This channel showed the group at their best with a very
direct channel to the citizens of planet Earth. Normally I would call
this one "Earth Shattering" but I think we will find other words now,
especially after this message. The spoke of the recent earthquakes and
how it has shifted the earth to a new rotational axis that has changed
our experience of time and gravitational pull. They said several
interesting items that they said our sciences now agree with and
several that they don't yet know. It will take us years to uncover all
the events that took place in that one series of adjustments.
They spoke of what was ahead for humanity and directly ahead for our
economies and especially the US. At one point they warned the leaders
of planet Earth of what is ahead. They likened this a wave of energy
coming in rearranging everything in its path. They talked of the
sexual energy entering the planet as they described three years ago.
This is why everywhere you look in the news there is some sexual
incident being uncovered.
They also said the
economies of the world will take another hit soon as the US will soon
experience great difficulty unless it balances. At one point the group
spoke directly to the leaders of the planet warning of the severe
effects of polarity thinking. They challenged each of us to search for
these beliefs within ourselves and all begin to look for ways we are
alike instead of separate. The ride is less scary if we all hold hands.

Greetings from Home
We visit with you this day to tell you about what is taking place on planet Earth. First, let us share with you, dear ones, that you have already changed the outcome of planet Earth. You have already shifted the highest potential, for humanity is no longer limited by what you used to call your highest potential. There are opportunities now to find passion in ways that you only dreamt were possible. Each and every one of you has come with a part of Home that you need here to put this grand puzzle together in order to create Home on Earth. Some of you think you do not have anything. What do you have to say that has not already been said by someone else? Every one of you has a very unique piece of that puzzle and all of those puzzles are needed right now. Yet, it is becoming difficult. Not only are you transitioning and evolving incredibly fast, but so is the Earth.
Most of the changes that have already happened have set into motion some things which will affect all of you over the next 100-200 years. So, let us explain a little bit of what is ahead in a couple of different areas and how this will affect each of you personally. Let us go back a few weeks and talk about the Earthquake in Chile which was,one of the largest earthquakes you have had in this millennium. Not only has it changed the face of Earth, but it has shifted more than you know and has actually confirmed a few predictions previously made. One of these shifts is that the atomic clocks on Earth will soon need constant adjustment. Your atomic clock is no longer accurate on planet Earth.
Inner Earth is Growing
The inner core of Earth is what you call metal. It is actually an iron core. The next level, which is actually a very good part of the Earth, is what you would call molten or liquid metal. This liquid metal has always allowed the inside of the Earth to travel at a different rate of speed than the outside of the planet. Although the inside of the Earth is actually spinning faster than the outside, recently it has sped up and is moving even faster. It could even be said that the inside of the Earth is pulling the rest of the Earth into its orbit. This has been known for a very long time. However, what we wish to tell you is that this energy is now changing and has been speeding up. Your sciences do not agree with this yet, but we will tell you what they do agree with and what they do not. They have not found this to be true, but we are telling you that it is absolutely true.
The other thing that is happening is that this ball of molten metal has been growing. As it reaches certain levels it hits pockets of emptiness, or pockets that have formed through volcanic activity. This is what you are starting to see as the eruption of the Ring of Fire. There is much more to come. You are going to see activity in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. You will also see further activity in the Atlantic Ocean, but it will be less at this point. These are triggers and things we spoke about so very long ago. Now they are happening and your world is changing on a regular basis.
New Human Templates
Understand, dear ones, you are at a similar point where the dinosaurs disappeared from planet Earth but that is not going to happen to humans. Two things are happening: the Earth is changing to house a higher vibration not only of herself, but of humans, animals and every other part of it. The entire game is changing to begin a new game at a higher vibration. Secondly, your physical re-wire—your own physical bodies—are changing so that you can carry more of your own light and your higher self. Only a very small portion of your higher self is housed within the body for the temporary duration that you call a lifetime. Literally, only a small piece of it does…it is easy for you to see that you have one higher self and 11 aspects on Earth. So, 11 parts of your higher self goes into each one. However, the vast majority of your higher self does not fit into any of these aspects, including all of them together. That is about to change. You are now going to be able to carry more light than ever before in your physical body without having to go Home and without having to rid the Earth of the human race.
You will make this evolution while you are standing, walking, sleeping, playing, and loving on planet Earth. That has never been done before. That is the reason that all eyes in the universe are upon planet Earth right now. The six parental races that helped you form these physical bodies that you hold right now are back again to help. The interesting part is that they are fighting over who can help the most. But they are all here to work with you, because you are no longer limited by the same 500 human templates that you had in the beginning. You are no longer limited to that, which is part of the reason that your physical bodies are changing and your emotional bodies are growing.
Does Anyone Really Know What Time It Is?
We wish to tell you that the Earth has changed its relationship to time. Your relationship to time will also change, and what you do not know about it at this point is that you have control over how that changes. If you do not take charge in any way, the default answer is that time will shrink. Time has a natural tendency to shrink anyway. It is the nature of humanity because everything is relative. If you go back to when you were one day old, that one day is 100% of your lifetime. If you go back to the time when you were one year old that one day is only a very small percentage of your lifetime, so it has a tendency to naturally shrink as you age. Now we tell you that even the atomic clocks are noticing the difference. Big changes have happened as a result of the shift in Chile. Number 1: The Earth has changed axis; it is not on the same axis it was before. It has already shifted and your scientists are scattering frantically trying to figure out by how much and how we can measure it accurately, as they have noticed a major difference. It has been reported all over the world because the sun used to enter a window at a certain time of day and it now it is on a different schedule. Those times have changed throughout the entire world. Your scientists are looking for answers to describe what has taken place, but let us give you the short answer so that you can see what is happening.
We told you the molten part of the Earth has become larger inside the Earth and that part has been growing over the last few hundred years—especially over the last 60 years. As that has grown, the Earth itself is not as solid as you thought it was. The earthquakes in Chile and the earthquakes around the Ring of Fire, including the one in Haiti, have caused a shift of the planet not only on the axis. It has actually elongated the planet a little bit, almost as if was squished in the middle and got a little bit longer. Again, this is a point your scientists do not agree on, but we tell you that the process of making the planet just the slightest bit longer has also made it smaller around the middle. This means it rotates faster which is changing your relationship to time as we speak.
We encourage all of you to play with this concept you call time. Go back to some of your basics, for you have all studied ways of controlling time and learning how to project time into the future. You know that so much of it is held within your own belief systems. You believe it is accurate and you must live by this. The atomic clocks will not work for much longer, because they will need so much adjustment for what is ahead on planet Earth and some of the changes that are taking place. Embrace them. Do not fear these changes, for your reaction is actually what the earth needs to settle. Your reaction is the stability that you offer as Lightworkers not only with the Earth, but with other people around you.
A New “Wobble’’
These changes and the ones to come may create great
fear throughout many different places. You are the ones that can hold
that energy, the ones that can help to make it very positive evolution.
Let us tell you this as well…because of the planet changing her axis
slightly, what happened is that there is now a wobble. There has
always been a wobble in the Earth’s rotation. It is nothing secret. It
has always been known, but now that the wobble has changed and this
can create a circumstance for you that we wish to tell you about.
As we mentioned before, you have these up and down periods that you
are all going to be experiencing. But now it has become much stronger
than we ever thought possible. Some of the physical reactions to this
new wobble will be experienced as emotion. At times it will be
uplifting, such as joy or exhilaration, while other times you may feel
depressed as if you cannot seem to get out of bed. Those are simply
normal cycles, because you are a part of the Earth and she is a part of
you. As she is going through these changes they mimic and mirror
themselves in your bodies. This is part of how you can help to ground
this change and center this energy with her. Know that has affected you
and find the ways it can affect you positively.
Riding the Wave
There are points on this planet where you can now launch yourself. This has been done before through using astronomy and astrology to help find the perfect time to start your new business or a new project. You would always know the rotation of the sun around different planets, their alignment and how that could or could not support you. Now in addition to that, there is an entire wave of energy that slides the rug beneath your feet and shifts it in such a way as to send a wave down its length. The pull of that carpet will create high and low spots, as well as spots where you can launch yourself very effectively or be wrapped up in it and shut down. Once you are aware of these highs and lows you can learn the timing needed to make the highest use of it. We ask you to be very aware of how you are feeling, where that passion is and how you get this in the outside world, as well as your effect on other people around you. That will tell you whether you are doing your work or not. Position yourself so that instead of being wrapped up in this carpet as the big wave comes through, and instead of being overwhelmed and having to protect yourself from it, you are in just the right spot to be launched by it. That is why you are here.
You are the ones that carried the secrets from Home—from Lemuria and Atlantis—in hopes that humanity would ever reach a stage where you could come back and do it again. You are here. You made it. Each one of you has this opportunity right now to step into this energy and to position yourself at that launching point. We will tell you, dear ones, it takes tremendous courage to do that for you can see the energy moving. Some of you might want to put your little toe in, but you are not so sure about jumping into the water completely. We will come along and push you, if you only try to put your toe in. It is time. Each and every one of you came with specific timings that you wanted to be here at this exact time, because this is the time of the big shift. This is the when it is said that the shift is really going to hit the fan.
It is the time where you are going to be finding things changing in every place that you have been talking about for centuries on this planet. You find yourself in a position to put yourself on that curve. This is on a personal basis for each and every one of you, for if you try to use the normal standards that you have used for your own evolution they are not going to work the same way. In other words, you cannot count the vibrational lines of your evolution the way it used to be done. During these times we ask you to be kind and understanding of each other, as tempers can flare easily.
Economics of Earth
We also wish to speak of economics on planet Earth. You have many systems in place that have allowed you to exchange energy and to exchange money. You have a system called the stock market. We are so fascinated by that, for is so interesting to us that you have built an entire system based on the perception of perception of perception. We would never have dreamt to do that. It took humans to invent this entire process. Because of that, you have a perception of perception which is what your economies have been based on. You have gone through one of these ripples, dear ones, and it has affected the entire planet. You have had an economic event on planet Earth and it is one of these ripples that have gone through. We tell you, there are more of these ripples coming. In fact, there is a big one that is liable to come very soon. We cannot tell you when it is, because you are the ones that have the perception that determines when it is going to be. We also tell you that it does not need to be negative, for it can be a positive event. That is entirely up to you, but what we do tell you is that change is imminent in this area.
You had opportunities as this wave came through which took the air out of the balloon. All of a sudden this overinflated balloon shrank down to practically nothing. Now you are perceiving an economic recovery. You are seeing it because you perceive it. That is the way your system works—because you want to perceive it. That is exactly what is happening, yet the underlying fundamentals that had a chance to change during that explosion did not actually change. For that reason, until you see some fundamental changes in the way you do business on planet Earth you will experience more difficulties in these areas.
We also wish to reach into an area that the Keeper loves to stay away from, and we are going to talk about politics for just a moment. You are seeing a very interesting thing happening. It is occurring all over the world, but you can see it in the United States very clearly. It has happened since the incredible pull into polarity. As the new field of triality starts to come in and you have three positions from which to view things instead of just two. You have a new perception to see everything from. Yet it is difficult to truly grasp that new perception, to trust it, to understand what it means and how it works. We tell you that many of you are going through your a time where your own perception, ideas, and relationships are going to change, but that also happens on an economic level throughout the world. One thing you have all learned from this recent economic stretch is that all of your economies are connected. That is incredibly beautiful, dear ones, because it really means that you can no longer have a world war. Who would you be bombing? Yourselves? That is perfect because the blending together is what will change all of this. There are many high level officials that are now looking for this to happen, but the changes on planet Earth are occurring very radically and very quickly. Not only does this include the changes in the planet, but the changes in you, as humans, are also happening very rapidly. Because of that the economic systems that have supported you are likely to experience another one of these. However, if you know about it and are aware, you can put yourself in the highest position to create something positive instead of something negative. There will be difficulties with your systems on planet Earth. Now, how do you fix them? How do you change that? We can tell you what it looked like in the days when these systems worked, when you had empowered societies and that was the essence of the society. It was not, “How do we make money? How do we support ourselves? How do we live better?” Instead it was, “How do we empower the people around us?” That was the key element that existed in the days of Lemuria. It happened so clearly that there was no need for laws and you only had customs. It was incredibly beautiful and those days are returning.
The Soul of Business in the New Energy
You have a challenge in the way you define business so far, so let us speak first of the challenge because each person who makes up one of these collectives that you call business has a soul. The overall corporation whether it is made up of one person, five people or 500 makes no difference, for that company has a soul because it has an energy that acts as one. The moment you identify that place in the world, you can change the whole prospect of the company from the top down…all the way. What we are telling you is that companies that have only been in business for the purpose of making money will no longer be able to do that, because you are finding out it is an empty shell. There is no soul there. In the future we see a time when in order for governments to issue a permit for starting a business, it will also require that the company has a consciousness and that the company will do the best for humanity even if it is against their own profit. The company will bear the same responsibility that each and every one of you has as you walk down the street and past other people. That has not happened at this point on planet Earth. Now is the time to consider what you can do at your individual level wherever you work, whatever companies you own, or in whatever structures whether it is government or religion. These are the collectives of humans that will have to evolve very quickly.
Growing out of Polarity
This is a time where you can make a lot of these changes to result positively, rather than experiencing the cycles of fear and challenge. When you had an election in the United States, dear ones, you could not decide who was going to be president. One moment you found an extra vote over here and the next moment you found an extra vote over there. That started a stretch into polarity that was almost as if you were grasping for it. You started to move into a field of triality, but grasped for that old, familiar part. You hung onto it so tightly, that the whole world was laughing at your election and what was happening with it. Did it make any difference who won? Not really, because the reality of it showed the duality and the difficulties. In the United States you have not evolved past that, but now is the time to start doing this quickly. Dear ones, especially those in the United States, you have a very short time-frame that you can take hold of this and make something of it. We pray that the leaders can hear some of this message, because you have stretched so far into polarity that you do not know where the middle is any more. It is very important to come back to a point where nobody is right and nobody is wrong. It is a time to start figuring out how you and your neighbors are alike, instead of how you are separate. It is time to start figuring out how you can empower your people instead of spending your energy trying to lead them. Re-member, you have some of the greatest spirits on Earth and they are just waiting to go to work and spread light on this planet. If you make a space for that to happen, you will see great changes throughout all of planet Earth. It is happening now. It is taking place in many cultures, very quietly for most. Make your voices heard.
Now, how does each one of you deal with it? You say, “What can I do? I am not a leader of a nation. I am not a politician.” Dear ones, every one of you has a strong hold in the field of polarity. Every one of you believes something is right or something is wrong. It is so interesting to watch your news now, because the fight has gone on so long that no one can even re-member what the original argument was all about. So much fear has been created intentionally to dissuade all of the information on planet Earth that you are all in danger of losing your grip on reality, because you are believing and buying into the fear. Enough! You can see what is happening. There are no more secrets on planet Earth. Trust your heart. Do not allow yourself to get wrapped up in fear, for that is a luxury you can no longer enjoy…no longer afford. It is time to get serious about what you wish to do on this planet. It is time to know that you have the power to create your reality. It does not matter where you are in this ripple, what is taking place with planet Earth, what is happening with your relationships, your job, your home life, or your work life. You have an opportunity to put yourself at the pinnacle, and to actually do what you came here to do. We are behind you 1,000 percent, because our job is not to be here to tell you which way to turn or what to do. Our job is to help you re-member who you really are, because you came here with a very specific purpose. We love you more than you could ever know. It is not easy taking your wings off and pretending to be a human. You walk into many walls that way and we love you for it, for this job can only be done in the way in which you will do it.
We leave you with three little reminders. Treat each other with the greatest respect you have. Nurture one another and empower each other every chance you get. Play well together.

