors as inferior to the lighter colors but would see that all the range of colors would be needed to create all pleasing harmony within one’s color scheme. One would not shun the use of the notes of brown and gray and black and navy blue, for instance, as opposed to the pastels and the lighter colors in their earth tones such as the light tan, the light gray, and so forth. All of these colors equally are valued in building an environment which is pleasing to you personally.

As the spiritual seeker becomes more mature, each experience is another opportunity to work with a surface emotion and to refine or purify that emotion by offering it up as a spontaneous and pure feeling, without judgment, without asking the self to be one who feels only the positive emotions. Each emotion starts out, in the immature entity, as that which is confused and chaotic and has a high degree of static or noise as opposed to signal. Consequently, as a spiritual seeker, each time an emotion arises you are working to feel it without shrinking from it or reaching towards it, the goal being not to do anything with the emotion except to allow it to sink into the consciousness of the present moment.

As you give respect and honor to surface emotions you allow them the spaciousness to begin to filter down past the first levels of impulsivity and self-judgment. And as you allow yourself the space and the time for this emotion to tell its story to you, you are sinking into the roots of your own consciousness and beginning to be able to feel each emotion as a more distinct, pure and clarified color, shall we say.

It is possible, indeed probable, that some sort of ongoing contemplation of the archetypal mind may help the seeker to evaluate and think about the experiences of emotion that he has. Within the glyph of the Tree of Life, for instance, there are various emotions that are linked to the middle pillar, the feminine pillar, and the masculine pillar. It might be interesting to contemplate where the emotions that you experience day-by-day might fit on that Tree of Life glyph. [2]

Similarly, if one has a bent towards astrology, the ins and outs of the various signs and houses are to some a real aid and resource when working with understanding one’s emotions.

Lastly, as this particular group has done in the past, there is the possibility of gazing at the world of emotion and the nature of consciousness by working with the twenty-two images of the tarot. [3] As one looks at each concept complex, one may begin to see relationships betwixt various emotions.

This is subtle work, my friends, and the nature of consciousness is that of paradox, mystery and infinity, so that you do not have the comfort which the intellect might offer of finding neat and tidy explanations or orders to emotions within one’s life or within the creation of the infinite One. Rather, emotion, like the rivers and lakes of your planet, is an ever flowing, ever changing, ever evolving water system, shall we say, or circulation system of the consciousness of the one Creator.

You ask what spiritual principles can be used to think about emotion and we would offer you the principle of unity. You are all one. You do share an instinctual, fundamental and authentic awareness of the stuff of emotion. This is something that is trustworthy—that you have emotions in common with each other. There is no emotion that you can feel that others have not felt before you and will not feel after you.

In a way, emotions have more coherence than the workings of the intellect which would seem to be so much more coherent because of the nature of logic. However, logic can be spun to create sophistic rationales for anything desired, whereas emotions are stubbornly what they are. One may attempt to tamper with an emotion to make it different than it is, yet it is not in tampering [with emotions], or attempting to adjust emotions that you do not prefer, that create a skillful approach to emotion. Rather, it is to the one who trusts each and every emotion enough to give it space and time in which to articulate itself within your awareness that emotions shall begin to offer you the reward of that feeling of oneself that goes beyond the linear.

You are infinite beings. And yet on the surface of the mind there is a far more pale and watery feeling to the emotions of the day than you are able to experience when you stick with gazing at each and every emotion with respect and the lack of judgment.

The one known as L was saying earlier that there were those she met in the course of doing her job and her service to others who called up from within her feelings of really bright anger. What was she to do with this sudden and impulsive anger? Was she to attempt to squash it or to repress it? Was she to give it so much honor that she expressed that anger in ways that were not of service to others? How was she to handle feeling this sudden, impulsive anger? This occurs time and time again in the course of each and every day for each and every spiritual seeker.

And it would seem that there is no useful function for the negative emotions, whereas the positive emotions such as joy, admiration and love of a romantic or friendly nature are feel-good emotions that are hardly ever evaluated or judged. Nevertheless, it is very helpful when working with positive emotions to pay attention to them also. For just like the negative emotions, the surface of a positive emotion is only the beginning of its intensity, its clarity and its vitality, and it is to the spiritual seeker who focuses on such surface emotions such as joy and allows them to expand and, as we said before, to tell their story around the campfire of the self as it experiences itself that the gift of positive emotions shall come.

Likewise, when experiencing the seemingly negative or shadow emotions it is quite useful to behold and allow the awareness of these surface emotions to remain, not pushing them away because they are uncomfortable to behold, not saying, “Well, this can’t be me, I would never be so negative,” but rather gazing at this dark color of emotion and asking it to clarify, to refine itself, to become more pure.

