Blessings on your Journey, Brothers and Sisters! You walk the path of Universal Knowledge and your energy is strong. You have come to a place of knowing of your Authentic Self during this Journey. You have greater access to your Higher Consciousness and this provides you with information from those higher sources of knowledge. As we continue developing our higher awareness, many insights about ourselves begin to reveal. We can see how our energy responds to situations and interactions around us. We are listening for the guidance from the Higher Consciousness and must learn to discern what supports the Highest Good for all Creation; doing what is in your highest good is supporting the highest good for all. So, today let’s begin again with total personal responsibility, canceling contracts, etc and breaking spells and curses. Continue with forgiveness and release and call back your power to return to you and reunite with your Soul Essence. This is the foundation, stand tall on this foundation and expand your light, radiating bright. Share Love with yourself… I am Love and Kindness, Feel your roots, deep into our Mother… expanding and networking deep into the Earth’s core. Release into the Mother and accept all that she has to offer, allow the abundance that springs forth naturally to be received by you. Forgive and release all the past and step fully and completely, alive, vibrating and free into this Now moment. Breathe… Continue to develop a relationship with your Higher Self. Listen to what you have to say and more importantly, how you say it… What is the truth and how do I discern the Truth? Ask yourself these questions. What does the physical interface into the energy worlds tell me about my current moment? Is my body tense or relaxed? Awake or drowsy? Hot or cold? Guts churning or calm? Muscles twitching or prickly sensations? Come to know yourself… Higher consciousness communicates in many ways and is very personal in nature. You will be the one who knows… What brings you Joy? What brings you Bliss and Peace… Tranquility? What brings the abundance and how do you allow it to flow naturally into your life? When do you feel the most connected to your Higher Self? What activities have you done in the past that brings your closer to All that Is? What have you always wanted to do, but never felt you could? What are your dreams? Bring yourself into relationship with yourself… How would you cultivate a new friendship in the external world? It is no different, you need to learn about yourself and as you do, you will naturally begin to develop tools of discernment that work for you. Discernment is the ability to see the truth and your higher self, guides and helpers are all there to assist us in this. We are all aware that there is a tremendous amount of disinformation available to us at this time, so it is imperative to our development to cultivate discernment. As the light grows strong, throughout all times it has been shown that there are those out there that wish to possess it for themselves under the context of some fear-based reality. To plug us in, so as to feed a mass consciousness that is self-perpetuating and promotes denser vibrations. I have seen this to be other than for the highest good of all Creation and continue to cultivate my relationship to my higher consciousness. My Soul knows! This has been shown to me time and time again through synchronicity, signs and visions along the way. When I look back into the past, I see that they were always there… I was just to heavy and connected to a mass consciousness to be able to see them. It has only been since reclaiming my freedom from these systems and programming that I am more consistently able to see and hear everything that my Soul wants me to see. I continue to develop that relationship always and as it deepens I am brought to places of greater knowledge and understanding. Follow your energy today… Come out of your meditations this morning, clean and clear, with your Authentic Self shining bright. Feel your aliveness and vigor and create a touchstone or benchmark. Note the sensations, the thoughts, the awareness, the entirety of your being-ness right now. Write it down, draw a picture, record your voice, write a series of reminders to yourself that you can access if this “feeling” slips… Listen to your Soul and create what it tells you. Ask yourself how to remember what to do when the energy drops and you are pressed to do something other than your highest good,… YOU know. Life experience is Joy and Bliss and Creation! We are magnificent beings of Light and Love and are here to express that through the medium that is before us. When you find yourself in a situation where you sense there is a choice to make for your highest good, listen to yourself, connect to your Higher Consciousness and breathe… The answer will come to you, trust in you as you will know. Blessings on your Journey, Brothers and Sisters. Your conscious choosing of this path is no accident. You are remembering. You are beginning to see and call to question a great many things around you. This is the natural thing. Vibrations are rising and we are all feeling it. There is nothing to do, but let go… The old ways are crumbling off of you, the tower is falling. There is no need for great heights or large domains. It is only necessary to be present and in your Authentic Being. This is where it all happens, the energy that manifests our reality is zero point. Aligned to it, everything structures to the vibration of original creation… Love. Today, on our Journey to Remembering we reach out for the hand of our inner child. Call out and find the child in you. He or she is there, in the shadows, wondering if it is ok to come out. The child knows. Just look at the next infant you see, look into their eyes from your Authentic place and you will see. They know, the veil non-existent for most of them, non-ordinary reality is what they perceive until social conditionings start to take hold. Find your inner child, the one who saw all the fantastic things that non-ordinary reality shows us. They have been with us this whole time, in the shadows, mine was… very much afraid to come out to play. I stifled him after I was trained to push his ideas aside. Hopes and dreams squashed by the oppression of someone else’s views. Well, no more! I have found and healed my inner child. He sits next to me now always, peacefully rocking in his chair… this links to the Journey related to my childhood chair. He shows me that all is wondrous and he is very creative. I listen to him and together we create. I allow him to be with me and he rounds out my being. He brings me to wholeness. He is helping me to remember… So, in your practice today, shine the light of your Love and Authentic Energy so bright as to bring your inner child out of the shadows. Bring your vibration up, raising the frequency into higher light energy, closing yours eyes see this light bright and strong and watch as your inner child walks into it. Do the work and your child will return. Forgive and release all the times you went against Creation. Take total personal responsibility for all thoughts, words and actions created in any lifetime or reality. Cancel all contracts, vows and agreements that went against your highest good made in any lifetime or reality. Free yourself and see yourself standing there radiating the light. That is you. That is your light, the light. Stand tall in your presence and tell your child within that all is good, that you are older and wiser now and that you are better able to stand in Truth. It is safe for them to return. Tell them they are welcome and you will release all the past energies to create space for them to return. Ask them to come home… Welcome Home… Take your practice deeper today, and in that depth find you the child within you. Bring them home and start to rebuild your relationship. Allow some creative expression to come to the surface and you may be inclined to write, sing, dance, hike… something you haven’t done fully since you were a child. Go to the park, a playground, sit by a lakeshore, swim… Do something, fully present and aware, that you did as a child. Get some crayons and construction paper… Stay in your light and draw out your child… Bring them into the light of your awareness and into your presence… Reconnect and remember, they have much wisdom to share. Woke up this morning with a huge (no, not that....