inspiration, and typed another seven pages to my novel. Then botched fitness watching Discovery, and came home to an empty house to write another 3 or 4 pages. By the time I was just about finished, the mailman brought me the contracts for my new novel, to be signed and returned to the publisher. And you won't believe the syncs that exploded into my awareness then:
First of all the stamps: I had two, both 44+22 eurocents. That wasn't enough, so I walked to the Read Shop to get some more. It needed EXACTLY two more, of 44 eurocents each. And knowing that at least one of the Nows in the novel is in 4444AD, I couldn't help laugh out loud!
Before dropping an envelope into a mailslot, I always look at it once more, and then suddenly noticed something else:
Now these are Dutch/English word jokes, so they may need some explaining: First of all there is Heerenwaard, the street address. Having noted that the proceeds of an eventual movie deal are split 50-50, and me always having had a preference for the female half of creation, it all of a sudden occurred to me that Herenwaard literally translates to 'Gentleman's Worth'. So whatever I do, my Publisher has already made sure he gets his fair cut. Not that I would deny him that, but I've always seen business as a guy's world, and I wasn't particularly fond of it. But you see how Nature is perfectly balanced.....
Then the city naam, Zoetermeer. Literally translated it says 'SweeterMore', which also spells perfection to me....

Apart from a day where all went unexpectedly well, there was this tiny matter of deciding what to eat on an empty wallet. But even that turned out to solve itself magically:
Voila, my macaroni minestrone for this week, or at least three days of it....
Looks yummy, right? And believe me, it is! But why do I call it fringe food? Because it is a sign of so-called just-in-time Abundance. Here's the story:
Last saturday I bought a pound of meatloaf, which was on sale at the local supermarket. Add to that a bag of elbow macaroni, and all you really need is something to give it some taste. While working I figured I could use the two cans of minestrone soup I still had in my cupboard. Thinking about it on the return trip home, I figured this would be one of those successful intuitive cooking jobs, so by the time I got home I couldn't wait to try it out. Sorry for the delay in the evening update, but some things take precedence....
So, I opened the cans of soup, and threw them in the strainer to remove the more watery parts. That left a mix of various vegetables, vermicelli, and various undefined ingredients, that taste good in soup. Put on some water for the macaroni, and stirfried the meatloaf to a crumbling mess while waiting for the water to boil. It was nice and crispy by the time the water boiled. I threw the macaroni in the water, could have added a pinch of salt, and had to wait for another eight minutes to get it done. Drain the water off, throw in the meatloaf and minestrone ingredients, and stir until it's nicely mixed. Anybody wanna try?
Come to think of it, that may have been one of the last times I really need fringe cooking: this morning, I got a mail about a 'Brand name dispute'. Sounds ominous, right? Apparently some chinese company wants to use 'Moorelife' as a brand name at least in China and Asia, and they detected that I hold the domain moorelife.nl.... Talk about a fortunate synchronicity. I'm not saying we're moving yet, but did send them a nice reply to indicate willingness to vacate, should they figure they need that. Probably a scam, but stay tuned.....

