Some would call them afflictions, but that is just their limited self speaking. Nope, Chemistry class today, actually Chemistry 101: States of Life. And to jive things up, I'll even throw in some classy free music to go with it, totally off charge!
From our days in highschool, we all remember the states of matter:
These are straight from Wikipedia, which mentions a host of other more specialized states, but let's keep it simple for now. We will just restrict ourselves to Gaseous, Liquid and Solid, with a brief outing into plasma. My main theory is this, that states of matter are not restricted to chemistry alone, and that we could very well recognize States of Life, or States of Manifestation. Looking at the above diagram, and Knowing what I Know Now, I claim that:
How's that for starters? Perhaps that is why the most spoken language across the world refers to both the science of Chemistry and the Attraction between people as Chemistry? Was it this realization that made Iggy Pop explode into creativity with his hit called Lust for Life?
Lust is (like a solid) usually a case of fixed relationships, even though actual reactions may still create alternate connections. Point is, people hardly ever make life changes because of just lust. Because the moment they do, their heart start melting, and Lust turns into Love! Conversely, when Love turns sour but the need for relationships pulls again, we tend to freeze right out of Love, back into Lust.
Now Love can be hot, but only upto a certain point. After that, it becomes so volatile that relationships no longer work. Yes, you got it right. You may have thought of swingers as a lesser breed, but actually they have transcended the need for more or less stable relationships. That does not mean their Love is any weaker than yours!

As we go up in the world of states, freedom for the individual particles becomes ever greater. One may fall back from Knowing or Love to Lust, but the attraction remains. How many of us wished they had what it takes to be a free agent, interacting in this field as if nothing could hurt them? Now I'm not talking conspiracy here, because no man or group of men has been intentionally plotting to keep us from ascending. Basically, it is just essential Set Theory: us all being 'limited' subsets of anything, it stands to reason we are unique and hence not the same. Thus the common part of us is BY DEFINITION smaller than most of us individually. And interactions tend to keep us fixed. Solids need no container to contain themselves, but liquids do, just like gases. The same goes for Lusters, Lovers and Knowers.
For the third state, the gaseous one, I've chosen Donna Summer's the State of Independence. Just turn her on (if you dare) while I wrap up this little number....
And then there's the fourth state, the Plasma state. Call it Oneness, Spirituality, or anything you like. This is the state where Chemistry becomes moot, because as you remember that is where the molecules split into their atoms, thus becoming available again for the dance of manifestation, back into Chemistry, just for the Rush of it! And that is the final musical finale of today: I knew it was going to be a Rush song, but never in a million years figured it would be a song called Subdivisions, which I'd never even heard.....
One last thing: you may have noticed that there are no state transitions from either solid or liquid straight to plasma. In hindsight, that make perfect sense: since free will is the prime directive in this cosmos, you having expressed relationships as your wishes will not be wrenched free from them. Only when you consciously decide that your love is unconditional, and thus given while expecting nothing whatsoever in return, will you become hot enough to reach the gaseous, and through it, the plasma state. Now don't you run off to get a divorce, because that is not the way to go. That is not unconditional Love, but withdrawal of Love, and that will get you nowhere fast! Just keep sending the love, and pretty soon you'll notice you won't fall in love any more unless it is with the All. But just like two gas molecules may choose to travel in the same direction for a while or longer, their relationship is openended. Love sets free, does not try to bind or contain.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Fault is too. You don't like to believe this because there is validity in the fault you see. Of course, there is, yet you are the one who has seen it and thought about it.

If you want to improve life in the world as it is, then, without question, find that which you like. This has been said so often, and is such a simple thought that you may pass right by it.
The most valuable thing you can do today is to find something you like about something.
When you are in a good mood, this is easy to do. When you are not in a good mood, this is harder to do.
But look around you, beloveds. A bird sings every day. A bird never says: "I don't feel like singing today." A bird sings because that is what birds do.
A human being has a choice, to find joy or to find fault.
The question posed to you isn't: "What do you feel like doing today, or what do you feel like saying today?"
It is the same as when you go to work. Mostly you are not in the position of asking: "What do I want to do today?" Most likely you have to ask: "What needs to be done today? What is important that I do today?" You may not feel like adding up numbers, but that may be what has to be done.
In your life, what is optimum for you to do today? Every single day of your life, regardless of the weather, regardless of where you are, it is for you to note something you like. Even if the weather is cold and blustery.
When there is someone you see fault in, then look for something in the person that you don't see fault in. There may be ten things you don't like about the person, but will you, as a favor to me, find one thing you could like? If he is a nit-picker, perhaps like you, he may not care about what you care about, but he cares about something.
And now we come to you, beloved. If you are a nit-picker with yourself, find something about yourself that you like. Turn yourself from a nit-picker into a good-natured person easy to please yourself. Perhaps the best thing you can be today is a person who is amicable.
Perhaps you can find as many good reasons to be pleased as you used to find to be displeased.
What if a person you are dealing with now rubs you so much the wrong way that you can't, try as you may, draw a clear breath in his presence. There is not one single thing you can think of that pleases you. I will tell you what to do then. This one simple advice may change your whole life. Here is what I suggest when you are stymied and someone simply cannot please you. Here's what you do:
Think of something you can do to please the person. Can you get him a cup of coffee? Give him a stick of gum? Ask him to tell you what you can do for him? Ask him about his daughter or his dog? What would be the cost to you, beloved? What might be the reward to the person?
No matter how trying a situation with someone may be for you, you have the power within you to ease it. If you cannot ease it for yourself, then see what you can do to ease it for the other person.
Isn't it strange that I would have to ask this of you when all are your brothers and sisters, and you, theirs?

The Andromeda Galaxy, also known as Messier 31, M31, or NGC 224; often referred to as the Great Andromeda Nebula in older texts, is a spiral galaxy approximately 2,500,000 light-years away in the constellation Andromeda.
It is the nearest spiral galaxy to our own, the Milky Way. As it is visible as a faint smudge on a moonless night, it is one of the farthest objects visible to the naked eye, and can be seen even from urban areas with binoculars. It is named after the princess Andromeda in Greek mythology.