inspiration, and typed another seven pages to my novel. Then botched fitness watching Discovery, and came home to an empty house to write another 3 or 4 pages. By the time I was just about finished, the mailman brought me the contracts for my new novel, to be signed and returned to the publisher. And you won't believe the syncs that exploded into my awareness then:
First of all the stamps: I had two, both 44+22 eurocents. That wasn't enough, so I walked to the Read Shop to get some more. It needed EXACTLY two more, of 44 eurocents each. And knowing that at least one of the Nows in the novel is in 4444AD, I couldn't help laugh out loud!
Before dropping an envelope into a mailslot, I always look at it once more, and then suddenly noticed something else:
Now these are Dutch/English word jokes, so they may need some explaining: First of all there is Heerenwaard, the street address. Having noted that the proceeds of an eventual movie deal are split 50-50, and me always having had a preference for the female half of creation, it all of a sudden occurred to me that Herenwaard literally translates to 'Gentleman's Worth'. So whatever I do, my Publisher has already made sure he gets his fair cut. Not that I would deny him that, but I've always seen business as a guy's world, and I wasn't particularly fond of it. But you see how Nature is perfectly balanced.....
Then the city naam, Zoetermeer. Literally translated it says 'SweeterMore', which also spells perfection to me....

Blessed Are You BELOVED ONES! We Greet You with a Heart-Felt Welcome, Welcome One & All.
We invite each of you to take a moment here to settle into your chairs and become comfortable. And as you begin to settle into your seats feel your body being supported at this time.
We invite you to focus on your breath now and for the next few minutes as you quiet the mind leaving your cares of the day behind you as you breathe in the stillness of Peace into your Being as you breathe into your heart. Breathe with us now for the next few moments.
Allow your focus to settle into your Heart Center, into the Sanctuary of Your Sacred Heart Center as you continue to breathe. CURRENT INFLUENCES
The Photon Energies is much lower this month, yet the energies are much gentler than past cycles when the Photon Energy has dropped this low. We are continually being "refined" by these cycles of "ebbing and flowing" in the Waves of Light.
The healing of the Mental & Emotional bodies continues to be the "subject" or "focus" of our Journey through Ascension. Family, loved ones, friends & the work place will continue to mirror to each of us just where we are still stuck in duality and where ego is ruling our lives. The beautiful part of this is, all of these areas will also mirror to us where we have found BALANCE in our lives and where we are functioning from our hearts and not the mental energies of the ego intellect that always need to be right.
Many are still experiencing a rewire, however to a lesser degree than previously as this rewire phase is reaching completion. Which is good, many of us are ready for a "pause" to regroup and integrate the new energies. Many of you are already experiencing the new levels of awareness and inner communication arriving for each of you.
Those of you who are still feeling isolated and feeling the need to sleep a lot, do not concern yourselves. During these periods your Higher Self is doing much work on inner levels with the Consciousness Grids of the Planet. So simply be gentle with yourselves knowing you have been working the "Night Shift" on the Consciousness Grids.
Many have continued to feel challenged by ongoing Life Lessons as the energies have continued to accelerate in clearing the Mental & Emotional Bodies for the individual and well as the Group Consciousness. The increasing frequencies of Light are pushing all of us to transform, transmute and adapt to the incoming Waves of Light. For those who are less conscious they will be acting out that which is in need of clearing, those of us who are choosing to remain more conscious will have the "pleasure" of clearing out all that is need of resolution and balancing.
Now is a perfect time to eliminate and release the old, outworn, outdated and obsolete in our lives. We will be urged to let go of old attitudes, communication and thinking patterns that no longer serve our purpose. We may feel the need to re-evaluate our needs for security and asked to eliminate rigid emotions that no longer serve us. This is an excellent time to undergo an internal form of house cleaning, and look into ourselves to determine exactly what we do and do not need.
Since the recent Equinox of March 21 most of us have felt an increased intensity in the energies around relationships in general, all relationships, for life experience is all a relationship to something/someone else. Most of us have noticed that everything "feels" a bit different than in the past, yet "appearances" have not changed much. For myself personally even though the energies have certainly "shifted" what I have noticed as being different than in the "past" is how the "Aries" energies are much softer than in years past, and I am able to move through the intensity with greater ease than before. We are certainly in "New Territory" so to speak.
But don't hold your breath.... We are moving into a potentially intense time. There are some very powerful alignments later this summer, living in your heart is the only answer to moving through the times ahead. We will not go into the Astrology of it all here as our Channel is not an Astrologer and that would be too intricate for her mind to process.
(Please remember here Dear Ones as we cover the potential intensity ahead that you are the Creators of Your own Reality and have been given the Birthright of having Dominion over your Life and your Reality, that said let us proceed)
We can see & hear intensity in the news and media groups. We can witness the emotional turmoil among the US Citizens as President Obama's Healthcare Plan passed. We can also see the intensity in the recent storms, earthquakes, potential tsunami etc. (Remember Dear Ones that All is in Perfect Divine Order even when you have not understood the Perfection yet). Remember that each Soul has a Blueprint and those who leave in large groups during these horrendous events are their Plan. Have compassion for their families yet, know that all is in Perfection. These Souls are simply going to be experiencing from the other side of the veil now.
Many can also see some of the intensity in the lives of people you know (or very possibly even ourselves), as decisions that need to be made are up-front and center in your world. Many are moving in new directions, whether it refers to one's home or place of residence, as well as the work place.