REWRITING OUR HOLOGRAM
Welcome back to the threshold of the sixth dimensional expression of our Arcturian Corridor. It is from this frequency/expression of our Corridor that you can re-enter the sixth dimension to rewrite the holographic projection for your current third dimensional reality. You have heard the “theory” that your third dimensional world is actually a holographic projection.
The Truth is much greater than that, but a “holographic projection” is, indeed, a good metaphor for third/forth dimensional life. From our perspective in the eighth through tenth dimensions, which flow and intermingle as ONE, we perceive the fourth dimension as the “aura” of your third dimensional reality. Hence, when we speak of the third dimension, we include the fourth as the etheric emanations of the physical world. This fourth dimensional etheric reality connects you to the higher worlds of the fifth dimension and beyond.
OPENING THE PINEAL GLAND STARGATE
The process of raising your Kundalini and opening your Third Eye activates your pineal gland, which is the hyper-dimensional stargate built into your human physiology. Kundalini activation is the result of balancing all of your chakras and raising the feminine force of Lady Shakti from your Root Chakra into Divine Unity with the masculine force of Lord Shiva in the Crown Chakra. This blending and balancing of your feminine and masculine energies, known as the Mystical Marriage, opens your Third Eye and fully activates your “pineal stargate.”
With the opening of your pineal stargate, you can accept the multidimensional, torsion waves directly into your daily consciousness and earth vessel. Furthermore, different DNA is turned ON or OFF by different frequencies of light. The third dimensional spectrum of light turns ON the 2% to 3% of your human genome DNA, which runs your Third-dimensional Operating System. This Operating System is based on the illusions of separation and limitation that arise from a strongly polarized reality. This system can only accept, integrate and utilize light that is limited to the small spectrum of the physical reality.
Since the fall of Atlantis, and especially during the last two thousand years of the Piscean Age, the higher dimensional light has been lost to most of humanity. However, now, you are entering the Golden Age of Aquarius and Gaia has moved into the flow of torsion waves emanating from the Galactic Center. These torsion waves of multidimensional light turn OFF your 3% of human genome DNA and turn ON your 97% of “Junk DNA” as they enter through the small quantum vortexes of the Junk DNA.
Once the multidimensional light is accepted and integrated into your earth vessel, it turns ON your new Multidimensional Operating System, which is stored in your Junk DNA. Then, the multidimensional light slowly takes precedence over the physical spectrum of light and the Third-dimensional Operating System of your 3% DNA begins to turn OFF. This is why so many of you have an ever-decreasing interest in the third dimensional reality and deeply long for the multidimensionality of the fifth dimension and beyond. Fortunately, during your transition, both Operating Systems will be operational, allowing you to simultaneously live in both realities.
THE MYSTICAL MARRIAGE
Before the Mystical Marriage of your inner feminine and masculine energies and the opening of your Third Eye, your earth vessel can only perceive, integrate and utilize the limited light spectrum of the third dimension. Your First, Root Chakra accepts and reflects the spectrum of red light, which connects and grounds you to Earth. As your Kundalini rises, this red light merges into the orange light of the Second, Navel Chakra, integrating the frequencies of red and orange light. Then, as your Kundalini rises into your Third, Solar Plexus Chakra to merge the red and orange with the yellow frequency of light, you combine and integrate your “Lower Chakras.”
The combined frequency of light of your Lower Chakras then enters your Fourth, Heart Chakra to intermingle with the green frequency of light. Via your Heart Chakra, you connect your Lower Chakras with your “Higher Chakras.” The light of the first four chakras then moves into your Fifth, Throat Chakra to intermingle with the blue frequency of the third dimensional light spectrum. Your Kundalini then moves into your Sixth, Brow Chakra to unite the red through blue expressions of light with the indigo frequency of this chakra.
The Seventh, Crown Chakra resonates to violet light, which is the
highest frequency in the third dimensional light spectrum. This violet
light serves as a bridge to connect the white light, the unity of all
colors of light, into your earth vessel. With Lady Shakti awaiting her
groom in the Sixth, Brow Chakra, Lord Shiva in the Seventh, Crown Chakra
calls forth the opening of the Pineal Gland Stargate to accept the
multidimensional light of the higher through quantum frequencies of
reality. The multidimensional light enters your Crown much as the groom
(masculine, Lord Shiva) walks into the Chapel to await his bride
(feminine, Lady Shakti).

The bride then walks down the aisle (through the pineal gland of the
Brow Chakra) to join her groom at the Marriage Alter (third ventricle of
the brain) to enter into in their Mystical Marriage. With this
Marriage, the seven octaves of the physical spectrum of light (Shakti’s
Bride’s Maids) unite with the multidimensional light of the ONE to join
the Spirit of the ONE into the Matter of your earth vessel, as well as
the earth vessel of Gaia.

This Mystical Marriage of your inner
masculine and feminine energies opens your Third Eye and High Heart,
which have been latent within your earth vessel since your birth. This
opening then allows you to begin the gradual unveiling of the illusions
of your third dimensional reality. With the opening of your Third Eye
and High Heart, new brainwaves come online in your computer/brain that
can access and utilize your Multidimensional Operating System.
Furthermore, because of your Mystical Marriage, you can now accept and
integrate multidimensional light, which commences turning ON the Junk
DNA in which your new Operating System has silently been stored.
BRAINWAVES AND OPERATING SYSTEMS 

As your Multidimensional Operating
System comes online in your computer brain, it is your new brainwaves,
which allow you to consciously understand and utilize the
multidimensional light that invisibly swirls into and through the third
dimension. One of these newly accessible brainwaves, Gamma brainwaves
(40 cps), are associated with the brain function that creates a
holographic synthesis of data stored in various areas of the brain to
fuse them together into a higher perspective. It is this higher
perspective that allows you to consciously perceive the fifth dimension
and beyond, while still wearing a human earth vessel. 

The extremely
high brainwaves of Hyper Gamma (100 cps) and Lambda (200 cps) and the
extremely lowEpsilonbrainwaves (0.5 cps) are associated with higher
states of SELF-awareness. This awareness encompasses the ability to
access superior levels of information through insight, psychic
abilities, and out-of-body experiences to assist in the brain’s
holographic packaging of information into coherent images, thoughts, and
memories.
Hyper Gamma, Lambda, and Epsilon frequencies are linked together in a circular relationship. Hyper Gamma and Lambda brainwaves are so fast that they appear to be embedded in the extremely slow Epsilon brainwaves. Simultaneously, the extremely slow Epsilon waves are so slow that they appear to be riding on the crest of the very fast Hyper Gamma and Lambda waves. In the same manner, your multidimensional senses are embedded into, and piggybacked onto, your third dimensional five senses. These brainwaves allow you to use your expanded perceptions while you are in your mundane consciousness.
The higher dimensional realities have always existed, but they were beyond the perceptions of your Third Dimensional Operating System, because the expanded states of consciousness of your Multidimensional Operating System were not yet “online.” Therefore, these dimensional realities were forgotten. Fortunately, your potential to perceive these dimensions remained latent within your biological computer brain, awaiting the activation of your Multidimensional Operating System.
At first, both the Third Dimensional Operating System and the Multidimensional Operating System will both be online. Eventually, the Multidimensional Operating System will be the main system, which means that your primary reality/consciousness will be in the fifth dimension and beyond. Yet, you will still be aware of the third and fourth dimensions. This process has already begun for those of you in our Corridor, although you may not be fully aware of it in your mundane states of consciousness. From the sixth dimension, you will be able to read the holographic projection of your current reality to assist in updating your computer/brain to the Multidimensional Operating System.
CREATING HOLOGRAMS
The rise of your Kundalini, Mystical Marriage, activation of your
Pineal Stargate, expanded consciousness, and the recognition and
integration of your Multidimensional SELF, expands your consciousness
enough to encompass the sixth dimension. It is from the sixth dimension
that you can write, or edit, your holographic program for your third
dimensional, grounded self and/or selves. To better understand what we
are saying, let us divert from our journey long enough to explain to you
how a holographic projection is created. 