Andromeda is the largest galaxy of the Local Group, which consists of the Andromeda Galaxy, the Milky Way Galaxy, the Triangulum Galaxy, and about 30 other smaller galaxies. Although the largest, Andromeda may not be the most massive, as recent findings suggest that the Milky Way contains more dark matter and may be the most massive in the grouping.
The 2006 observations by the Spitzer Space Telescope revealed that M31 contains one trillion (1012) stars, several times more than the number of stars in our own galaxy, which is estimated to be c. 200-400 billion.
While the 2006 estimates put the mass of the Milky Way to be ~80% of the mass of Andromeda, which is estimated to be 7.1 X 1011 solar masses, a 2009 study concluded that Andromeda and the Milky Way are about equal in mass.
At an apparent magnitude of 3.4, the Andromeda Galaxy is notable for being one of the brightest Messier objects, making it easily visible to the naked eye even when viewed from areas with moderate light pollution. Although it appears more than six times as wide as the full moon when photographed through a larger telescope, only the brighter central region is visible with the naked eye.
Observation History
The earliest recorded observation of the Andromeda Galaxy was in 964 CE by the Persian astronomer, Abd al-Rahman al-Sufi (Azophi), who described it as a "small cloud" in his Book of Fixed Stars. Other star charts of that period have it labeled as the Little Cloud.
The first description of the object based on telescopic observation was given by Simon Marius in 1612.
Charles Messier catalogued it as object M31 in 1764 and incorrectly credited Marius as the discoverer, unaware of Al Sufi's earlier work.
In 1785, the astronomer William Herschel noted a faint reddish hue in the core region of the M31. He believed it to be the nearest of all the "great nebulae" and, based on the color and magnitude of the nebula, he incorrectly guessed that it was no more than 2,000 times the distance of Sirius.
William Huggins in 1864 observed the spectrum of M31 and noted that it differed from a gaseous nebula. The spectra of M31 displayed a continuum of frequencies, superimposed with dark absorption lines that help identify the chemical composition of an object. The Andromeda nebula was very similar to the spectra of individual stars, and from this it was deduced that M31 had a stellar nature.
In 1885, a supernova (known as "S Andromedae") was seen in M31, the first and so far only one observed in that galaxy. At the time M31 was considered to be a nearby object, so the cause was thought to be a much less luminous and unrelated event called a nova, and was named accordingly "Nova 1885".
The first photographs of M31 were taken in 1887 by Isaac Roberts from his private observatory in Sussex, England. The long-duration exposure allowed the spiral structure of the galaxy to be seen for the first time. However, at the time this object was commonly believed to be a nebula within our galaxy, and Roberts mistakenly believed that M31 and similar spiral nebulae were actually solar systems being formed, with the satellites nascent planets.
The radial velocity of this object with respect to our solar system was measured in 1912 by Vesto Slipher at the Lowell Observatory, using spectroscopy. The result was the largest velocity recorded at that time, at 300 kilometres per second (190 mi/s), moving in the direction of the Sun.
Island Universe
In 1917, Heber Curtis observed a nova within M31. Searching the photographic record, 11 more novae were discovered. Curtis noticed that these novae were, on average, 10 magnitudes fainter than those that occurred within our Galaxy. As a result he was able to come up with a distance estimate of 500,000 light-years (3.2X1010 AU). He became a proponent of the so-called "island universes" hypothesis, which held that spiral nebulae were actually independent galaxies.
In 1920 the Great Debate between Harlow Shapley and Heber Curtis took place, concerning the nature of the Milky Way, spiral nebulae, and the dimensions of the universe. To support his claim that Great Andromeda Nebula (M31) was an external galaxy, Curtis also noted the appearance of dark lanes resembling the dust clouds in our own Galaxy, as well as the significant Doppler shift.
In 1922 Ernst Opik presented a very elegant and simple astrophysical method to estimate the distance of M31, his result (450 kpc (1,500 kly)) put Andromeda Nebula far outside our Galaxy.
Edwin Hubble settled the debate in 1925 when he identified extragalactic Cepheid variable stars for the first time on astronomical photos of M31. These were made using the 2.5 metres (98 in) Hooker telescope, and they enabled the distance of Great Andromeda Nebula to be determined. His measurement demonstrated conclusively that this feature was not a cluster of stars and gas within our Galaxy, but an entirely separate galaxy located a significant distance from our own.
Andromeda plays an important role in galactic studies, since it is the nearest spiral galaxy (although not the nearest galaxy).
In 1943, Walter Baade was the first person to resolve stars in the central region of the Andromeda Galaxy. Based on his observations of this galaxy, he was able to discern two distinct populations of stars based on their metallicity, naming the young, high velocity stars in the disk Type I and the older, red stars in the bulge Type II. This nomenclature was subsequently adopted for stars within the Milky Way, and elsewhere. (The existence of two distinct populations had been noted earlier by Jan Oort.) Dr. Baade also discovered that there were two types of Cepheid variables, which resulted in a doubling of the distance estimate to M31, as well as the remainder of the Universe.
Radio emission from the Andromeda Galaxy was first detected by Grote Reber in 1940. The first radio maps of the galaxy were made in the 1950s by John Baldwin and collaborators at the Cambridge Radio Astronomy Group. The core of the Andromeda Galaxy is called 2C 56 in the 2C radio astronomy catalogue.
In 2009, the first planet may have been discovered in the Andromeda Galaxy. This candidate was detected using a technique called microlensing, which is caused by the deflection of light by a massive object.
Structure
Based on its appearance in visible light, the Andromeda galaxy is classified as an SA(s)b galaxy in the de Vaucouleurs-Sandage extended classification system of spiral galaxies. However, data from the 2MASS survey showed that the bulge of M31 has a box-like appearance, which implies that the galaxy is actually a barred galaxy with the bar viewed almost directly along its long axis.