For those who have denied any of your heart-centered needs, you will feel these needs push themselves into your awareness even stronger than before. All energy that is in need of resolution will find a way to manifest the desired outcome. Any of you who have experienced feeling overwhelmed or overloaded and as if you have reached your limits (physically, emotionally, or mentally), are looking to find a new way. Remember to ask to be shown the way... Then... Watch & Listen for the synchronicities of life to show you the way.
Now is the time to find the courage to follow your hearts lead. Love yourself enough to make the choices needed to free yourself from "Old Energy Patterns of Experience". Now is the time to overcome your "fear of the consequences" whatever they may be. These are times when our heart's choices take the reins.
Mercury will be entering a retrograde phase between April 17-May 11. This will be a period to reveiw, reorganize, redo items you are currently working on. Be very aware if you must sign contracts to read everything carefully before signing. Be aware that misunderstandings are often experienced and clarify that you understand what you are hearing.
Now is a perfect time to organize your thought processes around making these potential changes. Take a sheet of paper make 2 columns, PRO'S & CON'S. This will help you to actually SEE the benefits of making a change, rather than continuing to procrastinate. "Make Note" of the fears you may have, and look closely at the benefits you will receive if you work through your fear. When there is clarity the solutions will align and you will "Shift" your perspectives.
We are integrating great waves of higher frequency and now is a perfect time to Observe Everything in our outer lives as an indicator of our inner vibrational relationship and partnership with Soul. The question of "How am I feeling in this Now Moment" is the Most Profound Key to understanding the vibrational match we have with the thought or feeling of the people, places and work environments in our lives. For those who find themselves feeling less than a perfect match we invite you to spend more time each day in developing your Inner Relationship with Soul.
DEVELOPING A DEEPER CONNECTION WITH SOUL
The most important thing for anyone to do right now is to develop your inner communication with your Soul. Many of you have an open channel with your Soul. For those who have this connection and are not using it currently we encourage you to resume this relationship now more than ever. You will find this ultimately important as we move forward in the days ahead.
Automatic Writing is one of the most powerful forms of communication to open up as a way to communicate with your Soul. This will also expand any connection you may already have with Soul.
We invite you to sit down with a pen/pencil & paper available and then to state your intentions out loud.
Then close your eyes as though you are about to go into a meditation. Take several deep cleansing breaths and just before you begin to go more deeply into the meditative state open your eyes and just allow the pen/pencil to move in whatever manner the energies bring through, if you need to close your eye again just to re-enforce the energies then please do so at any time in the process...
Don't judge what comes out, don't worry about your penmanship, or punctuation... simply allow the words to just flow out. You will be surprised at what a powerful tool Automatic Writing can be! We recommend keeping a notebook, file, or journal of these writings as they will prove to be very "enlightening" as you reflect back on them at a later time.
As you develop the Automatic Writing you will expand the "portal" of communication in your brain. After having used Automatic Writing for a while, soon you will be able to just have regular conversations with Soul on a regular basis without the need for Automatic Writing, and yes even you can do this! At one time we all communicated in this way and will again. This is telepathic communication. (The benefits of Automatic Writing act like "a Chimney Sweep", cleaning out the "proverbial cobwebs" of the mind.)
ABOVE ALL ELSE, TRUST THE PROCESS! AND TRUST YOURSELF!
CREATING GREATER CLARITY IN PERSONAL MASTERY
What we would like to expand on at this time, is a greater understanding of what it means to "Integrate Polarity".
We have discussed achieving the "Neutral Zone" as we wish to call it today. This means not becoming polarized in opposition to anything. Now the "main point" we wish to focus on today is that this is not achieved by IGNORING polarity/duality.
If you will refer back to our messages on "The Power of Conscious Choice" and how by Mastering the Art of the "Observer Self" or "The Silent Witness. What this implies is Consciously Choosing to be "Fully Present in the Now Moment" and not functioning in " Auto Pilot" mode.
By continually choosing to be in "the Now Moment" we are witnessing each moment and being "fully present" which enables such clarity as to be aware of what our choices are in any given moment. We can divert a potential disagreement, or argument with an individual who may not be quite as conscious in that moment, by simply choosing not to go into a reactionary mode of needing to defend one-self, or needing to be right.
You may find yourself not able to understand the other persons point of view in that moment, yet the Key is not to "judge" that persons perceptions. In that moment use whatever method you prefer to transform/transmute the energies of polarity. My choice is simply to stop and breathe into my heart, or when more deeply triggered to use the Violet Flame of Transmutation to burn off any polarity in that moment.
A beautiful practice that I only know in a minimal way is to use the
Hawaiian Healing Practice of "Ho 'O Pono Pono". Which goes like this:
"Thank You, I'm Sorry, Please Forgive Me, I love You".
In my perception this is a perfect way to "neutralize" polarity issues. All anyone ever wants is to feel loved and accepted.
The Beauty of "Ho 'O Pono Pono" is, when you say "Thank You", you are expressing your Gratitude to the individual for being given the opportunity to CHOOSE LOVE and to Master in That Now Moment the Perfection of Neutrality and Balance.
As you say "I'm Sorry", the other person feels acknowledged, while on the other hand you are also saying you are sorry to yourself as well for not having been more fully conscious and present in that Now Moment.
"Please Forgive Me", honors the other person as it honors you, for most often we do not recognize that we are usually unhappy with ourselves when we may have "played out" for another person that their feelings have been overlooked somehow.
Any time we say "I Love You" is a healing to all involved and nourishes the Unity of which we are all a part.
If you find it infinitely impossible in a given situation to move into this space, a position that can neutralize a situation is to simply say. "Let us just agree to disagree on this matter, and I Love You", and move past the need to CONTROL another Being or situation. Realize that any need to control reveal an unconscious level of fear that has not been resolved.
When One is in a state of Balance within the "Neutral Zone", this means you have no need to create attachment cords, control circumstantial outcomes or engage in karmic relationships that energetically feed off of something external to yourself. This can look like the need to control another. This can look like judging another. This will also look like anger, or resentment or any expression of Duality Consciousness.