FIRST a single laser beam is split into two separate beams.
The first beam is bounced off the object whose image is to be recorded.
The second beam is recorded on a mirror and allowed to collide with the
reflective light of the first beam
THEN the interactions of the two beams are recorded on a piece of film
called a holographic plate or matrix.
The PATTERN that is recorded on the plate looks like chaotic swirls and
concentric circles until another laser beam is used to illuminate the
film. It is then that a hologram of the original object occurs.
In other words:
The light of your Soul/SELF copies a portion of its light from the unity
of the ONE to become two sixth dimensional beams of light.
This FIRST part of the sixth dimensional light beam is bounced off the object, thought-form of your Multidimensional Soul/SELF, whose image is to be recorded.
The SECOND beam of sixth dimensional light is recorded on a mirror and allowed to collide with the reflection of light bounced off of the “object” (your Multidimensional SELF).
Then the interaction of the two beams (light wave interference) is recorded on a piece of film called a holographic plate (matrix of third dimensional Earth)
The pattern that is recorded on the plate looks like chaotic swirls and concentric circles until another laser beam is used to illuminate the film.
This “other” beam is your fifth dimensional SELF’S intention to
observe your physical ego/self.
It is then that a holographic projection of your original sixth
dimensional SELF occurs on the Holographic Film Plate as a physical
reality.
To summarize, in order for your Multidimensional SELF resonating within the ONE to observe it’s reflection in a third dimensional form, it had to split its light into “the observer” and “that which was to be observed.” Therefore, your Multidimensional SELF needed to create a Divine Ideal for the form it wished to observe in its holographic projection of life in the lower dimensions. Consequently, your SELF created a thought-form of a human body, which became the object off which the first beam of light would reflect.
Then, the second beam of light was infused with unconditional love and multidimensional consciousness so that once it reflected off the mirror and intermingled with the first beam (human body) on the holographic plate, the purity of the multidimensional light and unconditional love would be maintained.
Then the projections of light needed to be unified on the holographic plate (planet Earth) to manifest as a member of that physical reality. At this point, your Multidimensional Soul/SELF needed to observe you so that the swirling circles of energy could become form. In this manner, your form was held and the illusion of your physical reality was maintained.
BREAKING THE CHAIN OF ILLUSION
When you were young children, most of you could still see the world from the consciousness, belief, expectation and perspective of your Multidimensional SELF. In other words, you believed that you had full control of the creation of your reality. You had this belief, expectation and perception because your Multidimensional Operating System was still fully activated. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to maintain the expanded state of consciousness that activated this Operating System while incarnated in your third dimensional form.
Overtime, your consciousness lowered, your Multidimensional Operating System turned OFF, and your Third-dimensional Operating System took precedence over your beliefs, expectations and perceptions of reality. Then, you accepted the collective belief that you were a separate being living in a dense, physical world and expected hardship and limitation. Consequently, that is what you perceived. Your childhood world of magic and imagination still surrounded you, but it was just beyond the limitation of your third dimensional perception.
This limitation created a strong inner yearning to “go Home,” but you soon forgot where Home was. You just knew that something was missing, and that some day you would find it. That day is NOW. However, in order to return Home to your true Multidimensional SELF, you have had to find a way to connect with your SELF while still in your third dimensional form. Fortunately, you learned that if you expanded your consciousness beyond the confines of the physical reality, you could perceive your Multidimensional SELF from the perspective of your third dimensional self. To accomplish this task, you had to break the chain of illusion.
It is through your observation of your Multidimensional Soul/SELF in the ONE from the perspective of your ego/self in the third dimension that you have broken the chain of illusion to see your self (projected light) as your SELF (light united in the ONE). When YOU (the holographic projection) can observe your Divine Matrix in the sixth dimension (your SELF in the ONE) while still holding your holographic form, the third dimensional veils of illusion are released. You can then eternally commune with and return to your SELF who lives eternally in unity with the ONE.
It is at this point that you fully remember why you have chosen to “log-in” (project your SELF) into the third dimensional hologram. The ONE does not want to extinguish its many expressions of light. Instead, it wishes them to return to the full awareness of their Multidimensional BEING while maintaining their sense of individuality. In this manner, “Individuality within Unity” is created.
This process of maintaining your Personal Consciousness within the ONE begins with the maintenance of your personal earth vessel while you fully grounding your Multidimensional SELF into your third dimensional holographic self. Therefore, your unity with the ONE begins with your unity with your physical reality. Through uniting with your third dimensional reality, while observing and communing with the ONE, you learn the power of manifestation in your physical reality.
This power of manifestation is based on the Knowing that YOU are your Multidimensional SELF. Then you, Multidimensional/SELF, remembers that you, ego/self, have the innate ability to observe the many swirls of light on your holographic plate to create your reality of form. Hence, when your Multidimensional SELF is fully grounded in your ego/self, YOU create your reality by the simple act of observation.

These fractals change your matrix.

When a system becomes highly destabilized, there will be random
shifts that suddenly self-organize into higher states of complexity.

At a sub-atomic, quantum level, reality organizes according to the expectations of the observer.
Everything in the Universe is composed of sub-atomic particles, whirling at lightening speed around huge empty spaces.
These particles are not material objects; they are fluctuations of
energy and information in a cosmic void of energy and
information.

When you change the field that the atoms are in, you change the
atoms.

We are made up of these atoms.

Our feelings change the field of our atoms to literally alter our
physical reality.
Our BODY is a biological computer.
WE are Consciousness.

Our WORLD is a tiny frequency range within infinite ranges of
frequency.
LIFE is a holographic television station.

Our consciousness creates the channel, frequency, of the REALITY we
experience.
We can’t imagine a reality that exists without us because...

The act of our observation allows us to create-as-we-go a participatory
Universe.

We may never find the edge of the Universe or the smallest particle

Everywhere our consciousness explores with the expectation of

 something, there it will be, for we have created it.

building the Universe as we go!
Consciousness is the programming language of our holographic
Universe.

We are consciousness conductors.

Consciousness comes through us and emanates from us.

Therefore, humanity has the ability to create a new reality.

If we switch OFF our brains and hook our consciousness into the
mainstream media of illusion, we are manipulated in a certain way so
that the creation of our reality is not ours—but the reality of someone
else.
 Therefore, we need to take control of our reality at a
quantum level.
The world is just a ride, but we forgot that fact and began to believe that the ride is real.
CONGRATULATIONS DEAR GROUNDED ONES
Dear Ones, now that you have awakened, you realize that the third dimension is a ride, a stage for your play, a virtual reality game, and YOU are the conductor, director and programmer. Once you regain this multidimensional knowing, you are free to conduct, direct and program your Path Home to SELF. Now, the creation, you, are ready to unite with the Creator, you, to become “the hand drawing itself.” On your Path Home to SELF, you travel the vertical “elevator” up into the higher frequencies of reality on the horizontal planes of existence.
On each of these planes you find a form of your Multidimensional
SELF. These forms were created on your first projection down from the
ONE and into the planes of illusion and separation. Each form/container
is a construction of the resonance of the light particles of that
dimension/plane. In the case of your earth vessel, light is so slow that
it becomes physical matter. In the realities higher up the vertical
scale, your container is of a higher resonance.
Do you realize now what a great accomplishment you have completed? Do
you realize now how truly magnificent you are to observe your SELF from
the form of your self that your SELF is observing? It is much like the
famous picture by Escher of the hand drawing itself.
RETURN TO THE SIXTH DIMENSIONAL CORRIDOR
We will now resume our inter-dimensional journey through the Arcturian Corridor. As you step onto the threshold of the sixth dimension remember that Consciousness is the language that programs your hologram. Through the recognition and integration of your Multidimensional SELF, as well as your experiences in our Corridor, your consciousness has expanded from Personal to Collective to Planetary to Galactic Consciousness. When you participated in the opening of the sixth dimensional frequency of our Corridor (archived Multidimensional News, January 26, 2010), your consciousness expanded to Cosmic Consciousness.
Now, before you take part in the expanding of the Corridor into the sixth dimension, remember, if you can, when you were a young child and KNEW that Faeries and Angels were real. In fact, you knew that you were a Faerie, a mighty Dragon, or a beam of Light soaring through the sky. You knew these things to be true, to be real. Unfortunately, over time, you wanted to be like “others,” so you pretended to just be “regular.” Then, bit-by-bit you began to forget what you knew as a child, and the memories of your Multidimensional SELF began to fade from your mind and leave an empty space in your heart.
One day, your great Multidimensional Consciousness deflated so low that you found you were a victim. You were a victim to the demands of others and the rules and regulations of a world that limited your creativity and made you work hard to be good enough to get lots of money to buy stuff. You needed the money and the stuff because the ache in your heart had become a painful longing for a place you once knew and a person you once had been. Nonetheless, you put your head down and tried to do what others wanted. However, each victory that you achieved was empty and only fed your longing.
You began to discard the beliefs and expectations of others and sought to regain the peace and joy you knew when you were free to be alive in your imagination. Then, gradually, or all at once, you began to remember your SELF—the one who flew and fought for love and light. This knowing made you feel independent and gave you a strong sense of your own Personal Consciousness, which allowed you to release being a victim.
At first this new person, this SELF, was a secret. Then, the loneliness returned, and you knew you had to be your SELF in daily life—no matter what the consequences. To your surprise, the consequences were wonderful. As you came out of hiding, you found others who were also coming out of hiding. You opened your heart to these people, and your consciousness expanded from Personal to Collective Consciousness.
You, and the collective of awakening beings loved Gaia, for your Soul told you that She was you Mother Earth, as well as the higher dimensional expression of your Collective SELF. This love for all life expanded your consciousness to Planetary Consciousness. Via your Planetary Consciousness, Gaia whispered to your Soul about Her portals into higher worlds, and many of you found your way to our Corridor. You joined other awakened ones, and Gaia Herself, to journey through the Lower Astral Plane of the fourth dimension to clear your tunnel of light and enter your fourth dimensional reality.
You then entered your fifth dimensional reality to connect, commune and integrate your Multidimensional SELF. With this return to SELF you were able to recognize and begin a relationship with your great Galactic Family, which expanded your Planetary Consciousness to Galactic Consciousness. With your first visit to the sixth dimension (See Multidimensional News January 26, 2010) your consciousness expanded to Cosmic Consciousness.
Cosmic Consciousness is the state of consciousness that allows you to fully perceive, accept and integrate the torsion waves flowing from the Galactic Center. Furthermore, from the perspective of your Cosmic Consciousness you can easily see through the third dimensional illusions of separation and limitation. You KNOW that YOU are the creator of your reality because you are a reflection of your Multidimensional SELF in the ONE who cast the reflections of its Light onto the holographic matrix of your present incarnation.
You also KNOW that this incarnation—log-into the 3D Game of
Separation—is special as it is the life in which you are to experience
the joy and victory of raising your planetary reality into the fifth
dimension. You will live within the Collective ONE and experience Being a
planet, reunite with your Galactic Family and take charge of your
reality at the quantum, sub-atomic level.
THROUGH THE MATRIX
See yourself at the threshold of a holographic matrix that directs you into and through the ribbons of Light Language, which moves into and out of your potential form. Take a moment to find one of the ribbons, and attach your consciousness to it with the intention of entering the vortex. As you surrender to the feel, color and tone of multidimensional light, its resonance of unconditional love pulls you into and through the vortices of light. Faster and faster, you travel into and through myriad possible, probable and even “impossible” realties.
Beyond the speed of light, you now flash past planets, solar systems, galaxies, nebulas, black holes, white holes, voids and universes. All that you perceive is real because you have chosen to observe it. It is the act of your observation that has created these realities, although they were always there as potential. Logical thought and human emotions cannot adhere to your consciousness. You are too expansive and too small.
You are your thoughts made manifest, while your emotions hone your course towards your present life, the one you had before you became pure light. As you enter that matrix, the force of your unconditional love intertwines you into the sixth dimensional holographic projection of your present life. From the perspective of the sixth dimension, you see your grounded self on third dimensional Earth.
Using the Cosmic Consciousness of your programmer SELF, you send a beam of unconditional love and multidimensional consciousness from your sixth dimensional SELF to the heart of your grounded one. Allow this beam of light and love to create a constant communication between your programmer SELF who projected you into your reality, and your grounded self, who is returning from a long journey into polarity.
Now, take a moment to review the files of that life. Then, any fear-based virus can be erased by your unconditional love, while the light of your great Cosmic Consciousness can raise your resonance beyond the polarity of fear. See the “file” your “child of knowing.” EXPAND this file with your unconditional love, and SAVE it with your Cosmic Consciousness. As you do so, you feel your Multidimensional Operating System begin its download.
When did that knowing disappear? What were the fear-based emotions
that caused you to forget your SELF? The antidote for fear-based
thoughts and emotions is unconditional love. HIGHLIGHT that fear and
DELETE it with unconditional love. Then, SAVE that change with your
Cosmic Consciousness. As you do so, your Multidimensional Operating
System comes online.
When did you realize that you had become a victim? Use your
unconditional love to AMPLIFY that moment of awakening. Remember the
fear that created your becoming a victim and DELETE that file with your
unconditional love. With the language of your Cosmic Consciousness,
change your programming from “I can’t control my life,” to “I am the
creator of my reality.” SAVE these changes and feel a moment of joy as
you catch a glimpse of reality through your Multidimensional Operating
System.
When did your awareness expand to Personal Consciousness?