In 2005, astronomers used the Keck telescopes to show that the tenuous sprinkle of stars extending outward from the galaxy is actually part of the main disk itself. This means that the spiral disk of stars in Andromeda is three times larger in diameter than previously estimated. This constitutes evidence that there is a vast, extended stellar disk that makes the galaxy more than 220,000 light-years (67,000 pc) in diameter. Previously, estimates of Andromeda's size ranged from 70,000 to 120,000 light-years (21,000 to 37,000 pc) across.
The galaxy is inclined an estimated 77° relative to the Earth (where an angle of 90° would be viewed directly from the side). Analysis of the cross-sectional shape of the galaxy appears to demonstrate a pronounced, S-shaped warp, rather than just a flat disk. A possible cause of such a warp could be gravitational interaction with the satellite galaxies near M31. The galaxy M33 could be responsible for some warp in M31's arms, though more precise distances and radial velocities are required.
Spectroscopic studies have provided detailed measurements of the rotational velocity of M31 at various radii from the core. In the vicinity of the core, the rotational velocity climbs to a peak of 225 kilometres per second (140 mi/s) at a radius of 1,300 light-years (82,000,000 AU) light-years, then descends to a minimum at 7,000 light-years (440,000,000 AU) where the rotation velocity may be as low as 50 kilometres per second (31 mi/s).
Thereafter the velocity steadily climbs again out to a radius of 33,000 light-years (2.1x109 AU), where it reaches a peak of 250 kilometres per second (160 mi/s). The velocities slowly decline beyond that distance, dropping to around 200 kilometres per second (120 mi/s) at 80,000 light-years (5.1x109 AU). These velocity measurements imply a concentrated mass of about 6 x 109 M in the nucleus. The total mass of the galaxy increases linearly out to 45,000 light-years (2.8 x109 AU), then more slowly beyond that radius.
The spiral arms of Andromeda are outlined by a series of H II regions that Baade described as resembling "beads on a string". They appear to be tightly wound, although they are more widely spaced than in our galaxy.
Rectified images of the galaxy show a fairly normal spiral galaxy with the arms wound up in a clockwise direction. There are two continuous trailing arms that are separated from each other by a minimum of about 13,000 light-years (8.2E+8 AU). These can be followed outward from a distance of roughly 1,600 light-years (100,000,000 AU) from the core. The most likely cause of the spiral pattern is thought to be interaction with M32. This can be seen by the displacement of the neutral hydrogen clouds from the stars.
In 1998, images from the European Space Agency's Infrared Space Observatory demonstrated that the overall form of the Andromeda galaxy may be transitioning into a ring galaxy. The gas and dust within Andromeda is generally formed into several overlapping rings, with a particularly prominent ring formed at a radius of 32,000 light-years (2.0x109 AU) from the core. This ring is hidden from visible light images of the galaxy because it is composed primarily of cold dust.
Close examination of the inner region of Andromeda showed a smaller dust ring that is believed to have been caused by the interaction with M32 more than 200 million years ago. Simulations show that the smaller galaxy passed through the disk of Andromeda along the latter's polar axis. This collision stripped more than half the mass from the smaller M32 and created the ring structures in Andromeda.
Studies of the extended halo of M31 show that it is roughly comparable to that of the Milky Way, with stars in the halo being generally "metal-poor", and increasingly so with greater distance. This evidence indicates that the two galaxies have followed similar evolutionary paths. They are likely to have accreted and assimilated about 1-200 low-mass galaxies during the past 12 billion years. The stars in the extended halos of M31 and the Milky Way may extend nearly one third the distance separating the two galaxies.
Nucleus
M31 is known to harbor a dense and compact star cluster at its very center. In a large telescope it creates a visual impression of a star embedded in the more diffuse surrounding bulge. The luminosity of the nucleus is in excess of the most luminous globular clusters.
In 1991 Tod R. Lauer used WFPC, then on board the Hubble Space Telescope, to image Andromeda's inner nucleus. The nucleus consists of two concentrations separated by 1.5 parsecs (4.9 ly). The brighter concentration, designated as P1, is offset from the center of the galaxy. The dimmer concentration, P2, falls at the true center of the galaxy and contains a 3-5x107 M black hole.
Scott Tremaine has proposed that the observed double nucleus could be explained if P1 is the projection of a disk of stars in an eccentric orbit around the central black hole. The eccentricity is such that stars linger at the orbital apocenter, creating a concentration of stars. P2 also contains a compact disk of hot, spectral class A stars. The A stars are not evident in redder filters, but in blue and ultraviolet light they dominate the nucleus, causing P2 to appear more prominent than P1.
While at the initial time of its discovery it was hypothesized that the brighter portion of the double nucleus was the remnant of a small galaxy "cannibalized" by Andromeda, this is no longer considered to be a viable explanation. The primary reason is that such a nucleus would have an exceedingly short lifetime due to tidal disruption by the central black hole. While this could be partially resolved if P1 had its own black hole to stabilize it, the distribution of stars in P1 does not suggest that there is a black hole at its center.

Multiple X-ray sources have been detected in the Andromeda Galaxy, using observations from the ESA's XMM-Newton orbiting observatory. Robin Barnard et al. hypothesized that these are candidate black holes or neutron stars, which are heating incoming gas to millions of kelvins and emitting X-rays. The spectrum of the neutron stars is the same as the hypothesized black holes, but can be distinguished by their masses.
There are approximately 460 globular clusters associated with the Andromeda galaxy. The most massive of these clusters, identified as Mayall II, nicknamed Globular One, has a greater luminosity than any other known globular cluster in the local group of galaxies.
It contains several million stars, and is about twice as luminous as Omega Centauri, the brightest known globular cluster in the Milky Way. Globular One (or G1) has several stellar populations and a structure too massive for an ordinary globular. As a result, some consider G1 to be the remnant core of a dwarf galaxy that was consumed by M31 in the distant past. The globular with the greatest apparent brightness is G76 which is located in the south-west arm's eastern half.
In 2005, astronomers discovered a completely new type of star cluster in M31. The new-found clusters contain hundreds of thousands of stars, a similar number of stars that can be found in globular clusters. What distinguishes them from the globular clusters is that they are much larger several hundred light-years across and hundreds of times less dense. The distances between the stars are, therefore, much greater within the newly discovered extended clusters.