As we move forward on the Ascension Path it is of upmost importance to become "Self Contained" without the "need" to be attached to another emotionally or energetically. This is very challenging in family and intimate relationships to achieve, yet is a very important part of "Self Mastery". It is not to diminish the Love you have for anyone, it is to achieve freedom from "dependency" so that you may attain your Full Sovereignty as an integrated Divine Human who is whole unto themselves.
And so in last month's message we brought into focus the GREAT IMPORTANCE of LOVING THE SELF. As you refine your ability to Love Yourself you move into greater levels of Self Mastery and Balance enabling you to function in the "Neutral Zone" more, and more.
Spend time each day reflecting on the Truth of Your Being re-enforcing the TRUTH, THAT YOUR ESSENCE IS LOVE. Breathe this Essence of Your Own Light into your Being daily for it Nourishes your body and your Soul Essence and assists in building the Light Body. TRUST with a PASSION THE LOVE THAT YOU ARE, for this will nourish your Mental Body and Emotional Body as you find your Perfect Balance within. RE-MEMBER THAT YOU ARE GOD INDIVIDUALIZED AS YOU!

Since the last update, we are definitely still grounding, grounding, grounding. Ouch.
We are basically being drilled into the earth...hence all the unbelievable leg, back & neck pains... while experiencing earth activations and the opening of major chakras and higher octaves of universal intelligence...all of which is providing us with the option to openly reveal our true nature as fully integrated beings of love.
Roughly speaking, in the space of time provided for the finalization of these major activations, many of us will be presented with swift and grand opportunities to align with our next level creations and share our gifts and expertise with the world.
In the mere moments ahead... mainly the time cycle that is presenting itself through the remainder of this sacred season of completion (from the equinox until the summer solstice)...those with contracts to serve the higher good in physical ways are quickening and beginning to put their newly acquired universal intelligence into tangible form.
From this perspective, those who have had limited access to the earthly dimensions, the grounded energies and applications needed to live a fulfilling life, will be once again in the throes of great earthly support and forward movement.
New Earth Rules of Conduct
There is a celestial timeline of completion rapidly approaching that will sever all energetic ties to the lower dimensional field matrices for those who have completed their "inner" work. These souls will be freed from disharmonious energies and aligned with the source of greater potential to apply their "inner" work to the "outer" world.
Those who have completed the journey into oneness ... the forerunners in ascended consciousness...will not necessarily be provided with "rules of conduct" for new earth living, however. (mostly because we make this part up) This is notable because for those of you who have completed the "work", honored your personal evolution and the sacred laws of creation, you will be progressing at speeds and levels previously unknown to the human experience. In fact, this quickening process may have already begun for you.
I am hearing that this information is not to warn or discourage us from forward movement, but to make us aware of how effortlessly and fast energy works in alignment with "right timing" and without karmic resistance in the upper realms of human consciousness. This fast moving energy is the energy of a fully reconnected being. Pretty exciting stuff....well, except for all those lingering physical symptoms....
Creative Surges
The next level of creation...the physical manifestation phase...is what we have been tirelessly working toward for so so so freaking long. It is the proverbial reaping of our meticulously cultivated crops. This stage of creation will be an acute reflection of the mastery that we honed through relentless hardship and in many ways, will feel like the next logical step on your journey. This phase gives us the key to unlock the gates to the ripening fruits of all our divine labors.
There are many opportunities beginning to surface for us to explore new potentials in physcial form... a plethora of new ideas will be gifted to those tapped into the new matrix and through the reunion of soul family, these ideas will begin to quickly materialize in astonishing ways.
All this information coming at us can be a bit overwhelming if you are in tune with these surges of creativity. They can come on sudden and strong, so you may find it helpful to rely on the earthy energies surrounding us at this time to keep balanced and at peace with these tidal waves of new and exciting ideas. For the next few weeks there will literally be a multitude of creative endeavors swimming in the hearts and minds of awakened souls everywhere. These ideas will inevitably bring the physical framework and new earth structures into full form and it will be the first wave of partcipating souls who will have the role of relaying these concepts to the world for the next act in this r-evolutionary play.
The Script-less Play
Each of us has a unique part in this divine play, but the beauty in its creation comes from our ability to write it as we live it...real time creation. This is because there is nothing in place here...no rules, no guidelines, no structure, no format...only the fluid fields of creative potential waiting to manifest through us, into form.
The pioneers who will lay the laws of this new land...the purified vessels of Source creation...are the first to have access to it and are arriving now to announce and proclaim our individual visions of this beautiful new earth. As each of us applies our individualized vision of perfection in this fertile soil, we will be awestruck at the rate and ease by which things grow.
What Now?
Right now we are finishing up a particularly arduous and physically painful cycle of grounding and detox, and while learning how to master the application of our new perceptions in the physical world. Everything now is about bringing our point of perceptual awareness to the physical realms of creation and learning how our expanded potential fits into our cellular form.
This new framework by which we are learning to operate is familiar, yet new...operational, yet dormant...mundane, yet other-wordly. It is the juxtaposition of these energies that are now merging into one...where spirit meets matter... with the sobering realization that we have come full-circle and that nothing, yet everything, has changed. Our outward life may or may not look the same, but suddenly the eyes we are looking thru are not.
This grounding business is almost like waking from a dream by which we were removed from reality and tortured for a decade and then popped back into our life again to make sense of it all. It can be confusing, foreign and strange...you may be wondering "where you have been" and "why you were even on this journey" as you look around you with no connection to what is your so-called-life.
Undoubtedly, life is growing increasingly more surreal by the moment...very Truman-show-esque...but this will pass as we settle into ourselves fully. During the early stages of awakening we are deliberately removed from life-as-usual as all of our energy is focused on developing the upper energy centers, expanding our consciousness and developing our higher aspects.
As we complete the reconnection phase we drop back down into our lives and bodies and begin to work within the physical dimensions again...albeit with our new and expanded sense of self. This is why it may seem that we are waking from a dream because tho we were on the earth during the last several years, we were not fully participating in it.