Review this return to SELF and AMPLIFY it with unconditional love, as
you use your Cosmic Consciousness to SAVE these changes. As you do so,
your Third-dimensional Operating System gradually begins to switch OFF,
while your Multidimensional Operating System gradually turns ON.
When did your awareness expand to Collective Consciousness?

FEEL the Collective Consciousness of humanity about you. With the force
of your unconditional love, DELETE all fear stemming from this
Collective and SAVE those changes with your Cosmic Consciousness. Take a
moment to send a ripple of unconditional love into that collective
reality to assist others to DELETE their fear. Now, merge your Cosmic
Consciousness with the Collective Consciousness to assist in raising the
resonant frequency of all humanity.
When did you embrace Planetary Consciousness?
AMPLIFY that process and share it with Gaia. Then, use your
unconditional love to DELETE the fear and heal the damage that has been
done to Her planet, as well as to your personal earth vessel. Use your
Cosmic Consciousness to raise the resonance of personal and planetary
bodies, as well as to SAVE those changes in your earth vessel and in the
area of Earth in which you live.
When did you embrace Galactic Consciousness?

Use your unconditional love to welcome the closest members of your
Galactic Family into your daily life. Using your Cosmic Consciousness,
SAVE that connection on the “Desktop” of your Third Eye and High Heart.
“Back it up,” on the hard-drive of your Junk DNA to expedite your
process of returning to Lightbody.
FEEL your Cosmic Consciousness as it begins to close down your Third-dimensional Operating System and fully activate your Multidimensional Operating System. SAVE this shift with your unconditional love. Take some “time” each day to acknowledge the great change that is ongoing in your consciousness and, hence, in your reality. Vow, again and again, I AM my SELF.
With the programming language of your Cosmic Consciousness, you have programmed your Third-dimensional Operating System to turn OFF and your Multidimensional Operating System to turn ON. Since your new Operating System is multidimensional, it functions for the third, as well as for the higher dimensions. Therefore, you will still experience the third dimension, but will no longer be limited to it.
With you Cosmic Consciousness, which is inherent within your Multidimensional Operating System, you have access to all the files of third dimensional illusion, as well as the files of multidimensional awareness and perception. Unfortunately, the virus of fear has entered the computer brain of your grounded one and needs to be continually purged. Nonetheless, your Multidimensional Operating System can use its sixth dimensional component to purge these fearful illusions, which will reveal the Truth to of your expanding perceptions. This System will then SAVE these changes to your Third Eye and High Heart.
Your Cosmic Consciousness and unconditional love may need to go deeply into the ones and zeros of these files to clear the many lives and parallel realities in which your grounded one suffered under the illusions of hard work, limitation, fearful thoughts and emotions, as well as separation from your true, Multidimensional SELF. Fortunately, with your Multidimensional Operating System online, all you need “do” is:
Be still within your mind, and open in your heart.
The Path of ONE may seem alone, but only at the start.
Each day you walk along this Path, you KNOW it’s filled with love.
This love resounds from deep within, as well as from above.
Reach down inside and all around, to see what you desire.
To find the life that you’ll create, and BE who you admire.
Accept this life and give it thanks, each day and every hour.
Then, just relax and watch the show, as your new life comes to flower.
It may take some third dimensional “time” for your grounded one to be aware of your shift. Therefore, with the unconditional love of your Cosmic Consciousness, you whisper into the heart of your grounded one,
“NOW, you are awake. You are your SELF! 
Separation is an illusion.
Limitation is a state of mind. 
YOU are the creator of your life. 

Consciousness is the programming language of your reality, and 
YOU are
Consciousness!”