Future Collision of the Milky Way with Andromeda
The Andromeda Galaxy is approaching the Sun at about 100 to 140 kilometres per second (62 to 87 mi/s),[56] so it is one of the few blue shifted galaxies. The Andromeda Galaxy and the Milky Way are thus expected to collide in perhaps 2.5 billion years, although the details are uncertain since Andromeda's tangential velocity with respect to the Milky Way is only known to within about a factor of two.
A likely outcome of the collision is that the galaxies will merge to form a giant elliptical galaxy. Such events are frequent among the galaxies in galaxy groups. The fate of the Earth and the Solar System in the event of a collision are presently unknown. If the galaxies do not merge, there is a small chance that the Solar System could be ejected from the Milky Way or join Andromeda.

Dear ones, this day is special in many ways of which you are unaware. You are now at a point where you can pretend to be something other than what you are. That allows you to see contrast in ways you have not before. We wish to tell you a story that may help you put into perspective some of the things you are experiencing as this evolution of humanity continues. We understand that you are at the leading edge of the vibrational change. Many of you feel much of the heat that results from this shift, for you are the ones who are the precursors to the light. Yes, you are the ones who dare to go ahead and hold the door open for the others. So, let us speak of the overview of spirit in this perspective.
The Actualization of Energy
There came a point in creation of All That Is where energy was actualized. It was actualized for the first time in a timeline. The moment that matter became energized, you had something in your realm happen that is called the Big Bang. Although you know very little about what really happened, it was basically a series of chain reactions that started very small. With the Big Bang began the illusion of a timeline that you were able to work with. Let us share with you the illustration of an explosion, because that is how you all perceived it.
Although you have witnessed the result of the explosion, you have no evidence of the actual explosion. In the explosion, everything scattered from that center point forward, moving outward. However, as the energy moved it forcefully collided with matter so that energy was forced into every crevice and part of the matter. In effect, the matter became energized.
Because of the extreme force with which this occurred, both became somewhat contorted. The energized matter twisted and started to transform, as if it had been stretched to a new dimension. Because the energy was stretched in this way, much that exists at Home and on Earth are different; things that work here do not necessarily work there. Home has a pure expression. Planet Earth is the perfect imperfection of god, so it was necessary to have your reflection be imperfect in every way.
Well, that put a twist on everything when the little gods began to feel separate, or different. It was almost as if god had exploded. When the energy was forced into matter, both changed forms and consequently the illusion of time was created. The resulting explosion reached so far out into the universe that little pieces of god began to form, creating an illusion of being finite. The pieces of god began to play on a timeline. That has stretched and changed things to such an extent that now it looks like the little gods are wearing eyeglasses in order to play their game. Everything they see has to be translated through these glasses. Even if they see the perfection of Home they cannot relate to it, nor can they fully understand it because they are in another dimension. Part of becoming used to this became one of the biggest challenges to the little gods. The gods also had to wear the glasses to make them forget who they were. They also had to forget the connection they felt with others around them; they forgot that the others were little gods as well. So, their biggest challenge was that every thought they had manifested. Every single time they would hold a thought in their mind, it would happen. That became quite problematic, because it allowed no leeway of thought since every thought had a responsibility connected to it. That is why they placed a time lag on their creations, so the little gods could play the game of pretending to be human.
The Eleven-Sided Coin
Now we would like to explain something that will become clear to most of you in the very near future. You are multidimensional. Each little god would be like an eleven-sided coin (hendecagon). You call them Loonies in Canada and have different names for them elsewhere. There are four or five coins on Earth that have eleven sides. Although there are different sides on each coin, it is still the same coin. If you move in one direction, this facet comes up. If you move in another direction, another aspect shows up. We use this to show you another way to view the eleven dimensions of self; each one of you has eleven different facets. The eyeglasses that the gods are wearing are keeping them from seeing the other facets of themselves, or even the evidence of their own facets. So, that keeps you separated into different dimensions where you cannot always see your reaction or connection to others. This provided the little gods an opportunity to have eleven experiences on planet Earth at the same time with the same soul, with the same coin.
Because the little gods were in the illusion of a timeline, they were able to see their footprints as they traveled through time. That had never happened before, because the little gods had always lived in circular time. Suddenly they were in linear time, which allowed them to see themselves in a new way. The little gods began their journeys and they began watching their creations. They started to doubt themselves, because they could not see that they were creating every thought. They began thinking that it was not possible to see without the glasses, believing that they were not even creators. Instead, they thought that circumstances actually ruled their lives. Because they held that thought, they created the reality that made that true. We did not even think of that. Ah, you humans are so creative.
Let us explain a few other things that might help you understand.
Although we are speaking about the beginning of humanity, you are now on
the opposite end of that spectrum. You are pushing the boundaries of
what would have been the end of humanity and in the process changing
everything. At the very last moments of the game, the little gods began
to take off their glasses and re-member their power. It has been
difficult for the little gods to understand their own magic, after
spending so much energy hiding it from themselves.
You learned how to walk in the timeline. However, the original force
that exploded and in doing so pushed all of that energy into areas of
the universe where it had never existed before, is no longer pushing.
The Out Breath of God Has Begun.
That force which created everything you see in front of you is no longer pushing in the same way it was. Even though it is moving in the same direction, it is now retreating. The universe is no longer expanding; it has crossed the boundary point at which it is actually beginning to shrink. The “out breath” of god has begun.* So, what does that mean for the little gods who no longer feel that push to be separate? Well, that is rather interesting. In the illusion of living in the timeline, you learn to see everything as either up/down, right/wrong, good/bad, or black/white. You see contrasts rather than similarities. Every time that you learned something, it would be because you had pushed one of those boundaries. You learned to push in this direction and in that direction, which is really how humanity expanded and became what it is today. Now that energy is no longer forcing and pushing from the Big Bang, things are starting to change. You are having difficulty with much of the change.
