The world needs more community and more connection. There are a lot of people who are on Facebook and on the internet that would love nothing more than to find a community of people they can openly discuss progressive topics with. Aside from Facebook groups (which are far from ideal), there aren’t really any places people can go where they can partake in enlightening conversations and conscious discussions. This is what inspired the creation of The Conscious Forum.
I wanted to give people the opportunity to connect, discuss, and engage with one another in a really easy and extremely organized way. This will be an entire website dedicated to just that.
In Facebook groups, and even in other forms, it can be difficult to navigate. How do you find posts relevant to your question? How do you find out what people have said about topics you are interested in? If you want to know what people are saying about Kundalini meditation or relationships, how can you access these threads?
The Conscious Forum will be the most organized and dynamic discussion place online. You will be able to search by index, latest posts, most viewed posts, unanswered posts, and posts with most votes. You will also be able to search by category (there are over 80 categories), tag, or keyword.

What does this forum feature?
As far as having conscious conversations and discussing ideas online goes, the best place you can go to do that currently is within Facebook groups. But, with Facebook groups there is no real-time chat option. There is only comment threads, where are terribly unorganized. With multiple chatrooms available, it will ideal for people to actually partake in meaningful conversation with each other.
There is also a badge system in place. Every time your question gets upvoted, your answer gets upvoted, or your answer gets accepted, you earn points. The first badge at 5 points is red, and is titled “member”. The second badge is at 50 points is orange, and is titled “regular member”. You work your way up the colours of the chakras all the way to co-admin, gaining new permissions and abilities along the way. This is to encourage people to provide high quality answers. No spam. No trolling. If you are helpful and insightful, you will be rewarded. If you spend a lot of time on the forum, you will be appreciated and recognized.
Once a certain amount of users sign up, there will also be monthly giveaways. I want you guys to WANT to be a part of this, and to feel like you are valued. People deserve to have a place online where they can feel at home with people who understand them, and can discuss with them in an organized way. I would love The Conscious Forum to be a home away from Facebook for a lot of people, and would be honoured if you were to be a part of this.