Greeting and Salutations My Beautiful Beings of Light. Smile and be in gratitude, My Beloveds these are the moments that you all came to witness. Your “time” as you perceive it is speeding up. As you sense it speed up into what can almost be felt as warp speed your vibrations go higher and higher. You are evolving on so many levels, it is amazing to watch.
Push Pause for a moment, take a deep breath and sense The Creator’s wonderful love energy swirling around you. It is creating a lavender and pink vortex of amazing love energy that is swirling from your head to your toes. Close your eyes and just feel the stillness and tranquility that this luscious love energy shares with you. It assists you to center and balance as well as harmonizes your energy fields to be more receptive to your higher guidance.
Once you are still My Beloveds, your body can then adjust to much of the changing scenery and emotional roller-coaster ride that you constantly find yourselves on during these moments in NOW.
Finding that balance and footing is very important, My Beautiful Beings of Grace. Your emotional health and your physical health depend upon your body’s abilities to detach and detox. Constantly being on Red Alert in your own life keeps you in turmoil and clouds your decision making abilities.
All is in perfection My Divine Beings of Light, All is as it should be, look past the illusions of chaos and feel the larger Divine Blueprint filtering through. Look closely with your spiritual eyes and see that ray of light beaming through the Earth Plane illusion. You can hear it with your spiritual ears and sense it with your spiritual heart in the question it keeps asking you to quiz yourself on “Who Really Are You”. It keeps echoing back at you “You are not this physical body, but a Beautiful Being of Light.” The Divine Blueprint keeps sending you these messages: “You Are Divine”, “You Are Loved”, “Ask the question Who I AM”, “Ask the question What Is My Mission”; “You are a spiritual Being having a human experience”.
Your Angels and Guides, My Beloveds, are all around you. There is not a moment that you are in this physical realm that you are not surrounded by your Angels and Guides. You are never alone My Divine Light Beings. The Creator would never ask you or let you come alone on such a journey. You are deeply loved and cherished.
Allow this Messenger to take you on a mediation journey.
Arrange yourself in your chair or lie on a bed so that you are comfortable. Keep your legs and arms from crossing if at all possible as this blocks the flow of energy. Cover yourself with a light blanket if you chill easily. We want you comfortable and undisturbed for a while as you journey within yourself through meditation.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath, then let it out. With each in breath, you are breathing in love. With each out breath, you are breathing out fear and doubt. Take another deep breath in and let it out. Take another deep breath in and let it out with a sigh. Breathing out all frustrations of the day.
Feel your body relaxing from your toes to the top of your head. Give yourself permission to feel the calm and peace. Your muscles are feeling loose and limp, so relaxed, so deliciously serene, so wonderfully lazy.
Direct your ego self to perch on your left shoulder. Instruct your ego self that it is only to be an observer on this journey, it is not to participate. If it helps you to visualize by identifying your ego with a symbol or as an object please do so.
In your imagination ask through prayer for The Creator to send you down a protective Ray of White Light by praying mentally something like this “My Creator I AM asking for a protective Ray of White Light to enfold me and lift me up so that I am experiencing the very highest of vibrations during this journey into my inner most depths of understanding and Being. I am protecting myself My Creator from anything that is not for my highest good on this journey. I am thanking you My Creator for assisting me by sending this Ray. I am seeing it in my imagination now coming down through the corner of the area where I am meditating. It is entering into my physical form, permeating all that is within my I AM presence.”
The Creator has responded to your prayer and has gifted you with an Iridescent White Ray plus a Golden Fluid Ray for this journey. The Rays are entering into your body through the soles of your feet and moving up through your physical vessel; permeating throughout all of your etheric energy fields & physical vessel and into all corners of the actual area that you are meditating in; then the rays are exiting through your Crown Chakra. The Rays are returning to The Creator and cycling back down through you again and back to The Creator in a continuous circular loop. These protective therapeutic rays are in continuous circular motion while you are in meditation.
You are now divinely protected at this moment and nothing can even communicate with you, that is not for your highest good, without your permission.
My Divine Beings of Light. You are breathing very slowly and evenly now; you are feeling secure and safe.
Breathe in deeply My Beautiful Beings of Light and feel the lighter relaxed feelings of being protected & divinely guided into this meditation. Breathe in deeply and know that you are breathing to the Pulse of The Creator. Listen to The Creator’s spiritual heart beat and feel the unconditional love that courses through you each time you think about this moment.
Breathe in deeply allowing and seeing within your spiritual imagination your Guardian Angels and invited Spirit Guides as they join you. The Angels take your etheric essence hand and guides you out of your physical body and direct you into your Etheric Spiritual Heart Chakra. An Angel has been stationed to stay with your physical essence until you return from your meditation.
You are seeing, feeling and sensing this within your imagination, Your Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides and special invited guests are now within your Spiritual Heart Chakra with you. Your Angels and Guides are helping you locate the Golden Door that says “To My Highest Guidance Within” you turn the etheric spiritual door knob and cross over the threshold knowing that you are on a spiritual growth adventure.
You find yourself in a white marble corridor. Your Angels sense the stress that you brought with you and take your etheric hand to guide you down the hall to door that will lead you to your Crystal Palace.
Your helicopter has been summoned to whisk you right up the mountain to your Garden of Serenity.
You hop in the helicopter and away it flies. In the distance you can see the mountain top from your seat in the helicopter. Your Angels smile and tell you that you will be there in no time at all. The Angels laugh of course this is a cosmic joke because in this realm there is no time. They remind you that in this realm if not mindful that you can almost blink your eye and be in eternity (smile).
You arrive at the helipad on top of the mountain and step out of the plane. There you look around at the magnificent vistas and the beautiful Garden of Serenity. Your friend, the white Unicorn, Jake greets you and begins to lead you down the path to your Crystal Palace off in the distance.
You stroke the silky ears of the Unicorn as you walk. There is just something so soothing in stroking his silky fur. You arrive at the golden door of the Crystal Palace. The door that has your name on it, along with all the other names that you have ever held throughout any of your past life incarnations. See if you can read any of the other names as you prepare to open the door and step inside. Don’t be concerned if nothing else appears on the door for you, it is information that is not ready for you to remember just yet. More opportunities will present themselves when the moment in NOW is right to have those recollections surface.
You step inside and the remembrance of this place is flooding back into your awareness. The Palace continues to expand and construction is always a constant here as it evolves as you evolve.
Your old friends the color dots are bouncing around on the entrance floor as the light filters in through the refractions of the crystal all around you. The colored dots dance in such joy welcoming you back to your Crystal Palace.
Your Angels lead you into the main room where you see the doors all around the perimeter of this great room. Each of the doors is labeled with it content or work related area.
The Angels lean over and tell you that they are guiding you to your Healing and Releasing room down the hall there to your right. You find the door and turn the knob. There is a Nurse Angel at the door to greet you. The Angel asks you to hand over your cell phone, your I Pad, your beeper, your computer lap top and oh yes, also the Blue Tooth device sticking out of your ear. You smile because you thought they wouldn’t notice that one since you need a hair cut the hair was covering the Blue Tooth. The Angels laugh and you laugh over this one. There simply isn’t much you can put passed an Angel they remind you.
The Angels just shake their heads at all the communication devices you are laden with. No wonder your Angels tell you that you have so much stress; you are wired to the hilt.
The Angels direct you to a changing screen and ask you to put on the bathing suit that you find hanging there waiting for you. You do as requested noticing that the bathing suit fits and looks divine on you. You thank the angel for their selection and sizing and they laugh telling you that they know your fit and style better than you know it yourself.
You have to agree with this statement since these Angelic Beings have been with you from your inception and birth in the Firmament.
You walk out from behind the screen and your Angels direct you to the scale next to the Emerald Green pool that is labeled The Stress Meter. You step on the scale and it promptly digitally shows your stress level at “10”. The Angels giggle as you also laugh because you thought they would be measuring your weight with a scale. They tell you that your stress level is at a 10, which is the highest it can be. You shake your head and tell them you are not surprised, your body feels like it is in a pressure cooker.
The Angels tell you to look down at your belly button and as you do, there you see a button attached to your stomach that says “Pause”. The Angels tell you to push the pause button, there on your tummy and walk down the steps into the Emerald Green pool.
You do as instructed and as you get to the bottom step an Angel hands you a special floating raft for you to lay back on while you enjoy the water. The first think you notice since they asked you to push the Pause button is that your mind is blank. Your Angels hear that thought and relay to you that Pause means Pause your mind needs to be still and not think.
They tell you to close your eyes and just allow the blank empty feeling to help you unwind and release the stress into the Emerald Green pool. They don’t have to ask twice, you close your eyes and immediately feel yourself without thoughts, drifting so peacefully, so serenely in this beautiful emerald green water. This is Bliss you tell yourself. It feels so good to be devoid of all thoughts if only for a little while. You feel the stress starting to drain out of your body. First it just trickles but then it just begins to pour out in bucket loads. The sensation is actually a little calming because as each stress moment is released into the pool you begin to feel better and better. This is amazing you tell yourself.
After a while you sense that the draining has stopped. You open your eyes and notice that the Archangels are standing around the corners of the pool beaming your healing and clearing energies to help all of your essence heal from the debilitating stress. You can feel the Archangels re-energizing you with calm, peaceful energies that create harmony and balance within your energy fields. You thank them for their gifts and are so grateful for the stress intervention.
Your Angels tell you that you should be ready now to come out of the pool and step back on the stress scale to see where the stress level is now. You climb back up the pool steps and notice as you step out of the pool that you are not even wet. You begin to laugh, saying how fun, you are not even wet. You were expecting to step out and have water dripping off of you everywhere.
You step on the scale and it can’t even measure anything. The Angels tell you that you are done then, perfect. They tell you that you may release the pause button now. They tell you to go change back into your clothes.
You change and get ready to leave. The Nurse Angel hands you back all of your electronic devices and advises you to push the pause button on each one of them several times a day to avoid putting yourself back at risk for a physical ailment caused by the stress that these devices cause in your daily life.
You agree, the Angels have shown you how very close you were to implosion. You immediately put an intent out into the Universe to respect your own health and cut back on the constant access caused by these devices. They remind you that everything has balance and requires constant monitoring in order to remain in harmony with yourself.
You thank the Archangels and the Angels for all their help. Your Angels guide you back out of the Healing and Releasing room back into the hallway. You walk back up the hall into the Great Room, cross back into the colored dot filled entrance corridor, turn the handle, cross back over the threshold. Your friend Jake is waiting for you there to take you back down the path to the helicopter pad and the waiting helicopter.
You stroke Jakes fur again and thank him for his friendship. You tell him until next time and step back into the waiting helicopter.
The helicopter swishes away and lands at the helipad where you started. You open the plane door, step out, re-enter through the door from where you started. You instantly find yourself back in the White Marble Corridor.
You catch a glimpse of your glowing Essence in the mirror. Your Angels lead you back across the golden door threshold back into your Spiritual Heart Chakra and then they assist the return of your spiritual Essence back into your physical form.
Wiggle your fingers and toes and when ready open your eyes. Go about your day remembering that your inner Wisdom and Angelic support staff are always at your service working with you to help you reach your highest most appropriate potential.
Beloveds you are blessed beyond words and loved beyond measure more than any Earth Plane language can ever express.