Outer Edges of Truth
You see many examples of extreme polarity on your planet right now. When we say extreme, we mean that one person is going to push the boundaries all the way in one direction and call that outside edge their truth. Another person is going to push all the way to the other side, and call the outer edge their truth. We do not care which outer edges you think are right or wrong, for none of that makes any difference. These are only the outer edges; that is all you have called your truth up to this point in your history. You are now about to spend more time in this area than you ever have before, because that energetic force pushing you out into the universe is no longer there. As a result, you are now free-floating with that eleven-sided coin. You are capable of moving around and doing things in ways that you have never done them before. This is the magical time on planet Earth, when the little gods have begun to awaken from the dream. They started to understand that they could create anything, even with the glasses on. They began to understand that everything they see in front of them was a result of their own thoughts. It was what they held in the creative aspects of their minds and their hearts, which was then pushed out into the universe to create a reality that would exactly match their expectations. Now what you are experiencing is that you are still pushing the edges of those boundaries. So, that means that when one person calls something right, someone else is going to call the same thing wrong. Now is the time to start looking for ways you are alike, instead of ways in which you are different or separate. This is the time for humanity to come back together, recognizing that you are all little gods. It does not matter where they are, were born and raised, or even what kind of belief systems or experiences they have had. Your critical mass is reaching the point of no return and you will not go back to doing things the way you have always done them. We can guarantee you that.
Learning the Overview of Triality
Now it will be critical to stop pushing the outer edges. The more you push these outer edges to find the extremes on the outside, you will no longer find truth in those extremes. Now we ask you to first look in the middle for your definitions, and then look to the outside. Watch the way that each one works, rather than judging. Consider the possibility that you are faced with the same challenges, and that perhaps you simply approached them from different angles. Something can be learned from each angle. Now is the time for unity on this planet, and in a very big way. For all of humanity, 2009 was the beginning of the end of separation on planet Earth. The veil is beginning to be lifted so that you can see each other clearly. You will see each other’s hearts first, and so the magic continues. The eleven-sided coin will gain new dimensions; it will not be a flat coin any longer, but it still has eleven aspects. You will have 11 aspects of yourself, too. Because of this movement and the next evolutionary process, there is much more that we wish to explain to you about what is currently happening.
Multidimensional Bleed-Through
Even though we have spoken many times about the opportunities for all of humanity to become multidimensional, the progress has been so very slow. So far, we have only been able to plant esoterical thoughts in your mind. You have not been able to prove any of this to yourselves, nor have you seen its practical uses. We wish to share with you that one thing happening now that has been labeled bleed-through. You are starting to feel things through other dimensions of yourself. The other sides of the coin may be experiencing a big adventure, or a growth period, where they are having great difficulties. Suddenly you may find yourself quite sad, in pain, or having difficulty for no apparent reason. The bleed-through is becoming stronger because your veil is disappearing. That which has kept you separate from yourself in many ways, is now starting to diminish. As a result, a lot of ways that you have typically dealt with energy before will be reducing and going away. Being the teachers and the healers that you are, you will find new techniques. You will work with them so you can share them with others in the room and around the world, who can then take these energies and help grow to the next level. This is a time to watch what happens on television and put yourself in that person’s shoes. Consider how you would react if you were in that situation yourself. This is a time to start thinking on a personal level what that would look like if it was happening to you, because it is happening to you. You are not disconnected from each other, and between 2010 and 2012 humanity will learn that. We are so overjoyed to be even a small part of helping you re-member your true nature and what you really came to do.
The Perfect Imperfection
You will begin seeing things the way they really are, for you understand that in order to play this game, planet Earth had to be imperfect. For instance, music is not a human invention; it came directly from Home. When you brought it to planet Earth, you had to shift it slightly to make it fit into an imperfect world. That is the why your chromatic scale is not in equal increments. In order to sound perfect to you, it has to be imperfect. If you are counting using numbers, you use a base ten system which does not actually exist throughout the universe. The rest of the universe and Home is on a base twelve system. However, it had to be altered slightly for you to use it and be practical with it. You think of base ten as very simple and not at all complex, whereas base twelve is quite complex. But we tell you that it is exactly the opposite of that. Through the eyes of humans, you must see things a little differently. Even your expression of mathematics is filled with these same inconsistencies. We will not call them universal laws. We do not believe in any type of law, because everything can be altered and that is exactly what you have done. You have taken universal constants and you have twisted them, you have altered them slightly to play this game. Now you are starting to see things the way they really are. Now you are going to start to see things on a new level. You have not been able before to see such clarity; it will be seen through all eyes on planet Earth.
The challenges you will have are the habits you have built around seeing things in a certain way. So, the first thing we ask you to do is to keep your eyes open. Look around, seeking the possibilities. When you do not understand something, know that it is a potential for you to uncover another part of yourself so you can see more than one of these eleven sides. The aspects of yourself are coming back together so that you will be able to see the whole being. It will take time. It is not happening overnight. For you it will seem like it is taking forever. “When is something finally going to happen?” A hundred years from now when you look back at this time, it will seem as if it happened in a heartbeat. Just enjoy this magical moment, and know that you have a new vision if you become aware and search for it. Look for the opportunities to see yourself everywhere. Simply look and you will find Home very quickly. You will create all eleven aspects of Home right where you are today.
Dear ones, you sit in these rooms and watch us. You come together to be filled with spirit, and to re-member part of the true nature of who you are. What you do not understand is that the respect and honor for each of you who play the game of pretending to be a human is so great on this side of the veil. You are the revered ones. You are the ones who have dared to take off your wings and play a game of pretending to be a human. We honor you more than you could possibly ever know. When you arrive Home, there will be one hell of a party!.

Can you explain what is going on with the planet as far as changes and shifts, and how they are related to 2012?
Planet Earth is changing in a way that is similar to the way that human beings are changing. Just as humans are moving through Enlightenment, Planet Earth is moving through Enlightenment. You cannot do this without one another. Because Enlightenment means returning to the Light that you originally were before you were ever human. Being human means living in a limited physical body and being limited by time and space. Planet Earth is in exactly the same position. Your ability to live as a human, as a soul who is temporarily limited by time and space, relies on Planet Earth existing or having a similar contract that you have. Both you as a human and Planet Earth, as a Planet, have the same contract -- you have agreed to be limited by time and space temporarily in order to have a particular kind of experience.