It will definitely take some acclimating to understand how all of our inner-schooling will apply to the outer-world, right now we just need to take one step at a time and help our still-morphing-bods to catch up. As we begin to practice using our authentic selves in our daily living, things will get interesting...for sure. We will realize that we bump up against familiar situtions, people and places...but with a new way of seeing, being and experiencing. We will notice a significant increase in confidence, a surety we haven't had in a VERY long time...or ever.
As we climb back into these changing bodies we are starting to see the magnitude of what we have accomplished...mainly because we finally have a context for it now that we can relate to the outside world. In fact, we are beginning to see this whole remembering-our-divinity game as more real and as a result, those around us will now begin to respond to us in different ways.
Because we are becoming more certain and assured of who we are, where we've been and where we are going, we will now have a greater impact and believability as the masters we truly are. In other words, we are beginning to really SEE, understand & know ourselves...the whole of who we are...for the first time. This new clarity is also enabling us to understand more fully how others see and relate to us...whereas for the last several years, we were so immersed in the process, we couldn't see outside of it.
Practically Speaking
We are at a major crossroads...a turning point...and literally bumping elbows with our new lives. Many of us are about to take a serious step in the direction of our long held dreams and heartfelt desires...and once we do, there will be no turning back to the life we knew. Amen to that.
This means a lot of "spring cleaning" and practical, down to earth biz...a time to bring old projects to completion and to hone new projects to perfection. It is also a time to harness the multitude of incoming ideas and information (at the very least, write them down) for our new beginnings and the start of a brand new life. A time of review is also upon us with Mercury going retrograde on the 17th and will best be put to use thru reorganizing and restructuring our foundations once more before building the new framework upon it.
We are being completely supported to create a radically different life for ourselves...one that is based on the full integration of our authenticity, but very grounded in earthly structure with the blessing of the divine masculine energy here now to support the free-flowing energy of the divine feminine that we have been nursing for so long.
Renaissance Revival
Those who will be utilizing the new earth freqeucny codes for the purposes of enjoying a better way to live will be those who are providing others with the inspiration, scope and understanding of whats possible as a whole and integrated being. We are not only approaching a time of inspired work, but a time of inspired play...a time to make life beautiful and fun again...a time to resort to our childish ways of playfulness, imaginative creativity and to induldge in the deeply physical and sensual pleasures of life.
Beginning at the end of April... and in light of our renewed physical desires... there will be strong celestial support for beauty and healing. Akin to a modern Renaissance period we will begin to witness new levels and highly inspired creations of art, architecture, music and even some creative sciences at the fore.
We are being supported to integrate new systems that support uninhibited creation, love and beauty, reconnecting with our bodies again, and working from the sacred connection between spirit & matter...a time to honor our own power...to finally and fully create a beautiful and abundant life here on earth.
In addition to all this feel-good stuff, many new gifts of our multidimensional aspects are beginning to pop through, and in some cases are taking us to greater levels of expertise in our known field or talents. These gifts may come as a complete surprise, or may be a part of you that you were vaguely in tune with...either way, they are now surfacing for us to fully explore and share.
What Next?
Planetarily and numerologically speaking... if April is all about stillness & inner exploration, then May will be about stepping further out into action. Our inner renewal process will wind-up (after Mercury goes direct) and our outer transformations will begin to solidify...maybe even through the ability to adhere to a routine!...remember what that is?
We will continue to have access to really supportive earth energy that is grounding, stable and practical and we should be able to move into a new life-rhythm with greater ease. The new moon last night was a potent (and really painful) blast of the energy that is literally pushing us on our new path. This energy can be felt in every cell of our bodies and is restructuring our daily lives on fundamental levels, helping us to create new balanced systems for living...both personally and collectively.
From now until July we will have the opportunity and support to continue tying up our loose ends, finish up our healing, resolve any unresolved personal issues and while simultaneously launching the first phase of our new-level lives and creations.

The unseens are hammering two things in my brain:
1) A great divide will soon be very noticeable in the world and those who are activated and cleared are beginning to hold a very bright light for newly awakening souls.
2) This cycle we are entering is a time of great power... but also great responsibility. Those with pure hearts and minds will feel driven in ways that will uplift and inspire large masses of people during the continuation of great planetary dismantling. It is their wish that those with the gifts of ascended earth use them wisely and consciously to prepare the foundation of a new society based in love, sovereignty and with strong structures of support for the many who will need it.

We are energy beings; vibrating at different frequencies we move through this experience aware or unaware of this fact. There are many scientific proofs of this, however certainly hasn’t been consider mainstream science. There are those out there in the world today who are living examples of this phenomena. They are the Heroes of the Now. They are the ones who are bringing consciousness to Humanity. We can look to these beings who have truly embraced a new reality that has been available for all time and see what is in store for the Human Race.
We, as a species, are evolving into something new, something so beautiful and creative as to propel a giant leap in the evolution of mankind. We are at this place, teetering it seems on the fulcrum, at the tipping point with all the mass of the past pressing us to that place where it all changes. This, I have seen in my Journeys. This, others have seen, as well in their own way. The messages are clear and the guidance is strong.
We are moving towards the Shift, consciously or not, the choice is Now. Becoming aware of our True Nature and how we dance to the rhythms of Universe is a step on the way to Higher Consciousness. We have done that. We can look around, stripped bare to the Light of this Body and see the Truth of the Natural World. We are that, Nature. Look past the objects created for our apparent need and see the True Nature of All that IS.
Creation, it is all around, one must only look beyond the illusion created by the ego and influenced by mass consciousness and societal boundaries, to see it. Reach out right now with your hands, close your eyes and interact with the energy of creation. Like water in your hands, flowing through open fingers… cup your hands and hold it for a moment. With each breath feel it expanding and contracting, pulsing in your hands it is the life force, creation energy that surrounds and permeates all.