It is hard to belive that it is that time of year again! The Easter week-end is approaching. Here in South Africa it is a four day holiday when everyone "takes off" for the coast for a last celebration of relaxation in the sun before the cold weather sets in for Winter. Last year, at this time, I was in Brazil, and so much seems to have happened to me in the last year. We are certainly changing and transforming at high speed!
But, back to Easter. In the traditional Christian community, it is the celebration of the Death and Resurrection of Jesus. But, in reality, it is a reworking of the ancient archetypal story of the death of the masculine principle and its miraculous rebirth and resurrection through the Feminine principle. This story is as ancient as the Sumerians, where the Goddess Innana descends into the underworld to rescue her mortal husband and return him to life, or the Egyptians where the Goddess Isis finds the scattered limbs of her murdered husband, Osiris and conceives a miraculous child called Horus who rebirths the masculine spiritual warrior principle.
So, how did this ancient story become a central part of the celebrations of the Christian year? In the case of the Christian story, there was indeed a masculine and a feminine principle incarnated in Yeshua and Mary Magdalene. They came to the Earth as Avatars to bring the seeds of the New Consciousness, that which we call the Christ Consciousness, to the western world. This was done through the work and teachings of both of them in Israel, and later by Mary Magdalene in France. The Seeds of the Christ Light that are flowering now were laid down two thousand years ago.
So, how did Easter and eggs and rabbits get mixed up with the coming of the Christ Light. Well, Easter is a form of the name of the Goddess, Astarte, another form of the name of Innana, and she was celebrated as the Goddess of Fertility and Creation. The eggs and the rabbits are obvious symbols of procreation, and these were grafted on to the story by the Catholic Church, as it took over Pagan Europe in the name of Christianity. The Catholic principal was to merge the Pagan iconography and symbols with the new teachings. And so the ancient fertility celebrations were connected into the story of the death of Christ and the process of Ascension.
Ascension is the ability to move beyond the duality of the Third Dimension and into the Miraculous flow of Love and Miracles at the Higher Consciousness of the Fifth Dimension. This was taught by the Christ Avatars with their focus on the Heart, Unconditional Love and the Oneness of All Things. But, it also seems fitting that the ancient teachings of the redemption of the Warrior by the Goddess should become part of the Ascension story and that it should be brought into consiousness now. Everything has a purpose and a reason!
In the case of Yeshua and Mary Magdalene, after the death of Yeshua in the Holy Land, it was Mary Magdalene as the Feminine principal who carried the Seeds of Light to France and nurtured the Christ Consciousness in the western world, until the time was ready for the "second coming" or the "Ascension" of Humanity to the level of the Fifth Dimension or the Christ Consciousness. The "Child" that was born of their Sacred partnership was a symbolic child, the New Earth Consciousness that would lift Humanity into the Fifth Dimension after a period of darkness.
So, for me, this time of Easter is always a time to give gratitude for the life of Yeshua as the Masculine Christ energy that brought the Seeds of Light. But it is also a time to celebrate the life of Mary Magdalene as the Feminine Christ energy, who took those Seeds to Europe where they were nurtured by those who carried the Light in their DNA and ensured that at the right time the "Child of Light" would be born in the Hearts of Humanity, and that the powerful energies of the "end time" cycles would ensure that the "Child" of the New Consciousness would be birthed as a New Consciousness of Love and Unity.
The Essence of this Easter time, and the story of the Christ energy, seems to me to also be summed up in the Native American term "Right Relationship" or what I would call "Sacred Relationship". This is where the energies flow in perfect Harmony and Balance with Divine Will, so creating Divine Harmony and Joy. As I wrote in an earlier Log, in our lives on this Earth, everything is a matter of Relationship and Partnership! Our lives and our creativity are connected with our ability to co-create with others. To fully enter into the Fifth Dimension means to bring those Relationships into Right Balance and create Sacred Relationship.
In this period from now until 2012, the focus will definitely be on this aspect of our Spiritual Growth and Evolution, finding Harmony, Balance and Right Relationship. This will especially be part of the way in which we create relationships that embody the interaction of the Masculine and Feminine principles.
In the past I have done much work with the Twin Flame energy, which is another way of describing the power of Sacred Relationship or Union between Soul Partners who embody the Masculine and Feminine principals within themselves and their partnership. I found that there was much misunderstanding and distortion in the way people perceived these partnerships. Firstly, many people seemed to think that a Twin Flame relationship was a Romantic relationship that ended in marriage and parenting and happy ever after in the surburban nuclear family image of pop culture. That is probably because our culture is so grounded in the nuclear family economic model that people find it difficult to conceive of a relationship that might go beyond these parameters. The whole idea of the "family" is a matter for the "parenting contract" between those who seek to have children and the souls that desire to incarnate through them, and it is not part of the Twin Flame or Sacred Union. The purpose of Sacred Union is to incarnate the Masculine and Feminine principals as a direct mirror of the Union of the Divine Energies in the Source. This creates a tremendous field of creative power that expresses the Love of the Divine and can bring people into the Awakened state of Higher Consciousness very rapidly. It is a gift from the Divine and should be treated with deep respect and great honor.
Of course, when you enter into a romantic relationship, or a parenting/family contract, these contracts need to also be honored and treated withy deep respect for the gifts within them, and being in Sacred Relationshiop extends to all levels of our lives.
Now, to return to the Twin Flame or Sacred Union Relationship. After people realized that the Twin Flame aspect of Sacred Union was primarily a merging of Soul Energy, there developed also an unfortunate tendency among awakening beings to get "high" on the soul merging energy and to desire to repeat this energy "merging" with as many people as possible. This is, of course, all in divine order. Awakened Beings enjoy merging their soul energies and experiencing the bliss of communion on the deeper levels, but this is also not Sacred Union. It is just a kind of Sacred Family Hug.
Sacred Union is when two Conscious Beings merge their energies at the Heart Center and then extend that energy into the Soul Sphere and Ground it into the Earth Sphere, so that they represent the merging of Divine Love, the Masculine and Feminine principles expressed as Divine, Unconditional Love. The "Flame" that is created, which is called the "Golden Rose Flame", is held in the High Heart of each individual and in the Joint "Heart of Hearts" that is created when the two energies become One with the Divine Heart and create a Sacred Union Light Body that is an expression of the Merging of Heaven and Earth within their partnership.
Yes, this is a wonderful experience! Yes it is becoming available to more and more Conscious Beings at this time of Change and Transformation. But, yes, it also requires commitment and focus and courage. It requires the courage to develop a deep intimacy with one person, and to forgo the "highs" of moving from one person to the next in a series of "non attached" energy mergings that are considered to be Sacred Union, but are empty of the depth and intimacy and grace of true Sacred Union when it is in Right Relationship.
It is not so much a matter of finding the "right" person, but a matter of having the courage and strength to surrender to the Process of Love as it finds you. Love is always seeking for you and asking for you to allow the deep surrender into Sacred Union. It is not something that is difficult and that can only be found by the fortunate. It is a natural process, like breathing, but breathing very deeply so that you expand and grow!
When we forgo the Hollywood/Bollywood formulas for the expression of love through Sex and youthful Beauty and Procreation, we will enter a new level of consciousness where we will flow into the Expression of Love as a Sacred Gift that merges Heaven and Earth in many ways and according to Sacred Contract. For those wishing to experience Divine Sacred Union, it is not a matter of searching for the right partner, but of being willing to "die" in the Will (the masculine principle within) so that you may be reborn through Love (the feminine principle within).
When the Will comes into Balance with Love as expressed through the Soul and Spirit, then you can be reborn to Higher Consciousnes and experience Love on the Higher Octave of the merging of Heaven and Earth. You can ascend into Harmony with the Divine Will and express the Divine Love through Balance and Partnership.
So....here is to Easter.... that time of the year when Sacred Love, Rebirth and our Ascension into Divine Will and Harmony can be Celebrated!