An individual human cannot be held in third dimension without help. You need many other beings doing the same thing along with you to create enough momentum, including a being who has agreed to be Planet Earth. Planet Earth cannot do it on her own either. In order to be a planet, she needs many other beings to support the squeeze into the time space continuum. All of you are in community together and your contracts have been intertwined. So as you as a human being, as all of you move through Enlightenment, and you slowly but surely remember who you really are and find ways to hold that higher dimensional awareness in your physical body, in your physical being, Planet Earth does the same thing. In fact, she initiated the shift. In some ways she has been ahead of you all in this. The changes you are seeing in Planet Earth, many of you are experiencing changes that are energetic. Many of you are finding yourselves feeling a different vibration from Planet Earth than you ever have before. Many of you have a different kind of relationship with Planet Earth than you have ever had before.
There are also physical changes. Most of the physical changes occurring on Planet Earth are occurring on the surface and they are based on what human beings have created and what effects human beings need to experience in order to evolve. There are some changes deeper in the planet, but they are changes that were set in motion when the planet began its existence. The end of a planet is written in the moment the planet first comes into existence. Scientists, such as astronomers and geologists, understand this very well. The very forces that were set in motion when the planet was created are the same forces that eventually will spell its demise. There is a careful balance of heat and gravity holding the planet in place.
The physical changes you will see on Planet Earth are based on recent environmental changes, such as pollution-based climate change, and tectonic shifting that has been operating for many millions of years. A change did occur to set in motion the potential for 2012. In early 2006, a deep shift occurred in the Earth's mantle that has caused a ripple effect that will slowly, over the course of about 50 to 70 years, emerge as increasing Earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and other geologic events. What you are likely to see, and you are already beginning to see, is a flurry of geologic activity on Earth's surface. You will see clusters of Earthquakes occurring. Earthquakes always occur in clusters, but they are usually at a low grade or low level so they are not apparent to the average person. Scientists have been aware of this dynamic of Earthquake clustering across the world. You will start to see much larger Earthquakes based on that deep shift that happened in the mantle in 2006.
It is related to 2012 in that human beings requested, at a soul level, all human beings together requested that Planet Earth help uphold experiences that will lead you to awakening. When that shift occurred in Planet Earth, energetically it was like her heart opened a little bit more than usual and dedicated something to all of you. The physical ripple effects of that include more Earthquakes that are larger and they are going to occur specifically where human beings live. They are going to occur, as you have seen in the last year, right in the heart of population centers. This is part of the potential for 2012, though it occurs over many years rather than just in that one year.
You are going to see more events in population centers because humanity has requested help from Planet Earth. When these large, natural disasters occur, humanity wakes up a little more. You are constantly monitoring yourselves as a human family at a soul level, to make sure that you can shift and expand and evolve as much as possible without trauma. But, because of the nature of human beings, and because some of you are a little slower to awaken than others, sometimes you need to be shaken awake. We are not saying people who are shaken in an Earthquake are shaken awake. Often it is the people far away whose hearts suddenly open, who suddenly feel aware of people who are suffering in other parts of the world and aware of your connection to those people despite the difference. That is the awakening of Enlightenment that both humans and Earth are doing together.
Would it be a good idea to leave major urban centers and move to the country during the time of these Earth changes?
For some of you it will be useful and for others it will not. The dynamic that always held true for human beings will continue to hold true -- each of you has an individual calling and there are certain places on Planet Earth where you are meant to be in particular moments. What you are going to find as an individual is that it becomes more and more clear to you that you need to move or you need to stay somewhere based on your own intuition and on the events that unfold in your life to lead you.
Instead of giving a general rule, we are going to remind you that no one knows better than you do where you need to be. Some of you have a contract to be present for a natural disaster and you will be called or summoned, you will be drawn to, or you will just accidentally find yourself in the location where you need to be when that disaster occurs.
Others of you have a contract to be away from a disaster, even if it is going to happen in your city. You will find you happen to be somewhere else on the day that the disaster occurs. There is no way you can control this logically. Your conscious self does not control this. It is negotiated by your soul and the souls of everyone around you, including Planet Earth. The best thing you can do is to follow your intuition. If you feel called to be somewhere, then go. If you keep trying to make something happen, if you keep trying to live in a certain place and it is just not working, notice where you are drawn to live; notice where things flow more easily. Do your best to answer the calling and trust that your higher self will ensure that you are where you need to be when you need to be there.
Is the new Earth in the process of being created? Does the transition to the new Earth exclude our current physical bodies? Will humans have a choice between living on the new Earth and moving to ascend?
The new Earth is in the process of being created just like the new version of humanity is in the process of being created. It is not something separate from you. The new Earth is not something separate from the old Earth. It is a new, lighter, more evolved version and it does not happen in a single step, it happens in slow, deliberate stages, at all levels of existence -- from the physical to the ethereal, from the minute to the massive. The Earth has been evolving and developing into what you might call the new Earth for about 30 years now. Human beings only just began to catch up about 15 or 20 years ago. Human beings' relationship with Planet Earth depends somewhat on who you are individually, but overall, humanity has had a contract with Earth that together you would hold yourselves in third dimension, that Planet Earth would support humanity physically and energetically. The contract is that Planet Earth would support all of you and you would love Planet Earth in return. Is that not a lovely contract? She supports you, you love her and everything is equal. That is equal. That is the perfect payment. It is the perfect balance.
That contract of support and love continues but you are all together slowly releasing your contract to hold one another in third dimension. That means for some of you who, at a soul level, wish to continue to exist in third dimensional lives will need to incarnate somewhere else. After the lifetime you are living now, when you reincarnate somewhere, you will choose a location in the universe where you can be supported in a fully third dimensional experience. If you have more to learn, if you want to try new things, if you just love the delicious limitations of time and space, you will incarnate somewhere else. The thing that is becoming evident on Planet Earth is that this planet is shifting to support a third and fifth dimensional experience for human beings. That means that the human beings will be most comfortable here and will continue to reincarnate here are human beings who remember more of who they really are, who are able to maintain their memories of past lives, able to see energy and shift energy more readily with their intention even as they play in a third dimensional body.