Today, on our Journey, as we take total personal responsibility for all our thoughts, words and actions, cancel contracts, vows and agreements and break all spells and curses recognize that in this moment you are free. You are part of Creation and Creation itself… On this Journey we must learn to Forgive and release those places in our past that we have bound ourselves to. We must let it go, through a process of forgiveness and release that is very personal in nature. It is your process… Stop here for a moment and breathe. Cycle through a few breaths and allow this to sink in…
This is your experience and you make it yours by doing. Today, create your process to forgive and release. You will know it is working when you get lighter. When your energy begins to expand in all directions and you can feel it radiating from your heart, you will know.
My experience with this process is that it is deep and transformative and much healing has come from it. I have found places that I was still connected to energetically that anchored my now experience to an event, situation or timeline in the past. I was experiencing something that was being filtered and influenced by the past and I found that I was not fully present. In Soul Retrieval, we Journey to search for those places and bring them into balance with Love and Kindness, returning energy to us now so we can become whole again. We use our emotions to serve as coordinates, markers that lead the way to the original fracture, so as to heal and bring the energy back into wholeness, rather than act out our them out in negative and harmful ways.
What releases the bind is forgiveness and release.
So, today we forgive ourselves… Go deep into your meditation today and align with Creation. Connect to the vibration of the Universe, the frequency of Love and work with it. See yourself as One with Creation, be One… There is no other and forgive. Let it go, see the chunks breaking free and falling away crumbling into nothing and everything returning to Creator for recycling stuck energy fades away and is replaced by the energy of Creation in this Divine Union with Creator.
Make it yours, work it. We call it doing the work for a reason, but what joyful and rewarding work it is. Come into alignment now with Creator, breath in the life energy that surrounds you always and let it go… See all the times in your life experiences where you have gone against creation and allow those blockages to dissolve, as you work the energy of forgiveness and release.
Forgive you. Say it out loud… I forgive and release you, your name . Go where the energy guides you, see your connections to those past events dissolve and the energy returning to you in a golden white light. See it return to you and fill the spaces left by the releasing energy. See this exchange in your own way and work with it… Coach and encourage yourself during this process, as you have access to your Higher Consciousness and Guides. Allow this process to work as you work with it. Allow the emotions to come into your awareness, connect to them only long enough to see what your need to see, then commence the forgiveness. Ask Creator to show you the way, if you like. Allow your True Nature to show you… You know.

It is right here all around us if we drop all constructs and allow the Truth to shine bright. Our True Nature is that of Love and Kindness. All else is an illusion created over time to keep us from seeing. We created it with the collective consciousness, it is what it is and now it is crumbling. Wow, here we are already 5 days into this wonderful Journey, with incredible insight and discovery. As you can see this practice is somewhat cumulative in nature often being described as peeling the layers of the onion we dig deeper every moment. Each of our previous days experience becomes foundation for the moment at hand. We are in the process of re-training ourselves to ’see’ differently as many have been conditioned to see what the governing society wants us to see. It is an illusion and as we begin to peel away the layers to reveal more information a new world opens to us… We must let it, to be sure… We must want it from the depth of our beings. It is a commitment to ourselves and we continue now.
Come into your awareness, the practice, right now however you are. Bring yourself to this present moment and begin to breathe consciously. Take total personal responsibility and cancel contracts, etc and give yourself some time to meditate. Find your center, that radiant core from which your being moves with Divine purpose. Bring all of your awareness to right now, notice all of your surroundings… Open your eyes and look around. What do you see? Where are you? at work, the office, at the airport? How close are you to our Mother Earth? Are you standing on her now? Are you grounded?
Write in your journal the sensations you are experiencing now. Focus your awareness to how grounded you feel. Allow that to hold whatever meaning it does for you and describe your sensations. Just open the floodgates and let that pen float across the page or your fingertips fly across the keyboard. Write it out, now while it is fresh in your experience.
I remember when I was working at a large government office, often I would enter the building at 5:00 am and never touch the Earth for the next 10 hours… Sure there were windows, but I was inside with all that energy, all those vibrations and no way to ground out and reconnect with the vibrations of our Earth Mother. When I did go outside, I was completely unaware of any natural surroundings as often I carried the issues from inside to out. Is this your experience?
After you have finished your journaling, step outside and onto the Earth. Stand barefoot on the ground if you can and close your eyes. Align your body comfortably and relax… draw your shoulder blades back and align your center axis. Breathe. Feel a connection to the Mother extending beyond your feet… roots, energetic roots that go deep, down and into the core of our beautiful planet, our home. Feel those roots strengthen and grow, allowing energy to exchange between you and Earth’s core. Feel the vibration of the Universe flowing through her, aligning your vibrations with it. Allow any negative energies, dark or shadow thoughts and emotions to drain out those roots. With conscious effortless effort ‘push’ those things you wish to leave out through your roots and allow them to dissipate into the ground…
Open your eyes and notice what you feel. Look around you for natural Earth relations. Look for the birds and trees, the grass and flowers. Hear the freedom songs the birds are singing, inhale the life energy or prana and feel it’s tingle on your skin… Open your nostrils and smell deeply for the purity of the life’s breath. Find a tree and place your hands on it’s skin… Feel the life energy flowing through this magnificent creation, feel your connection to it. Look at it’s leaves, introduce yourself… This tree is your brother or sister, it is part of all creation and perfect in it’s nature. Find a stone and see it’s elderly wisdom, pick it up and hold it close to your heart.
Today, connect with the Earth. Share it’s strength and power, feel her pulsing, vibrant and alive with the natural vibrations of the Universe. This is our home, this planet we stand on. Root deeply into this awareness. See all the Earth relations with new sight. Do the flowers strive to be any more than they are, beauty in the moment… Are the birds singing songs of gossip or ballads of despair? Does water flow uphill? Look around and take notice of things you may never have actually been aware of.
Presence yourself in nature today and stand effortlessly and gracefully on your Mother Earth. Write about this experience on a new page of your journal. Notice your sensations and thoughts, your clarity and peace of mind. Do you feel different than before? Did you feel the release or grounding? Allow yourself to really explore your experience and share if you are so inclined.