We are connected to everything in the Universe; everything flows through us and to us. Our energies, our thoughts, and our words flow through all of life, on Earth and elsewhere. There is not an end to us, or a beginning, but a continual flow of life, changing form over and over again. We are continually perfecting our form in each and every incarnation, whether that is as an element, plant animal, human, star, or galaxy. We deliberately challenge ourselves to become all we can become. There is no failure in this type of existence only evolution.
You are in a time of birthing yourself into higher light at a different octave of truth. As you sit in the womb of No-time, No-space, you try to stretch, but the walls of illusion, keep you confined in an invisible prison. You push and push but you are not able to stretch into the vastness you innately know yourself to be. When a child is in the mothers womb, the child’s spirit has the ability to reach out past the limitations of the physical womb, skirting about in the parent’s lives, reaching into the past, and future, overcoming space and time.
Your life is similar to that of the unborn child. You feel limitations, as if the very walls of your life grow steeper and steeper each time you try to scale them. You grunt, you groan, you complain as the limitations become more and more animated. You have the same innate abilities as the unborn child. You are living in this dimension of matter and yet you are also living in spirit, in the light on a multitude of levels. Your body seems limited and vulnerable, yet the spirit and light-force that inhabits that vehicle has magnificent and never-ending capabilities.
You enter a promised time where the limited perception of your humanness merges with the vast and all-knowing Spirit of Light. Coming together Merging and then EMERGING into something much more.
Right now you all feel like a caterpillar, in early cocoon stage. You know that you are destined to become more, YET EVERYTHING IN YOUR WORLD POINTS TO LESS THAN !! You feel deep within your being that if you tried, you could fly. Then you take another look at yourself and see only the reflection of density, and human limitation. Yet in your heart you know you can fly past all these earthly limitations.
The Chrysalis shifts and the Cocoon around you thickens and hardens like the crust of earth. There seems no way out! Keeping you confined in a prison of your own thinking. One day out of the blue a small light appears on the horizon coming from a minute hole within the cocoon. Your heart races with possibilities as the illusion of limitation begins to crumble right in front of your eyes.
You all are just now seeing that small point of light, Showing you the way out, the way up and the way home. The caterpillar looks at itself and says “how am I going to get through that small opening’? The caterpillar must walk into a time of surrendering! Surrendering his limitations to the divine spark within him. Surrendering is accepting in the divine process that knows your every whim and need before even you desire it. it is trusting! It is knowing what is truth, when everything else reflects illusion. The hole is small only in the mind of the caterpillar, not in the mind of God. In the mind of God it is large enough to accommodate all the future butterflies of earth.
It is a time of surrendering and trusting your process. The butterfly that you are inside this human caterpillar, is far greater than any illusion. Let go and know that the divine plan will work no matter what. The caterpillar is destined to become a butterfly it can be no other way!
The cocoon would never ever allow the caterpillar to be released, because that is what a cocoon does. it protects, it keeps bound. Earth keeps you as a cocoon until you are ready to set yourself free. The caterpillar knows that it must try, and try again, or it will die. That is the point of reference that each and everyone of you sit at. You feel you must try, or perish in the process.
Your Soul pushes you through that tiny hole into a Higher Light, just like the caterpillar is pushed by instinct. You push back, saying ‘ No, I can’t fit, No I can’t jump, No, I can’t fly, NO I CAN’T !’ Spirit says, “ You can, you must, or you will perish.” Earth is at a portal of choice, there will be a decision made by the mass consciousness. All of God’s creations sit upon this fence of decision. All of life is “in decision”.
As we reach an apex in this level of evolution, we begin to realize just what the effects of our words; thoughts and fears have on this turning point of humanity. We speak haphazardly, we create on a whim, and we prophesize out of fear. We speak like our words don’t mean a darn thing. Seeing them just as words and not realizing that worlds were created by a word, a thought a decree. Seeing not the power we have available to us, to destroy everything or create a utopia, a paradise, a heaven on earth. Sabotaging our own lives, our finances, our health, our marriages, and our futures.
Every thought you have is alive. Every word you speak is birthed into existence. You free it from its internal domain. Just like letting a Genie out of a bottle, your words, your thoughts wait for your command to come into the world of matter and do what they do best, create! All creation is by you, for you, and through you!
The time between thought, and manifestation grows shorter and shorter, forcing everyone’s attention into the mirrored hallway of responsibility. It is there that the reflections shout, “look at what you have created, look at what you have birthed!” We give ourselves wondrous magical gifts every minute of every day just by the very words we speak. No one is out to get us nothing is out to destroy us, every situation is of our own making, a divine creation, a tool to escort us into a higher place of knowing.
We not only do this as individuals, but as countries, families, continents, and also as a world. So many opportunities to learn and evolve and love. It is as children playing with nuclear weapons, not knowing the power of the instrument at hand. We do our best to fulfill ancient and biblical prophecy. Believing on some level that those of the past knew more than we do. Giving our power and our world away to the dried bones of the past. If those same people prophesied today, we would laugh at them as eccentrics, or cult members. Not honoring there words, or there fears.
The external world but mirrors our internal thoughts and dialogue. Life is not something that happens to us it is something that we create, continuously. Knowing that we can and do collectively create everything and anything, lets get busy and create a world of love, of peace, of joy. Where every child goes to bed with a full tummy, and every homeless person cashes in their cardboard home, for a real home. Lets look at our world glass as always full instead of half-empty and halfhearted. All livingness responds to your thoughts and your desires, especially a casual thought, or decree.
Knowing how powerful ours words are 24 hours a day for all eternity, puts a bit of a damper on our joking around. What we may say even in play will ripple out through all space and time. What we decree for another we gift to our self. Our angers, our fears, our jealousies are becoming animated alive and kicking us back to get our attention.
As you love, you attract. You are
today where your thoughts have brought you; you will be tomorrow where
your thoughts take you. You cannot escape the result of your thoughts;
but you can endure and learn, accept and be glad.
You will realize
the vision of your heart, not the idle wish. You will gravitate toward
that which you secretly most love. In to your hands will be placed the
exact result you earn no more, no less. Whatever your present
environment may be, you will fall, remain, or rise with your
thoughts…your vision… your ideal.
How do you constructively deal with intuitive empathy? What practical methods can you employ to avoid becoming overamped or depleted? I'm going to present some strategies I use. Try them. See which appeal. One is not more preferable than another. Most important is if your choice works.
Walk away
Let's say you're chatting with a man you've just met at a conference and your energy starts bottoming out. Here's how to tell if you're being zapped: Don't hesitate to politely excuse yourself; move at least twenty feet from him (outside the range of his energy field). If you receive immediate relief, there's your answer. Most people are oblivious to how their energy impacts others. Even energy vampires--people who feed off your energy to compensate for a lack of their own--aren't generally intending to sap you yet still they do. Obnoxious or meek, vampires come in all forms. Watch out for them. For years, reluctant to hurt anyone's feelings, I needlessly endured these types of situations and suffered. How many of us are so loathe to appear rude that a raving maniac can be right in our face, and still we don't budge for fear of offending? Whenever possible--if your well-being feels at risk with an individual or group--give yourself permission to make a tactful and swift exit. In a spot, physically removing yourself is a sure quick solution.
Shield yourself
A handy form of protection many people use, including healers with trying patients, involves visualizing an envelope of white light (or any color you feel imparts power) around your entire body. Think of it as a shield that blocks out negativity or physical discomfort but allows what's positive to filter in. For instance, your sister is on the rampage. She's about to blow up; you don't want her anger to shatter you. Now--take a deep breath, center yourself, engage your shield. Literally picture it forming a fail-safe barrier around you which deactivates anger. It simply can't get to you. Shielding is a deliberately defensive technique aimed at guarding your feelings, not repressing them. It works by establishing a perimeter of protection around you that functionally doesn't permit harm in.
Practice vulnerability
One tenet of my spiritual practice is to remain as vulnerable as I can to everything; not to shield, the antithesis of defense. Some people prefer my strategy, some don't. Use it if it succeeds for you. Here's the premise (not madness) behind this: if we solidify our bond to our inner self, we'll become centered enough not to need to defend at all. Thus, the best protection turns out to be no protection--a stance that initially alarmed me. It didn't seem possible I could do hands-on energy work with someone who had cancer or depression, for example, without absorbing their symptoms myself. But it was. What could be more liberating than to find I could hold my own and still remain open! Too often we're taught to equate vulnerability with weakness. Not so. I like being vulnerable and also strong. This disarms people. To me, the appeal of such an approach is that it's a non-fear-based way of living in the world. It requires that, increasingly, you harmonize with whatever you confront, let it flow through you, then recenter again, stabilized by your own resilience. Pace yourself. A vulnerable posture will feel safer the stronger you get. It is a choice and a life-long practice.
Meditate
To cement your inner bond and hold your center in any situation, I recommend a daily practice of meditation where you focus on the spirit within. Doing so gets you into the habit of connecting with yourself. Start with a few minutes, then gradually increase the duration. The technique is simple: follow your breath and explore the silence. It is not void or empty; that's the mystery. As thoughts come, and they will, continue to refocus on your breath. Every inhalation. Every exhalation. The spaces between thoughts are where your spirit waits to be discovered. There is something real in there worth finding. My spirit feels like a core of head-to-toe warmth vertically aligned though the center of my body. Imbued in the warmth itself is an intelligence and intuitive responsiveness to my rhythms and questions. It speaks only truth, which resonates like a chiming in every cell. Silently become acquainted with your spirit. You can return to it to reinforce who you really are--not just the self you present to the world, but that part of you that is timeless. Make room to pursue it.

The first 2 1/5 months of 2010 have been frustrating and
disappointing for many people. We were so excited to get done with 2009
and experience the creativity and fun that was promised for 2010. But
we've had to sort through and release some old stuff first to make sure
that what we create is fully in the new energy.
This can manifest as loosing interest is a project or dream that you have had for a long time. Perhaps you have wanted to start or expand a certain of healing work and now that modality feels dull or uninspiring. Or maybe you have been working on a website and now everything that you wrote and designed before feels wrong. This can play out in other areas of your life also, including relationships, body/health and where you live. It's like anything that still carries the old energy has to be released.
And
yet, where the hell is the new? It is very uncomfortable to be in that
empty place, where nothing is interesting, nothing is inspiring, nothing
is moving.
2010 is finally ready to start
Take
a deep breath now because things are starting to shift. Mars, the
planet of action, has been retrograde in Leo since mid-December. When a
planet is retrograde there is no outward expressing of the energy it
represents. We look back to earlier expressions and reevaluate and
release that which is no longer appropriate. When Mars is in its
retrograde cycle, we are forced to re-assess our current projects, our
approach to getting what we want, and our desire nature. Rather than
directly asserting our desires, we tend towards introspection. Leo is
all about confidence and radical self-love. With Mars retrograde in Leo
our self-confidence can take a real hit.
Mars is stationed
direct (appearing to be still before going forward again) on March 10th.
You should be feeling some energy and enthusiasm coming back into your
life. Projects that have been put on hold may finally take off during
the next few weeks. This change isn't instant, but gradually we will be
able to take action on our new energy creations again. Be open to new
ideas and potentials right now. Allow your mind and spirit to expand and
connect with your Greater Self to access the fabulous new energies and
possibilities that are flowing into our planet.
New Moon
in Pisces.
On March 15th, we had a beautiful New Moon
in Pisces. The Sun and the Moon were joined by Uranus (radical change),
Mercury (communications) and Jupiter (path to greatest expansion). This
will increase our ability to get things moving and to be able to
communicate clearly about our creations. And Mars, dancing boldly in
Leo, is in a helpful trine relationship with this New Moon. This is
starting to get the energy moving again.
Equinox and
Astrological New Year.
March 20th marks the beginning of
the astrological year, when the Sun enters Aries, the first sign of the
zodiac. This is also the Vernal Equinox, the first day of Spring the
Northern Hemisphere. This is a great time to set intentions for the
year. Ritual is one way to get in touch with this energy. It doesn't
have to be fancy, just whatever feels right to you.

Watch
out for impatience!
Remember the downside of the 3
energy this year, impatience and confusion. Especially with the "get it
done" planet, Mars moving forward again you need to avoid rash
decisions. Take a few breaths, count to ten, whatever it takes to get to
your calm center. Emotions will be running high so try to release (feel
and express) the intense emotions before making changes. You can use
the Emotion Gauge to determine if you are in a calm enough place to make
decisions. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the most intense, how
high is your emotional intensity? If it's above about a 3 or 4 this is
not a good time to do something you may regret. And remember that the
rest of the people are also under this influence, so patience (and
probably forgiveness) are needed.