The new Earth is supporting what you would call a hybrid, though it is really just a less limited third dimensional experience. As always, any soul who no longer wants to live a third dimensional experience can simply not reincarnate in a third dimensional body. That has always been true. The only thing that is changing is that it will be less and less comfortable for a soul to be here if they are not shifting into fifth dimensional awareness. This world will make less and less sense to them and they will find themselves struggling to maintain a solely third dimensional experience. Just as always, there are infinite possibilities for where you can go and what you can do in this universe. Those souls will simply incarnate somewhere else. It is important to know that there is not good or bad here. There is no qualification. You do not get to stay on Planet Earth if you pass a certain test or if you evolve a certain amount. You do not get to leave Planet Earth or have to leave Planet Earth for any of the similar reasons. It is simply a matter of choice, at your highest level as a soul, you are always choosing where you want to be and what kinds of experiences you want to have. That will remain true. It is not a judgment on whether you are good or bad or whether you qualify. (March 2010)

This month the group had a message about the Earth and the magnetic
fields that we
all live within. They explained how it would affect humans in general
and how we could
prepare. They said the magnetic field has lost more than 10% in the last
100 years. The group talked about the cycle of the Earth shifting
magnetic poles about every 500,000 years and how we are now overdue.
They did say the Earth will not shift poles as we
have already changed that, yet there is still a lot of work to do and
the Earth will go through magnetic fluctuations which may cause strange
phenomenon and be felt emotionally by sensitive humans. Oh, how fun!
They said that this decrease in magnetism is a contributing factor to the overall human enlightenment now taking place, and that there was something special about the three years before and the three years after the final dip which will be in the year 2012.

The Re-wire of Humanity
This day we share with you much that is going on. Your physical bodies are changing every day in order to carry more of your own light. The physical re-wire you are going through as individuals is now starting to spread throughout every part of the entire planet as you have reached a collective, critical mass. We have mentioned a bit of the re-wire process and told you about some of the physical properties that will be changing and some of the things that will be taking place with every one of you as this goes forward. You will see a huge increase of sexual energy, life-force energy on this planet, in a lot of different ways. Over time, you will begin having conscious control over certain sets of muscles that you have not had conscious control over before. You will find that you can be conscious breathers instead of unconscious breathers. You will find that you will have more ability to tap into not only into your own telepathy, but on conscious levels you will be able to tap in through each other quite clearly and very easily. In order to get to this process, there are many physical changes that your bodies must go through. It is an evolutionary step and does not actually happen overnight, but when you look back at it 100 years down the road it will look as if it happened overnight. Let us tell you about the process so you can see what is taking place, because much of your preparation is happening on a time schedule that will put you at the right place at the right time. You are not the only one that is changing. The Earth herself is changing as well.
We have mentioned before that you are literally going through a re-wire process so that your energetics can hold more of your own spirit than the physical body has ever been able to hold before. When you first took the body, there was a huge portion of yourself that would not fit into the physical body. You left that portion behind in the other dimension you call Home. You actually connect to Home through this part of yourself, which you have called your Higher Self. It is that part of you which lives outside of your physical body. More of that part of you is now going to be in the physical body. The children being born every day are bringing these attributes in. Their eyes are getting brighter and you are starting to see more energy coming from them, and more capabilities. You will also see them communicating telepathically in ways that you have never done before. But yet, you are evolving into that exact process.
New Human Templates
The children being born now do not have to go through that same evolutionary process, for they are being placed well above the curve. The rest of you here are the ones of you evolving to catch up. This was always limited on planet Earth. The template that you have chosen to house your spirit during this incarnation is a limited template. The illustration we give you is that it only holds a portion of your soul. In the beginning there were 500 of these templates and you chose one. It was probably the same one you chose the last lifetime and the same one you chose before that, for you have a tendency to be creatures of habit even as souls. You choose the same type of template because you get comfortable with it. You choose male or female. You ask, “How am I going to work this incarnation? How am I going to do my magic this time? Is it going to be easier for me to learn my lessons as a female, or is it going to be easier for me to learn my lessons as a male?” Most of the time as creatures of habit you choose the one you have become comfortable with and stay with it for many, many incarnations until there is a reason to change.
Creating Home Here on Earth
The Earth herself is adapting. If you look at your physical body as you re-wire and you consider what we are telling you in that much of your energetic system is now going to house much more of your spirit, the exact same thing is true of planet Earth. She is re-wiring as we speak and has been for some time in order to hold more of the energetics, in order to hold more of spirit from Home on planet Earth. If you were going to create heaven on Earth, you are going to need Earth’s cooperation. That is what is happening. She is starting to evolve faster than you ever thought possible.
Watch the Pacific Ocean
We have mentioned many times that the Earth is not sick. She is pregnant and moving through a birthing process, and you are starting to see the labor pains begin. We made a prediction several years ago and we repeat it again today because it is on the verge of unfolding. Watch the Pacific Ocean, for that is where the energetic openings will first happen on planet Earth. It may very well be in the form of seismic or volcanic activity, but watch the Pacific Ocean and the Ring of Fire which was actually the birthplace of planet Earth. Watch the evolution as the Earth starts going through her own birthing cycles. It will become more intense; it will be more difficult. There will be times when huge portions of the population will leave. You have seen this in recent weeks, and you will see it again. It is not that anyone is doing anything right or wrong. It is not that those people who left were not of high enough vibration to stay here. In fact, many of them were of such high vibration they could not stay much longer and they simply took that opportunity for a way out. There will be a balancing on planet Earth of energetics in many different ways. All of those people who are leaving in order to make this happen are coming back as Crystal Children with some incredible attributes. They are coming back because for them to take that route is easier than raising their vibration consciously, which is the route you are taking right now. Yet none of this would be possible if you here were not making strides to do that. That is the piece that will help every person on planet Earth when you evolve yourself to where you gain your own spiritual confidence.
