Here is the UFO Headline News for Friday August 18th, 2017
Headline #1: Altair–The Bright Star of the Eagle
Synopsis: Altair is only 16.8 light-years away from Earth, making it one of our nearer stellar neighbors. At least two features of the star Altair make it distinctive. First, Altair rotates rapidly. This star requires only about 10 hours to spin once on its axis, in contrast to 24 hours for our Earth to spin or roughly a month for our sun. In other words, this mighty star spins on its axis more rapidly than Earth! This rapid rotation tends to flatten the star a bit, much as a pizza crust flattens as it spins. Estimates are roughly that Altair’s flattening is about 14 percent. The sun also is an oblate spheroid, although its flattening is difficult to measure due to the low rotation rate.
Headline #2: The Total Solar Eclipse Will Make The Sky Dark Enough To See Four Planets
Synopsis: On August 21, as the moon passes in front of the sun, casting its dark shadow along a 70-mile-wide path of the total solar eclipse across the United States, an alien sky will appear overhead. Slowly, the sky will turn from bright daylight to darkness, revealing a darkened, midday sky as the total phase of the eclipse descends upon the planet. The moon will blot out the sun’s light during totality, allowing you a view of four planets with your naked eye alongside constellations usually only visible in the winter months in the Northern Hemisphere.
Headline #3: How These Astronauts Had Life-Changing Experiences With Aliens
Synopsis: How often have we thought about the existence of life beyond Earth, and feared that if we ever encountered extraterrestrial beings, they might wreak all kinds of havoc on our planet, as shown in the movies. But the pertinent question still remains, do aliens exist? Some might think the only people who believe in aliens are “forum-dwelling internet conspiracy theorists,” but several NASA astronauts believe extraterrestrials exist and have been in touch with humanity for a long period, reports said. Data cruncher and blogger Sam Monfort in his blog , said the number of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) sightings is currently at an all-time high. He wrote that one of the first recorded UFO sightings was in Portland in 1905, where a “buzzing sphere-shaped UFO descended from the clouds.”
Headline #4: UFO Sighting in Baytown, Texas
Synopsis: I have seen this several times, always in the wee hours of the morning before sunrise outside where I live; I was taking out trash; I like to look up at the stars and there are not a lot of secondary lights so stars are very bright where I am; at first I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me–I didn’t know what it was–it was like a huge black triangle that blots out the stars and one time when I saw this, the moon was shining behind it–this object makes no sound.
Headline #5: UFO Sighting in Burbank, California
Synopsis: I was outside in the street and I just noticed a small, far away, tiny light in the sky, it wasn’t anything unusual first, it could be an airplane or…but when I stabled my position to compare flight direction with present objects, like poles or trees in the foreground, I noticed this object make an “S” curve path, with blinking lights–the pulse was 2 seconds–I am sure it was not shine on the surface of this object.
Headline #6: UFO Sighting in New York, New York
Synopsis: I was on my way home with father-in-law and kids when I looked up at a plane flying towards us in the sky, with the two white lines of ‘chemtrails’ I remember thinking, when I noticed a black, shiny diamond-shaped UFO pass at a 90 degree angle under the plane– it appeared out of nowhere in the bright blue sky and it passed so close to the plane that I pointed it out to my father-in-law and he said ‘Oh it’s a bird’ I replied “No” but he dismissed it and I then remembered to record it–but it was too late!