Any time you may be feeling a little off, return to your home… Stand on the Earth and ground…

View Article Here Read More Today we begin… Right here and now, we take total personal responsibility and cancel contracts, etc. We breathe and find our center. We meditate. With these simple steps we have opened a doorway to reclaim our minds. The past two days experiences have given a glimpse of what can be achieved with daily practice. As we progress, weave the previous days experiences into more intricate patterns during your day. Catch yourself as you commute to work. Someone challenges you on the road, send Love. Breathe consciously for a few minutes for every hour worked. Bring these new awarenesses into your life. We have started to reclaim our mind and now we begin to support our bodies. What do you eat? Do you know where it comes from? Do you know what it is made of? Can you pronounce all the ingredients? Do you look at the ingredients? Are you completely aware of the food and beverages you ingest on a daily basis? Are you conscious in this area of your life? Is your food prepared in a Loving manner? This can be a very profound experience, so here we go… Shine the light of your awareness into the area of your personal diet, eating and drinking habits. Begin your quest for the Truth. Come to know the things that you put into your Temple, the Body. Become intimately aware. If you don’t know what it is, find out. Perhaps you will be surprised to find out that much of our mass processed and distributed “food” is pretty devoid of nutrition and more importantly, life energy. So, today I ask you to take stock of the situation. Get your journal to the ready, keep it close by all day and become an investigator. Check everything you are inclined to eat and drink. Know what it is before. Ask the questions… From personal experience I can share that I was very addicted to fast food and other very unhealthy and “unnatural” foods. Today I can barely eat out with the rampant infusion of artificial ingredients, corporate greed and unconscious food preparation so prevalent in many restaurants today. I have seen the food services industry in a new light and it has completely changed my life, health and vitality. So, please become keenly aware of your intake. Today, find and commit to a detox program. There are many products and supplements out there, find what resonates with you. Drink lots of clean, pure, fresh water and label your water bottles with short inspirational inscriptions or words such as Love, Gratitude, Peace, Balance, Abundance, Success, Highest Good, Trust… You get it. Water becomes structured and takes on the resonant frequency of these words, so when you drink it your body which is mostly water takes on these frequencies as well… Investigate… google: messages from water Consider everything… Start right now. What did you eat and drink since you got up this morning. Write it down. A pattern will emerge. You will discover something about yourself that was previously not known. You will awaken in you a desire to know what is going into your Temple and as your practice deepens your tolerance for impurity may and likely will change. I have come to discover that our bodies are made to function perfectly. We just need to fuel them in the right way. So, today… Eat something local, organic, fresh and prepared consciously. You will find it or you will make it, either way bring consciousness into your diet, find and start an internal cleanse program and become a food investigator. It’s your body… the only one you get this go ’round. No matter where you are on your path your body will respond to this change. Today we meditate… But, first let’s review what we did yesterday. Total personal responsibility and cancelation of contracts, vows agreements, spells and curses is a HUGE step. This declaration of your will allows for the energy to free up and provide much better access to your Soul. Always continue to take these declarations deeper and deeper until they become a part of your being. Consider for a moment what these words mean and you will begin to see just how powerful words can be. Allow yourself to truly feel to the core of your being what is happening as a result of your declaration. Stand Tall in the light that you are. See yourself as a radiant being perfectly positioned in time and space to experience exactly what you need to learn and grow. Allow the energy, right now in this moment to expand into your consciousness and be right here with it. What is happening around you, in your world, that is important for you to see and understand? Take total personal responsibility for all your thoughts, words and actions right now. How will you be in this moment? Powerful stuff... In order to work with this energy, we need to still or quiet the mind. The mind is an active place for those just beginning on the path, filled with notions that are rooted in the past. Today commit to a practice of meditation. This is a very personal practice and can take many forms, you will find what works for you. Today, we begin very simply with the breath. Deep breathing that trains our body to use our entire lungs for this very important bodily function. Here we go... Find a comfortable place, free from distractions. Perhaps some soothing instrumental music, but stay away from lyrics, or an outdoor location with the sounds of nature as your background. I recommend Heavenly Hygiene a shamanic mediation. A sample can be listened to here. Disconnect from the outside world, turn off cell phones, disable computer notifications, put up a sign on the door so other family members know to allow you some space... Make sure you will be free from outside distractions for the entirety of the experience. Are you ready? Let's begin. Sit comfortably on the floor or chair, keeping your head, neck and spine in vertical alignment. Relax. Start by bringing awareness to your breath. Follow it. See where it goes. In your comfortable position just breathe normally for a few minutes. Notice what your breath feels like. Is it deep and full, sinking into your belly or shallow and light staying high in your chest? Is it smooth, flowing freely or is it tight and constricted? Are you breathing through your nose or mouth? Take inventory of these sensations... Anytime your awareness strays to something other than your breath, gently guide it back. Beginning meditation can be fun and exciting if we let it. Of course there is a thought stream and yes you will be distracted. That is all part of the experience. How do you feel now? Are you peaceful and serene? Happy and Joyful? Frustrated with other things to do. What is that mind trying to tell you? Begin to deepen your breath now, making a conscious effort to inhale deeply through your nose and allowing your belly to expand filling your lungs completely. As that breath comes to it's fullest point without strain, relax and exhale through your mouth with pursed lips so there is a slight pressure and a "blowing" sound. There is a great example on that sample track... Cycle this breath now for a few minutes. Again, keep your attention and focus on your breathing, gently guiding it back when it strays. Visualize yourself in a peaceful and serene setting where all that is happening is stillness and breath. See yourself in this place, smiling and bright. See yourself just being in the beautiful moment, conscious, present and aware. Continue this breath work for as long as you can breathing with the flow of the universe. See yourself as the observer of the action, see the peace and tranquility that this practice is generating. See your creation... That's it... Just sit quietly and breathe. Try to do it for as long as you can sustain your focus. Just breathe. Our minds may try and tell us something very different... I must be doing something, it may say... __________________... Fill in the blank. I know there will be a dialogue. Your journaling tools are nearby, so get them and use them. Tell the page what just happened. What did you experience? How did you Feel? Were there physical sensations? Was your thought stream clear? These are all important signs to pay attention to. Write them down now, immediately after your meditation. Stay clear and present in the time after the meditation as additional things may come up. Be present and aware and remember the experience. Stillness is such an important component to this growth process. It is something that we have a difficult time achieving as we have been run around so much in the external world. Oftentimes we forget just how important it is to take the time to connect with our Higher Consciousness. You have done so now in this moment. Savor it and carry it with you today and always. As your practice grows, your meditation will become yours. You will find the right place, time and method that works for you. I am sending this to a number of friends and that includes conservatives, liberals, and everybody in between. Even though we disagree on a number of issues, I count all of you as friends. My friend and neighbor wants to promote a "Congressional Reform Act of 2010".. It would contain eight provisions, all of which would probably be strongly endorsed by those who drafted the Constitution and the Bill of Rights..