Overstretched Templates
The Keeper has mentioned about you finding your voice and discovering that place that is the voice of your Higher Self. That is you on purpose and what really resonates as truth throughout every part of your being. Connect and share that piece whenever possible, for that is the one piece that you brought from Home and you now have more capability of giving than ever before. Each one of you has chosen one of 500 templates available to this planet. It is the reason that you sometimes see someone who looks like or even acts like someone you know. They came from the same template. The good news is that there are only 499 people that you have to learn to get along with. But here you are no longer limited by the 500 templates, for that is part of your evolutionary change and the physical re-wire that is happening to your bodies right now. You are outgrowing the templates that originally housed your physical bodies and your energetics during this lifetime. Now they have the capabilities of new attributes, new properties, and new energetics in the same physical body you were born with. This is the opportunity for you to go through an evolutionary step and be re-born without going Home. That is exactly what has been predicted by many on this planet for a very long time. Why would you doubt it? Of course, now it is happening to you and that is the beautiful part because now what takes place is that you are being birthed to a New Earth.
The Earth is going to continue to go through some changes. The Ring of Fire surrounding the Pacific Ocean will see more movement in the years 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 than ever before on this planet. You will see different anomalies take place. You will see the shifting of energy and all of it can be lessened and controlled—none of it needs to be negative, none of it needs to be catastrophic. It can all be an evolutionary step forward. The way you do it is simple: you feel you. Yes, you can feel the sadness and you can feel the trauma. Anytime there is trauma on planet Earth, it sets up a wave of energy that is felt by every single human being. It is easy for you to get wrapped up in a trauma and in the drama around it. It is easy for you to say, “What a shame! How horrible!” You feel your heart sink and then walk around all day in that half-lit mode. That is actually harmful to your physical bodies and serves no purpose whatsoever. The idea of what we wish you to do is to celebrate these changes of planet Earth. Look at this in one simple perspective: you had a tragedy in this place you call Haiti, but look how the world responded as one. Everyone wanted to do something—whatever they could do to try to ease the pain, to connect. That lesson in humanity was worth more than all the lives that were given in order to make that happen.
Wake Up Call
You now have the capability to connect on very deep levels with heart energy right from the beginning. These are pieces that each and every one of you must learn because you are not born in bodies that were capable of this. You are now adapting to new possibilities and new energies, which will also bring a new relationship to everything around you. During that time, know that many times you will be in this higher position where you can help to bring other people up. That is why you are there. Please do not lower your position, do not feel sadness, and do not feel the weight of the world on your shoulders. Instead, feel the opportunity to help. Feel the opportunity to be on purpose and to spring into action in some way, because that is the piece you came here for. It would be a shame if you spent all these years on planet Earth waiting for this opportunity and then sleep right through it. The wake-up call is now. The alarm clock is ringing and you have a choice. You can reach over shut it off and pretend it didn’t ring, or you can hit the snooze button and pretend to wait, or you can jump into action.
It will happen to every human on planet Earth. Every one of you is going to go through this evolutionary change that will be difficult, because humans perceive change as difficult. However, you can change your perception before it happens and when you see activity in the Pacific Ocean, the lungs of planet Earth. When you see activity around the Ring of Fire, know that her lungs are stretching and new pieces are being built. This is not about the destruction of planet Earth any longer, instead it is about building a new environment for empowered humans. The Earth is doing her job. What are you doing? That is the question that she is asking you now for you are a part of each other. She needs your help. The connection between humans and Earth is much stronger than anyone ever thought possible but it is here, now. The effects of these shifts do not need to be negative. You can wipe these things out with your thought patterns and especially if you add one to the other.
The Power of Light
The way you count on planet Earth is to add 1 to 2, to 3, to 4, to 5, increasing by one the entire time, but that is not the universal constant when it comes to connecting energetic fields. When you connect energetic fields, it becomes exponential: 1 to 2 to 4, to 8, 16, 32 and so forth very quickly to the point at which it begins growing at incredible rates. Those are the harmonics of your vibration, because harmonics can be combined on top of other harmonics and can bring things into harmony on this Earth that has never existed before. You are creating it now and the opportunities are here in front of you.
Dear ones, this shift is not going to be easy. You are already seeing part of the challenges, and yet it can be the most joyous, beautiful shift that has ever happened throughout the universe. We ask you to take your part. Hold your energy, hold your highest hopes and dreams of everything you want in your life, every piece you deserve and are thankful for. Create the new world with your thoughts right now and watch your body evolve into it. It is an amazing process and never before has this happened on planet Earth. You are setting history with every breath you take. Do it well. Do it on purpose. Do it with the full consciousness that you are a spirit pretending to be a human and that you have something of value. You will find your purpose on planet Earth. You will be the highest you can be and we are so incredibly proud of you. It is not easy being a human; it is not easy for us to watch you being a human. There are times when you cannot find yourself. You look in the mirror and you have tears because sometimes you feel so alone, and yet you do not understand that we are right behind you. We hold you sometimes when you sleep. We see that you are having a bad dream and softly touch the corners of your cheeks to help you smile, so we can help change your reality a little bit because you have given us permission to do so. Now, you take that and do it for yourselves and each other. Touch each other the way that the angels touch you. Empower every person you see around you. You no longer have anything to fear from this, for it is not a race to see who gets there first. Nobody gets there until the last person arrives.
We are in this together and know that we are here waiting for you. The moment you wipe the sleep from your eyes, we are there to remind you of who you really are. We are so honored to be in your presence, for you are masters of the Gameboard and we are honored to be here. We know the pain you have experienced and we honor you for that pain; you will see this pain quite differently when you arrive Home. We know it is very difficult for you, but no one else can do it. It took the bravest of the angels to take off your wings to come down and play, yet here you are. Welcome Home. Know that we are with you every second of every day if you so choose. Also know that you are doing a fantastic job and we are incredibly proud of you.
It is with the greatest of honor that we leave you this day with three little reminders. Nurture one another every chance you get. Treat each other with the greatest respect. Play well together.