The one known as L asked, “Well, what use are negative emotions? Can I use them?” We would suggest that the value of even the darkest seeming emotion is equal to the value of the most seemingly positive emotion in that it is a valid and honored part of all that there is. You are everything, every emotion. And each emotion has its place in creating of you within incarnation a less and less unbalanced and distorted expression, if you will, of the one Creator, for each of you is an expression of the one Creator.

As we have said through this instrument many times, it is the darker emotions, such as anger, that when allowed to become refined and purified create the grit, the muscle, the determination, the energy of enduring and persevering and winning through to the goals of your incarnation. If you do not have that driving energy that is expressed in anger within you in a more purified and refined state, you do not have the energy to be patient with the self as it is refined in the athanor or the furnace of experience.

This instrument was working with a quote from the Holy Bible earlier today that said that the one known as Jesus the Christ did not come into the world to judge the world, but that the world through him might be saved. [4] We would suggest that you be as merciful with yourself when working with negative emotions as would the one known as Jesus be. He was not interested in working with those who were free of error; he was interested in working with those who were distorted, who were hurting, who were suffering, who were in the darkness of confusion. Let that climate of complete non-judgment be your working attitude as you allow each emotion its proper place in your consciousness, and as you ask of yourself that you provide a continuing environment within yourself in which honored and respected emotions may gradually be purified and refined.

Your goal, then, is not to balance emotions until here is no emotion, but to experience each emotion in ways which allow those emotions to go from being muddy and confused to a place where each emotion is a jewel-tone. Gems come in all colors from black to white and everything in between. And the beauty of each is unique to that particular gem. Your emotions are gemlike. And when you have been able to allow the murk and the mud and the impulsivity gradually to evaporate from the heart and essence of each emotion, you are as one who has dug in the ore to mine those gems of self which you have in common with all those of your fellow humans. And as those energies within you are purified, there is less and less distortion [and] more and more balance, and less and less of that component of fear which we began by discussing. For it is indeed a valid observation that the one great original Thought is the emotion that is at the heart of every emotion, positive or negative. This is a trustworthy statement as far as we know. Every shade of emotion has its root in love, love unconditional, love un-judging, utter and absolute love. The oftener that you are able, at the end of working with emotions, to come back to love and to allow that love to overflow all other considerations, the stronger you shall be in being able to do this work of allowing the self to bloom.

Each of you is like a flower. And certainly if one looks at each entity’s energy body, each chakra is like a flower of a certain shape and of a certain potential for becoming more brilliant, more many-petaled and fuller of bloom. So think of working with your emotions as if you were working with the energies of dancing or music or poetry.

Allow boundaries to collapse, so that you begin to feel the connections between positive and negative emotions. As you become more fearless and flexible in working with balancing each emotion, you are allowing those chakras of your energy body to become more brilliant, more fully petaled, more articulated and more powerful.

We would conclude this observation of emotions with the concept of power. In an entity who is not attempting to seek spiritually or to find out by some way who he is and why he is here, the emotions shall generally remain fairly muddy and un-clarified, for there is really no incentive for one who does not realize the gifts that emotions represent to do the work necessary to begin to refine and purify these authentic and infinitely meaningful feelings that are the rays of your essential beingness as a creature of love.

We have mentioned the balancing exercise many times through this instrument, and we would refer to it once again briefly for it is a very useful way to work with emotions.

The nature of all that is not the one original Thought is to be distorted. Distortion is not a bad word. Distortion is not an insulting word. There is distortion in all manifestation, even the highest and best you can imagine. If there were no distortion, there would be no creation, for the creation itself, in its manifested aspect, is a series of nested distortions. Thusly, one is not attempting to remove distortion completely, but rather to allow it to become more coherent; to change stuttering and muddy colors to laser lights and jewels.

The work of the balance exercise is simply to find each trigger which moved you this day from a certain default balance to an unbalanced or distorted reaction, whether it was for positive or negative, so-called.

Looking at those things within the self, looking at the process by which one was pulled off center, tells you about yourself. And as you allow those feelings to be viewed again and even to be intensified and then, as you allow the seemingly opposite emotion to come, as a complementary color would be seen across the color wheel, you lessen distortion within yourself by encouraging the equal respect given to both the seemingly negative and the seemingly positive.

As we said before, this is subtle work, but it is the work that you are here to do in terms of learning about yourself, learning who you are; in beginning to feel an authenticity of being that is more and more profound, so that you are a sturdier warrior of the light than you were before. Every emotion has its place. The surface of emotions is only the beginning of them.

We wish you the very best of journeys of exploration as you work with these emotions to learn of each and every essence that makes you who you are. You will find that all emotions, once they have been purified, work in harmony to create of you a human being. The nature of the human is to be ethically oriented and to desire to serve, to love and to know. Trust your emotions to help you learn these things. And as you relate to others, trust the emotions in them that resonate with your own in terms of dealing with each entity at the soul level.