I know many of you will say, "this is impossible". Let me remind you, Congress has the lowest approval of any entity in Government, now is the time when Americans will join together to reform Congress - the entity that represents us.
We need to get a Senator to introduce this bill in the US Senate and a Representative to introduce a similar bill in the US House. These people will become American heroes.

There was a lie, a life-altering lie that began so long ago. I am doing the work to let it go and forgive those that were involved. They only wanted what was best for me, I understand but the energy perpetuated by the lie shaped my life. I didn’t know about it until about 10 years ago, then when I did come to know it was because I asked, then almost forgotten until recently again... Hmmmm... Sounds familiar... Sounds like a soul retrieval coordinate... So, I went in...
I remember many years ago, commenting to myself, my ex-wife and my parents that I was living a lie. It was at a time where my marriage was really in a bad way and I was very unhappy in that victim role. But what was coming to the surface were the sensations that something wasn’t right. I was a liar... I spoke other than the Truth and watched as it manifested all around me. What I know now is that I was fully immersed in a lie the whole time and I didn’t know it. When I asked about it 10 years ago and was told it started to release its hold on me and thus began a 10-year Journey to unravel the Truth and reclaim my sovereignty.
The one thing that stands out for me in my past is that I was unable to speak my Truth. But that was supported and reinforced so as I continued to interact with the world, I would go very quickly to the lie. Energetically the Truth holds a vibration of Love, much different from the frequency of fear, which is where the ability to consciously speak other than the Truth comes from. So, I lived in fear, surrounded by it, at times heavier than others but there always. I had no idea until just yesterday the impact this had on me.
At the core of my being I was reinforced with the energy of fear and taught that lying was an acceptable solution, albeit the preferred solution. That complete suppression of my Truth was the preferred way to be and I would likely get further along and be more successful in “Life” should I adopt this way of being. I did... And the rest is history as they say... Until Now. This is not history, I am making history... laying down the experience and in this case setting it straight. No more lie for me... I am free! I speak my Truth, clearly and consciously with Love and Kindness I stand in the Truth.
And so I heal... I do the work around this experience, being shown it so to get my power and Soul Pieces back from it. To illuminate the darkness it created and heal. In living this life, Creator wants to express through me... through all of us really, and by living in an other than the Truth way I was unable to express the True Essence of my being.
Love and Kindness, that is what I am. Joy and Bliss immaculate, I am. Forgiveness, I am.
I let it all go... In this moment I consciously affirm my Loving intent to Forgive and Release this entire Timeline. I take total personal responsibility for all my thoughts, words and actions and I cancel all contracts, vows and agreements that go against my highest good. I call back all my power and sovereignty, lost, taken or given away from this experience. I release all parties caught up in the lie and forgive them all with Love and Kindness. From the depth of my being and deep within my Soul, I forgive...
There is no moment before now, just memories... history. I can change that in the blink of an eye. I can stop being attached to it so it affects my beingness now, and I do so. It is done, it is forgiven and I can move on.
Opening my eyes I see a brighter space around me and the birds are singing... There is Love in the air. Creator is expressing through me and I can feel it with all my senses, deep into my bones it goes and springs forth. I am so Happy! The Truth has set me free...
I take a moment and close my eyes again looking to see if there is anything left to see and it is gone. The veil lifted and the illusion seen in the Light of the Truth. It is good...
I am moving consciously into new territory these days, standing in the Light that I am. As I get further down the path, my steadiness begins to grow and what was once unsure footing is now rock solid. I am standing firmly rooted in my being... and tests have come to show me that I am, so I continue. I am discovering me and allowing me to be discovered. Self-empowerment through direct experience is bringing about the desired results.
I asked for this... My soul steadily working with me until I remembered, then guiding me to the Truth, the healing and the Love. And now, my Soul is shining bright in this body vessel for all to see, the two well aware of one another and assisting each other on the Journey.
I have reconnected to my book, Heroes of the Now and am setting about to finish it. Excerpts will be up soon, and a website. I am very excited. As this day begins, I understand why I was awoken at 4:00 this morning. I needed to complete the process and spend that last couple of hours completely clearing from yesterday and the past. Their was unresolved stuff that I needed to move through so as to fully embrace what is coming in for me now. 2 hours of deep Forgiveness and Release is a wonderfully empowering way to spend the morning.
So, the ending becomes the beginning and I rise with the dawn of a new day and begin to create...

Well, here we are… On the path to remembering. Daily, in every moment we must move with conscious and purposeful intent. In every moment we must see the beauty and perfection all around us. We must put aside our conditioned-based judgements about what is happening all around us and just be.
I am constantly reminded that all that is happening around me is for my growth and development. I am Grateful for these experiences that have brought about an inner peace. I am so very Grateful.
Today we dig into our sense of gratitude. Today we allow this gratitude to take the front row and really work it. Today be grateful. Take it deep and find your expression of gratitude, find your way…
There is much to be grateful for and often times in the hustle and bustle of the world around us we forget this. In our practice, we must cultivate an awareness of this and move towards gratitude at every opportunity. This is your assignment today.
